It was the worst experience I have ever had with a medical services provider. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I spent 15 minutes filling out details of my my medical history and then waited another 10 minutes. I gave the doctor the form with my medical history. He insisted on filling out more information online, including asking me very personal and intrusive questions. I was visiting the doctor because I had infected sinuses and chest infection but not once did he ask me what I was there for. He asked me questions such as my my sexual preferences, whether I owned my own home, how my parents died whether my my previous times in hospital had been under private or public, what my marital status was etc. personal intrusive and irrelevant questions. When I gave him answers, he was quite rude, he made comments that were incorrect, inappropriate, and judgmental. I told him I would not answer any more questions that I wanted him to treat me for what I was there for, and to stop asking me intrusive questions. I pleaded with him to talk about my illness but he dismissed me saying I want to know all this first. I said I think I have a chest infection which has nothing to do with sexual preferences or whether I own my home or my marital status, He then became defensive and told me that I didn’t trust him and that he wouldn’t be able to treat me and he would find some else. He guided me to another waiting room and just left me there. I ended up going back to reception and asked that all my records be deleted. I would not be back. The receptionist showed compassion and asked whether I was OK, I said no I wasn’t, I was unwell and had not been treated well. I left and went to a chemist where I was treated respectfully and received medication to ease my symptoms. My experience was unbelievable, to attend a doctors surgery feeling so unwell and to be treated so disgustingly by someone who is suppose to care was appalling.

On my first visit to Jupiter Health care I was fortunate enough to be consulted by Dr Ivan Lau. He was very professional, caring, kind and his prompt action literally saved my life. His correct diagnosis quick actions to my condition got me in to hospital emergency in a matter of few hours. I would not hesitate to say that he is one of the best GP’s I’ve ever consulted. Dr. Davy Michael is the best doctor and human. He is super caring and genuinely wants to help his patients. Ive been to a lot of doctors and no one can compare. Can’t thank him enough!

I booked a Telephone consult today with Dr Ivan Lau. 20 minutes after the booked time I called the clinic to check the timing, they put me through to him & he seemed very annoyed with me & rushed me through the consultation to the point where I actually had to interrupt him while he was saying goodbye to me to ask for a prescription! 3 minutes of his time at the most. I wouldn’t post this if this was our first experience with Dr Lau but we’re now giving up with the substandard medical care that he & Jupiter delivers

I’m not one to leave reviews but my experience with one particular doctor here was so bad that I just thought I’d give some advice. If you’ve left a terrible review here we all know who we are talking about. Rude, arrogant, disrespectful, didn’t care. List goes on. If you must go here read through these reviews and pick the right one Doctor. Thank me later.

It's been my third visit to this practice. I saw Dr Boulos today. He is a caring doctor with a good sense of humor. He sometimes bulk-billed my appointments which is fantastic. The recpetionist is very efficient and friendly. Thank you for taking me in for a last minute appointment. Really appreciate it

Dr Ivan Lau is the best GP. Great time management we never wait, which is important when I have appointments for my kids. Also he is very knowledgeable, always listen your concerns and provides the best care . He has time to answer all your questions and explains everything in details.
