Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour! My husband see Dr Wan Li Soh, she is very rude and discriminate against my husband as he is new in Australia, not very familiar with some professional medical words in english. She even told to him, if you cannot speak english well, then go back to your country. Such ridiculous women, not as a doctor.

If I could give them less than one star, I would. I have been very unwell for 5 days now and did the right thing and got a COVID test and isolated until I got my negative results. I woke up the day after receiving my results, still very unwell and knew that I needed to be physically assessed and booked an appointment online within the next 2.5hrs (the only available) I did the right thing and called the clinic to advise them of my symptoms but that I had a negative result. The receptionist then told me their policy is that if you have flu symptoms you can't be seen no matter what. I asked if this was normal practice before COVID and she just kept repeating practice policy and that I can have a phone consult. I asked how the doctor was meant to check my blood pressure, temperature, oxygen levels and lungs over the phone and she said that I need to discuss that with him. (??) So I said not to bother because I need to see someone in person and then she told me that I needed to pay a cancellation fee if I wasn't going to have a phone consult. The greed of this business definitely outweighs the whole point of a GP clinic. I am so upset and appalled by the lack of empathy and understanding at a place where you should be able to find that support. Edit: Dr Lee advised on the phone that he was happy to see me, given I have a negative test and that he doesn't know why the receptionist told me otherwise. I was advised I would receive a call back to arrange another appointment. Never got that call. I'd be embarrassed if I knew my business was being run like this.

Made me wait in my car for more than half an hour as I had flu like symptoms, saying the doctor will come to me in my car. When I called back eventually, I was told the doctor wouldn't see me as I was not a regular patient in their clinic! Absolutely no regard for people's time and health, and wouldn't take the time to listen to people's concerns. Just looking for easy billing and money. Never going to this clinic again!

The practice itself, is very nice and friendly, the Drs are great and i have had no issues. Unfortunately i do have an issue with paying for a Pap Smear, its disgusting that you have to pay for a service that could save your life. Once you hit 50 it is recommended that you have to have all these tests, i don't pay a cent for a mammogram, so why do i have to pay for a Pap smear? I seriously hope the charges do not put women off of having the test done!! I would suggest that the Drs who are now mixed billing, revert back to bulk billing for such tests, for life saving treatments or referrals, you shouldnt have to pay!!

Bulk billed consultations. Doctors usually run on time. Very efficient & polite front desk receptionists. I've been there for many times over past 2 years or so for diagnosis and follow ups. Nurses are good and competent. Although sometimes you may have to wait awhile to be attended to as it's a fairly busy practice & they usually only have 2 receptionists on duty & they need to attend to phone calls too. (They have 2 toilets in the practice too) As for the doctors, can't comment on others but I've been under the care of Dr Benjamin Lee and I've been happy with his medical care. Last but not least, they also have a small centre within the practice to conduct blood tests which makes it really convenient.

I have completed my comercial driver medical assessment by paying $130. They told that they will send it direct to the Department of transport. The complete form was not received by the DoT. When I contacted the medical centre, they asked me to go and do it again. A complete waiste of time due to their mismanagement. The receptionist is not willing to listen my complaint, telling that they have patients waiting. Not recommended to anyone. Thanks

My husband's friend, recommend usnwith Dr Wai. I had been living in Brisbane QLD then moved to Orange NSW and now Perth WA. I just found the GP that my family and I trust. Especially about kids. When I was pregnant I also went to dr Wai. If not dr Wai I will book dr Aye A. Phyo. I booked a female dr before and didnt really like. The nurses are great. My 4 years old now is not afraid of having her flu shot. She cant wait for the next one.

Dr Ismail is by far the best dentist, he's quick but thorough. Bedside manner 💯 as well with the nurses and admin. I highly recommend Dr Ismail and his practice. Thank you and I'll see you guys hopefully in the new year for my x2 extraction and filling 😊 Thank you again

Doctors are good but front staff doesn’t help in anything even did not open the door for disabled patient and after book an appointment waiting time still too long, patients have to wait there. If we go the reception they said its normal waiting time. They do not care about the patient.

I wanted to cancel my appointment, waited 1 hour on the line, no response. I didnt end up going to my appointment and they charged me $35 for not showing up. Moreover, I didnt even receive a courtesy call or a reminder. No call from Dr Little either. Not happy with the practice. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I just moved to Perth only a few months ago and this is the practice I have been with since for my pregnancy and it is wonderful, easy to book on the app and all of my appointments have been very good on time - there’s been small waits here and there but that’s normal and expected for any medical service centre I go to. Really good care team & receptionist, I always get treated well with respect here too.

They don't bulk bill any more. This centre uses unscrupulous tactics to increase the number of times they require you to visit their surgery as a means to gain money from Medicare.

We have been therr many time with my hubby. All the customer service are very frendly and kindness. All the Doctors got well experiences and warmly welcome. Regually i have to see with Dr Moe ( Dr Kyaw Soe Moe). He is very kind, experience and nice person. I love this medical clinic for my family. Cheers👍👍👍

Made an appointment online after reading on there websites that visits relating to chronic disease management will be bulo billed. Wanting to be sure this was in fact the case I emailed the surgery to confirm thos. They replied back very quickly and advised me that it's only existing patients they would bulk bill and I would be required to pay a regular consultation fee.

Booked an appointment at 9:00am, arrived 15 minutes early. Another patient booked 8:45am but arrived at 9:00am. The receptionist let her in and let us wait for another 15 minutes. I have shared my comment already with the receptionist, but I feel that this should be shared on Google so management will take this seriously.

Dr Wong is brilliant she has been my GP for over 10 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else . The practice is very professional and many facilities for your health and wellbeing . I Highly recommend this practice .

Always caring and professional. Been to Nicholson medical and never got disappointed. Have seen Dr. LEE and Dr. AYESHA many times for my son's medical and my appointment. They both are so caring and knowledgeable. Highly recommended this clinic if you after caring medical centre.

Such a kind medical center with great customer service from the ladies at the reception, to Tina the nurse and Dr Myintzu. This the my second visit to this practice to see Dr Myintzu for the Implanon insertion. She was so kind and gentle the first time I got this procedure 3 years ago that I couldn't have gone anywhere else. No pain and no scaring after the procedure healed. Highly recommended Dr Myintzu for her thoroughness and gentle nature. The nurse Tina was also so amazing! She was very caring and reassuring throughtout the procedure.

The doctor and nurse here are 5 stars! ! ! ! Tina nurse is amazing woman !!! Absolutely 100 stars for her!!!! But Our family has been going here for 5 years because the doctors and nurses here are wonderful. However, I was treated very, very badly by the woman who examined me today. We were the only people in the waiting room. I waited for about 30 minutes with my baby , but our name was not called, so I asked the woman at the reception. Then she said this! Sit and wait until the doctor calls! Like a shout ! I couldn't believe it! This is the Asian woman who was there from 4:00-5:00 on 24th November This woman is lowering the quality of this GP！

I highly recommend this medical centre. Lovely receptionist warm and friendly especially Tin. Also Dr Kyaw Soe Moe has been amazing with helping me with my ongoing ear infection. He has only charged me once as recurring issue as I really appreciate as finances are tight. He's always very thera and friendly. .

We are always satisfied with the service especially with Dr. Wong who has been our family GP for years. Highly recommended and trustworthy. Receptionist Tin was also very helpful and accomodating when there was a need to see the GP on the same day. Tin identified the necessity and efficiently organised booking within a short period. Thank you for going the extra mile.
