This is definitely my style of beach. The sand is fine (as in opposite of coarse) and it just stretches on and on. The water is cool and refreshing, and clear - there's no seaweed or debris. The water comes lapping in to the shore and it's just perfect. If you're looking for a surfing beach, or some big waves, this isn't the beach for you, but it is still a great place to spend several hours.

My home beach and my slice of heaven on earth. I've been swimming and surfing here for the past 28 years and spent 15 years as a volunteer lifesaver on this spot. It's a good surf spot, sometimes a bit crowded, and there's a popular surfing school next to the surf lifesaving club. There's a decent cafe too that can bee very busy at weekends. Parking is only a big problem on Sundays when the lifesaving club runs its junior program. Or if there's a lifesaving competition on. Trigg is a fun beach but there are flash and running rips so take care and swim between the flags.

Best place to visit with family

Beautiful coastline. Easy access to paths for walking along the stunning coastline and multiple cafes and restaurants nearby.

A perfect stop to see the sunset. I just love the drive from city beach to Trigg. Drive all the way long with a hot cup of coffee. What more can you ask for to end the day perfectly.

Pretty good beach. Can be packed at summer however very rarely to busy to get a park. A great place for a swim/surf, so long as you make sure everyone has a run at a wave! Good sized waves for a quick swim/surf. In summer generally around 2-3 metres tops, however check the wave height if you are concerned. Good facilities and cafe, toilets are right next to the lifesaving building/near thirds carpark. Canteen is the cafe, fish and chips as well as milkshakes on offer. Not far from Scarborough and an overall great place. Good stuff

Great for day time swimming as it's mostly flat with minimal waves. Lifeguards during the day but night brings out a different crowd. Great for playing pokemon go though !

What Can I say, our beaches are simply beautiful!

Visited this nice stretch of beach and although it was a weekday, the carpark was quite full. There were a lot of people enjoying the sea and beach here. This is a very scenic place.

Heaven on earth.

A really good place to surf , the water is pretty clean didn’t saw any sea weeds , the waves can get pretty big but there’s white wash for beginners also.There’s a big car park also so there’s no need to worry about parking your car. Note that there is no bus or train that could take you to the main road where the beach is.

I had a little samba rehearsal there.. Other than that.. I'm not really a beach goer.. I don't like sand.. Its coarse and irritating and it gets everywhere..

Absolutely gorgeous picnic spot with the beach just across the walkway. Covered picnic tables,. Free BBQs, great dog park, children's area make it a perfect spot to meet up with friends, celebrate a special occasion or just hang with your dog. The beach itself is amazing with a large rock you can climb and sit on while you admire the amazing view.

I was lucky in that there happened to be a younger crowd than normal and we had a blast. We all thought that our rooms looked very shabby when compared to the photos but hey that was about 2 years ago and they were going through a progressive revamp of the place. Its a fairly central location for the night life famous for Kuta.

A good beach for surfing and laying in the sun. The main beach is a bit dangerous for children or adults who are not competent in the ocean or surf. There are usially gutters just off shore which lead into rips. A beautiful spot but look and assess before swimming.

By world standards, a great beach. By Perth standards, not my favourite one. A bit narrow and crowded, also a lot of "hidden" stones in the shallow water you don't want to step on.

Almost always their are large waves ranging to 1.5 m to 3.5 m wave perfect for surfing and bodyboarding but if you like carm clear water this place is not for you

Kids had an absolute blast, great waves and friendly safe atmosphere.

Trigg beach is one of Perth's great beaches, the waves are always pumping and it's full of surfers. The carpark is huge but if it's a good day you might struggle to find a spot. The ocean seems fresher and nicer in Scarborough and Trigg and it's my favourite place to swim or surf.
