Equipment is mostly good, MMA and Wrestling classes with Dave are the only good classes. All other boxing, boxing fitness etc... have too many people and the combos and individual training are garbage. Also, was told that “there wouldn’t be charges at all after contact ended”, then was hit with two charges of $41 and told no refund could be made. Save your money and go to a cheaper gym like snap fitness or really any other gym with good classes.

Terrible customer services and rude staff. Recently my partner and I joined this gym and at the time of signing up we were informed by staff member (Sam) that we could cancel any time within the next 6 months as they did not want to be like "other gyms" that lock you in when you first sign up. He also went on to say that only 4 weeks notice was required if we needed to cancel. Due to unforeseen circumstances my partner and I now need to cancel the membership. I emailed the UFC enquiry 3 weeks ago with no response. I then emailed the Balcatta Gym directly and also received no response ( Funny as when I first signed up via email, within 24 hours they wanted me to join). Today I attended in person and the lady at the front counter refused to cancel the memberships advising we have to make a further 23 payments and pay for the entire 6 months even though we cannot use the gym. The unforeseen circumstances being my partner is pregnant and unwell. They showed no compassion and still refused to cancel the membership. I asked to see the manager as I wanted to inform him that we were told by staff previously, we could cancel at anytime. They lady went to get the manager and returned shortly after. The lady said "The manager is on the phone and too busy to talk to you"... I honestly could not believe it. I would be highly reluctant to recommend this gym to my family or friends. They are clearly money hungry and this is complemented contrary to what we were told by staff when we joined. I am really disappointed and feel like we have been taken advantage of especially when we would have used the gym again in the future.

I've been struggling with various gyms over the last 5 years. This is the first gym where I felt truly motivated to go to! The staff are friendly and supportive, making the experience far better than other gyms I have been to.

Really happy with the gym. A few months into my membership now and love the DUT classes and the staff. Family friendly environment with lots of kids classes ect and probably not what your thinking of when you see the UFC gym signage.

What grinds my gears is that the club isint in a central location next to my house. Friendly staff whom are ok. It's a dedicated mma club. On big UFC cards you can attend the club for some free training etc. Ussually BBQ but also Shakes and Energy drinks.

brilliant gym! All the staff and trainers are great! and know there stuff! boxing classes are a great workout while learning the proper techniques. 100% reccomend.

Everybody was very welcoming. (Two week update) The coaches are all very knowledgeable and very helpful when starting out. Haven't had a bad experience yet. Well worth the money.

Pure Class! Surely is one of the best gyms i've been to from London to Perth! No excuse not to train from the range of equipment on offer to the classes and flexibility of the trainers/coaches, always on hand to answer any questions. Excellent family orientated gym with great classes and an awesome vibe. One of the best gyms I've been in around the world. My whole family trains here. My kids learn martial arts from quality coaches while my wife and I work out. Made some good friends here too.

I have been coming to UFC GYM for a year now. The coaches are amazing especially my PT coach Vinnie and coach Keisha. The staff are so friendly, kind and very helpful. Now my hubby has joined too and we both look forward to some big changes in lives. Thank you UFC couldn't do it without you, your simply the "BEST".

Would be great if they had a designated area for people doing their own workouts during the time that they had classes. Then that way others as well as myself don't have to wait an hour for to use of the floor just to find out there is another class on after. And don't have to leave halfway through my work out to go finish at home because there's no space for me to do it.

Please be careful when signing up with this Gym, very misleading sales techniques, your 6 month contract gets stretched out to 8 months. Rad what you are signing for and don't feel pressured into completing the paperwork quickly. You have made a false response it was 2 moths at 50% and the additional month is what is added on as you can't cancel until the end of your contract so an additional months paid is required. More false misleading information by yourselves

Great gym with a difference. Very friendly and motivating staff. My kids love the BJJ classes. For one weekly price they can go to as many classes as they like. Currently my daughter does 6 hours a week for only $25! I used to pay that for 1 class of gymnastics!

Great friendly staff, the classes are awesome. My favourites are the DUT (Daily Ultimate Training) which is a HIIT style class, the yoga, and kickboxing. Trainers are top notch. The equipment and facilities are also fantastic. Highly recommend.

Clean, organised, and safe gym. Friendly approachable staff with a wealth of knowledge. Always out to support your goals and, in our case our Child's goals too. Classes for all sorts of strengthening and I use their daycare while I have PT sessions. All round amazing team.

Great gym, really top end amazing facilities. Coach Aran is one of the best BJJ instructors I have ever had through the years I have trained. Wednesday night shark tank where everybody from other gyms is welcome to train is one of the best nights.

This has to be the best training facility in Perth. You have access to weights, kettle bells, cardio equipment, personal trainers and unlimited martial arts classes. And best of all is the vibe.
