Terrible
customer
services
and
rude
staff.
Recently
my
partner
and
I
joined
this
gym
and
at
the
time
of
signing
up
we
were
informed
by
staff
member
(Sam)
that
we
could
cancel
any
time
within
the
next
6
months
as
they
did
not
want
to
be
like
"other
gyms"
that
lock
you
in
when
you
first
sign
up.
He
also
went
on
to
say
that
only
4
weeks
notice
was
required
if
we
needed
to
cancel.
Due
to
unforeseen
circumstances
my
partner
and
I
now
need
to
cancel
the
membership.
I
emailed
the
UFC
enquiry
3
weeks
ago
with
no
response.
I
then
emailed
the
Balcatta
Gym
directly
and
also
received
no
response
(
Funny
as
when
I
first
signed
up
via
email,
within
24
hours
they
wanted
me
to
join).
Today
I
attended
in
person
and
the
lady
at
the
front
counter
refused
to
cancel
the
memberships
advising
we
have
to
make
a
further
23
payments
and
pay
for
the
entire
6
months
even
though
we
cannot
use
the
gym.
The
unforeseen
circumstances
being
my
partner
is
pregnant
and
unwell.
They
showed
no
compassion
and
still
refused
to
cancel
the
membership.
I
asked
to
see
the
manager
as
I
wanted
to
inform
him
that
we
were
told
by
staff
previously,
we
could
cancel
at
anytime.
They
lady
went
to
get
the
manager
and
returned
shortly
after.
The
lady
said
"The
manager
is
on
the
phone
and
too
busy
to
talk
to
you"...
I
honestly
could
not
believe
it.
I
would
be
highly
reluctant
to
recommend
this
gym
to
my
family
or
friends.
They
are
clearly
money
hungry
and
this
is
complemented
contrary
to
what
we
were
told
by
staff
when
we
joined.
I
am
really
disappointed
and
feel
like
we
have
been
taken
advantage
of
especially
when
we
would
have
used
the
gym
again
in
the
future.
