Went there today to have a look Perth Cat Hospital's boarding room for our two cats. Staff there was very friendly and helpful to introduce everything in details. I like the decorations inside and I am sure cats will be loved and cared very well over there when owners are away.

27 Nov 2021, This is the first time I take my 3-month-old Kitten, Bento, to Perth Cat Hospital. We waited for about 1 Min after arrival and were taken to consult room. (Good time management and efficiency) 2 Veterinarians were helping us. Theirs greetings are so friendly and soft to my kitten. I can feel that my fur kid is welcomed and is taken carefully here. During health check, I kept asking questions. (This is my first time having a cat. So, I got a long questions list.) Veterinarian Renee, (Sorry that I forgot the name of the other Veterinarian) She listened and answered all my questions/concerns with smile. What kind of medication that Bento needs to take. how often, how many. Oral or external. Next regular check appointment. Spaying appointment and etc. Everything is well stated and organised. Speaking of the money. We only have experience with two Vet Clinics. Perth Cat Hospital is Better for sure. I couldn't be more happy and satisfied here. I would definitely recommend Perth Cat Hospital to Cat owners.

The receptionist is friendly and happy to answer questions to the best of her ability, she has a very welcoming approach over the phone. I'm yet to attend an appointment made for next week, hopefully we get some good management for my old girls diabetes Update: Staff are amazing and truly have a love for what they do and all things cat. I loved the waiting room which was cat themed even down to what is featured on the tv for people to watch while they wait. Dr Leah is so lovely and Chloe (cat) was so at ease with the whole experience it didn't take her long to show her sassy side while exploring the consult room and started meowing to be picked up while we chatted.

We never worried about him the staff were excellent kept us informed on how he was going at a regular intervale with phone calls and photos. Fantastic experience with a checkup and resolving some queries I had. The Dr really took her time to explain and thoroughly examine my cat. Best experience I’ve had at a vet and worth the more expensive fee as it was very comprehensive and not rushed.

I would rate you guys 6 out of 5 if I could. We have a cat that has had difficulties in the past with anesthesia at other vets. PCH ran every test under the sun and took every precaution to make sure that he hidn't have any issues on the day of his surgery. The vets and anesthesiologiat as well as the reception staff never left us wondering what was going on. They took photos every step of the way, and would keep talking to us, letting ua know how he was going. It was the perfect care and there was no way that they could have done a better job. A BIG thank you from Trips and the family.

The vets here will always look after you kitty! We've always had amazing experiences with them. After only having our cat for a week, we had to take him in cos he ate something. He had to stay over night on a drip, we were so worried about him, but they were updating us on his progress constantly to lessen our worries. We now have had our cats for over a year and the Perth Cat Hospital is the only place we go :) They're always so kind and they keep the best branded cat formula/treats in Australia ❤️

Vets are patient and professional, no complaints there. However, the clinic policy refuses to provide vet's notes for me to claim for pet insurance. Instead of claiming online and attaching invoice and vet's note (I can't submit the claim without attaching a note), they insisted that I download a PDF claim form, fill out the form, send to them via email, so they can fill out the vet's notes and post it to the insurance company. I did provide my insurance company and policy number after the visits but the lady at front desk wouldn’t process it for me and insisted me to download the paper based form and email to them. Update after 4 months: After the receptionist confirmed that she has posted the claim - it never appears on my claim history nor have I received any rebate from my insurance.

Perth Cat Hospital have been treating my boy who was diagnosed with FIP some months ago. After nearly three months, we are finished with treatment and he is better than ever! All the staff are lovely but I wanted to give a special mention to Dr. Ebony who has been beyond kind, empathetic and patient. She goes above and beyond in the care of her patients! So thorough and explains everything in great detail - you can tell she genuinely cares and loves her job. Even though PCH is a 30 minute drive from my house and I pass multiple other vets along the way, I will continue to use them for all kitty needs in the future :) Sailor says thank you 💛

We finally found the place for our 2 babies. This place managed to make our extremly sassy, 10 year old boy, to be ok with going to the vet. He’s been seen by Dr Kim and Dr Ebony and both did an amazing job. Not only he didn’t hiss at them (which he used to with all his previous vets!) but he almost started purring for Dr. Ebony. Dr Kim managed to take his blood test without sedation! These doctors are cat whisperer!! It’s a calming feeling seeing my cat finally ok with going to the vet. The receptionist is very kind, patient & supportive. Overall a great place. There are no dogs allowed on the premises, which helps keep the cats calmer. Thanks to Perth Cat hospital.

Always great service at the PCH. Our old cat visits quite a bit in her twilight years but as low stress as possible for her here. Keep up the great work team.

The staff are just lovely, very helpful, a special mention to the vet nurse Kate who was very kind and went out of her way for me when they were very busy last Friday 22nd of December. Much gratitude Kate, wishing you all a very happy and wonderful 2024.🎉🩷

Perth Cat hospital have been absolutely wonderful with my cat Bo Diddley. The ladies truly care for your fur baby like their own. Diddles is less stressed coming here and loves all of the attention he gets, not to mention the treats!

Such a great experience. The Cat Hospital was a calm and caring environment for my feline buddy. The staff are all friendly, and the Doctor took the time to answer all the questions I (nervous first time cat owner) had for them, and examine my boy thoroughly (and patiently clipped his nails for me!). Definitely recommend!

The team at PCH are brilliant - they take the time to listen, have an incredible range and depth of knowledge and deal with my anxious and aggressive cat like absolute stars (now that she's calmed down a bit, Kesha says sorry for being mean to you). I have complete confidence that she gets the best possible care and wouldn't take her anywhere else.

I think they care about cats here! Nah, they're great. If you have a cat, this is the vet for you. Unless you live south of the river or in Northam or something.

  • 5/5 Harley P. 3 years ago on Google
Highly recommended this vet for your feline children. Our cat Lucifer absolutely hates leaving out apartment and howls the entire time in the car. The second he got inside the cat hospital he calmed down and was chill through the entire visit. Comparing that to other vet visits where he is upset and agitated the entire time, I would definitely never take either of my cats elsewhere ever again. The vet was lovely, very thorough and gave us some helpful advice to make our boy happier and healthier at home.

My senior cat Harvey recently had dental surgery here. I cannot fault the professionalism and service received from both the nurses (thanks Michelle for the post-op photo!) and the vets Dr Martine and Dr Kayleigh. Great communication, thorough investigations using state-of-the-art technology and importantly, care and kindness for my beloved family member. Thanks PCH!

I'm super shocked that PCH have a high rating. It was bad service at the beginning. I didn't feel they were interested in my cat, i had to keep prompting them to send photos & when they did her cubicle had kitty litter thru it & i had to call to ask to replace her e-collar. I had also left her cushion with her that wasn't in photos, when i asked it miraculously appeared. Beyond disappointed, will not take note of star ratings again. I will respond to PCH's message to me privately. This is for people reading the review * vet that recieved us was gorgeous (my wording above made it sound as if she wasn't) I was trying to keep review brief. By bad service I meant * we weren't told there would be a wait & i was already a bundle of nerves *foyer and front desk were dirty, again adding to my anxiousness *we had to go through the forms again, the ones we filled in on line. This made me feel like they weren't organised. *her cubicle was dirty....in the photo THEY sent me * I was never told she was anxious via text. Yes i was told no photos on the first day. Everytime after that when i asked for a photo, i got one so...... * I informed PCH of her e-collar via an e-mail days before she was booked in yet, again, i had to instigate them changing it * when i came to get her, i wanted to say what i wasn't happy about. Apparently it took two people to come in to talk to me even tho i was calm. It was a barrage of excuses and polly talk from the vet. I barely got a word in and when i did there were excuses and then concern over my on-line review!! What the?! *their response is to write an essay on here, a week later, rather than contacting me privately. Says it all really

Having a 20 yo cat with health issues, I needed to find to vet that I could trust to be thorough and caring to help my little girl live her best life. Dr Martine was recommended by a relative and even after her first visit Misty has improved so much. Cannot recommend this practice enough. Staff are super caring and as the vets are specialists in cats they definitely know their stuff. Great work team!!

I've been going here since I got my first cat and I'm dedicated to making sure my second cat goes here for everything he needs. The vets and nurses are skilled. Even though you might only come once or twice a year, they remember you and build relationships with you and your cat. A very well managed vet clinic.

Best place to take your cats too! I took my kitties Princess and Smokey here and the care and attention they got from the vet and the vet nurses was amazing! Top quality service from people who actually care about your cat and want the best for them. They explain every detail thoroughly so you are never left wondering why and how. Will forever be thankful for their service.

I went to another vet and was given the run around having to comeback and do the same thing only to get no results I decided to get a second opinion from a vet a the cat hospital I was blown away with the amount of care and hospitality they showed towards my precious kitty. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Dr Kayleigh and the receptionist / vet nurse working on the 13th of Feb (at 9am) It was the first time taking Cheeto (Gingy) and Oatmeal (Archie) to the vet since I adopted them and they weren’t nervous / anxious one bit! The boys felt comfortable and my friend and myself (mummy’s) weren’t nervous at all! They received treats for being so good, and got to explore as they’re very curious muppets. I received a thank you letter in the mail and came with a toy, which they both love!! (They hate sharing so I might have to go buy some more as they’re an absolute hit Hahah) I highly recommend coming to this hospital! It’s safe, comfortable and clean. 10/10!

This is a great place to get cats looked after. I actually felt jealous of my cats because they were looked after so well by caring staff and the building is so clean (and actually gave me a better experience than I had as a person when I went to see 2 plastic surgeons in Subiaco!)

This place is absolutely fantastic. I will never take my cats to another vet after discovering Perth Cat Hospital. My girls have never been so relaxed when going to the vets which is such a relief - based on past experiences! They stock the best quality foods that my cats devour and have really cool toys, so it's a one stop shop. All the vets who have attended to my cats are brilliant. I can't recommend them highly enough.
