    I was extremely stressed out to come here due to all the way my visa stuff has gone over the last year. The last step was to get my medical - but the staff was so lovely. They were so kind with me, I was out in 45 minutes when the form said expect 2 hours (I had the first appointment)... I was stressed out enough just having moved to Perth a week ago and trying to figure out the train - but I was well taken care of here. Thank you to the lovely staff!

    I had a really positive experience here for my medical for my visa. I had an 8:15am appointment and was out in just over an hour. It was getting quite busy as I left so I’m glad I took an early slot. All of the staff (I saw 6 different people in total, reception and medical) were super friendly and clearly explained the process. The whole thing ran like clockwork. πŸ‘πŸ»

    Sorry but one receptionist was talking too loud in italian having her own chat for around 20 mins. Plus unfriendly and not helpful. Some doctor was rude too which made my day unpleasant anxious. Well perhaps they are having busy day but for your concerns, patients made their precious time to go there to do check up. Please improve your service, thnx Ah and favourably they are nice to some patients, they are not nice to some, depending on the nationality

    It was a pleasant experience with Bupa this morning. My appointment was at 10.30am. I arrived there early, 9am to recce to place. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. She checked me in early even not my appointment yet. I was told to be there only 5 minutes early in the email. The officers and the medical officers were efficient and effective in the whole process. Appreciated their efforts. Keep it up. πŸ‘πŸ» It will be good if they can afford to have a tranlator for people who comes from non-English speaking country.

    One of the best service providers in the city. Everyone from the front person to the last person is always eager to make your experience an easy one. Especially, the front lady Tiana is super helpful and a wonderful person. This is the standard that you expect from an Australian organization. Keep it up, people!!!

    Warm welcome, detailed explanations, thoughtful suggestions, respects privacy, practices good hygiene, and most importantly hellish efficiency. I was there for a 10:30 appointment, finished in an hour, and got my student visa 5 hours later, all on the same day. What's there to say, but a team of compassionate professionals? I was originally ranting about Australia not having a fast track for Visa Applications, turns out you just need to head over to Perth for it. The flight tickets are every penny well-spent.

    Had a medical examinations just few mintues ago for my 2 years old son, experienced an very impatient senior nurse for taking his blood test who was repeating "Keep your back right to the chairs". I understood what it means to "put your back right to the chair". and I was holding my son to find a good position so I did some move. The senior nurse kept telling me "put your back right to the chair. put your back right to the chair. put your back right to the chair.....". And yes she started confusing me without explaining alternatively such as "sitting hard against to the chair" etc. I fully understand this is Friday and probably we are the last exam of today. It was very disappointed experience.

    Worst phone call conversation service I have ever had. Could not confirm the appointment and just hung up. How rude is that?! Disgusting manner. DO NOT GO THERE unless you have to.

    This is where you get your visa medical checkup done. Finding it was an effort for me as it was not obvious, just walk up the stairs and through the glass entrance and you will see a Bupa sign on the far left of the lifts. Up the lifts to the third floor and checkin at reception. Its a step process, checkin and move to the next room to be called for your X-rays, medical exams and blood tests.

    Reception staff should be provide clear and concise information on what to bring for e.g. passport, HAPID document etc. Please ensure you advise that if the patron is a minor, he or she should be accompanied by the guardian. Otherwise it is such an unnecessary hassle to be going back and forth only to find out that the examination can't be done without those requirements fulfilled!

    This was the most professional and efficient health service I have ever experienced. My partner doesn’t like his blood to be taken and the staff took great care of him. Staff here are amazing and the service was soo streamlined yet thorough.

    Predatory insurance covers for overseas travellers. I had a Short-Stay Visitor Cover and I was told that I would be covered for hospital costs in case of an emergency and that was completely FALSE. Let me clarify what BUPA has in the small letters at the end of your policy in other words - they cover the MBS fee for Australian RESIDENTS. Overseas travellers are obviously not Australians, and we are charged much higher hospital rates than a resident. If you end up having an accident and going to the emergency department with a BUPA cover, prepare yourself to pay thousands of dollars! This type of cover is shameful, predatory and takes advantage of overseas travellers!!! Don't fall for it, you won't be covered!

    I'll take my time to write this down. I have never been so disappointed with an insurance. The worst ever. They don't care about finding solutions, no options are provided and customer service is terrible. There is only ONE medical Center available in Perth (?) And since they are no taking new patients (?) they made me go to a private one where I had to pay for everything and couldn't claim anything at all. I was just looking for a gynecologist but they just didn't care and made me pay for everything. They kept on making excuses. I even had to ask 3 times for my card which obviously is useless. I could keep on writing but I'm done. Will never use it again.

    My step mum just lost her husband (my dad) 2 weeks ago. Our family is supporting her and her kids with her visa application. She was very distraught after her appointment today. The doctor was very rude and wouldn’t let her answer questions on behalf of her children. Next time I am coming in with her and demanding the respect she deserves.
