Guys - this may be one of my favourite restaurants in Perth. For sheer value alone - you pay $24 for unlimited starters and dosa. That in itself would warrant a 5/5 review, but the food is GOOD here! Amazing flavours, crazy variety - you can order it all ala carte but why would you when you can pay $24 for as much as you want. Everything we tried on the menu was a hit, everything was cooked well and brought out fast. I almost don’t want too many people to find out because I want to eat here more. Used to fly to Singapore and Malaysia to have my dosa fix but I’m so happy that now I can just rock up here. If you love Indian food - get here!

We went on Friday evening with prior booking for four (incl. two children). Plenty of free off street parking after 6pm on Mon-Fri and all day during weekends. The menu is not extensive but for $23.99 you can try unlimited except sweets and fridge items. I would suggest to use this option instead of ordering individual items. The service was good and staff are also gentle. I cut one star for little bit of inconvenience for using washrooms (you need to get a swipe card from the owner everytime you need to use it, inconvenience especially when kids are accompanied with you). I would like to try their ice cream next time!

My first thought after eating " NOT great ". Would I come back ? May be not any sooner. We went foe the buffet option. First item to arrive on table is "Dahi puri". It's not bad. After 10 minutes "Idli " comes. Again not bad. After 10 minutes lady come to take the order for dosas . We orderd chilli panner dosa , onion dosa and chocolate dosa ( banana & Nutella dosa not available). After the order we got " Pav Bhaji " didn't like it. Then my favourite " Dhabelli" comes after asking. Sorry to say this but the worst dhabelli I have very eaten. No complains about Dosa's. Like I said before would I come back again ? Definitely not any sooner.

A nice place to have Indian food especially Dosas. Place is nice & calm with beautiful atmosphere. Service is good, staff was very polite. They also have rolled ice creams, pan ice cream is a must try. Good place to have South Indian dishes. They have also a unlimited option with 26.99 per person which includes unlimited starters and dosas. All the items were really good from Pav Bhaji, Vada Pav, Steam Idli, Pani Puri, Sev Puri to different types of Dosa. We tried Garlic Roast Dosa, Mysore Masala Dosa & Palak Paneer Dosa and all were awesome.

They offer unlimited food at stages. The food has flavour and spices. David puri and Dahi wada have good taste.

I am being Chef myself for 15 years and can not belive quality of food this place serve. Honestly, its best Indian food available in Perth. Quality, Hygine, & customer service - wish I could give more then 5 stars. Must visit place. My wife and son are Vegan and its a Vegan Vegetarian heven tbh.

We ate here for the first time last night and it was a fantastic experience. Not only was the food amazing but the service was great. I had hoped for good food as the place came well recommend for the street food. The food was more than good. It was so authentic and so flavoursome. I can't leave a review without mentioning just how seriously impressed I was with the service though. I suffer with anaphylaxis. My allergy is to mustard. Not always the easiest thing to avoid in Indian food. The owner was so attentive and checked every dish to see what was and wasn't safe and he went above and beyond by making me a dosa with chutney that didn't contain mustard. The service by the staff was also superb. Super impressed and will definitely be going back and recommending to others.

Buffet concept is awesome, starters are great, idly was very good. One suggestion is on dosa batter which needs to be fermented before making dosa. Will visit again

For a first time visit and not really knowing what to expect, it was a pleasant experience. Pros - affordable, delicious, welcoming, nice place Cons - I think it would have been great to ask of familiarity of place and food; offer explanation of what is what, especially to first time visitors and not familiar with the dishes. Overall - left satisfied and full!

It started out so nicely: unlimited all-you-can-eat with gluten free and organic blows and whistles, beautiful and healthy plant based dishes... Until we made our orders and started waiting... It took ages (no less than 20 minutes) every time we made an order (and the restaurant was only half full). It is unlimited but how many dishes can you endure considering you have to wait for no less than 20 minutes for each of them? Another point of confusion was the menu. It's probably ok for those who speak Hindi but for those unfamiliar with both the language and the cuisine it doesn't make much sense. It would be great if the menu gave more details about each dish using English words. The food. I've seen better vegan cafes so found these dosas tasted quite bland. And they all seemed to be the same despite different names. Sticky tables. I suppose it was the spray that made the surface so sticky but nevertheless it wasn't nice to feel like our elbows suddenly grew suction cups on them.

They will make you fan of Indian street food. It was so yum. Best place in the town to go and have unlimited Indian street food of different regions but yes they were really dosa express. Deserts variety was also cream on top. Ambiance was also very nice. Full value of money. Highly recommend to taste once.

We tried this place as we were looking for dosa. It’s an unassuming place which pleasantly surprised us. nice friendly staff, we had the $20 meal. The dishes just kept coming! 3 starters and then a choice of dosa (there’s 10 variety to choose from). Easy and plenty street parking. In lovely Como. We’ll be back!

It’s called Dosa Xpress but quality of Dosa and Sambar is very poor. Looks like they use some sort of sambar powder in boiling water. It doesn’t taste like sambar. Starters were ok but everything had same taste. I had to wait for more than 30 mins to get dosa after first dish.

Stumbled upon this place slightly by accident - don't drive past it - 'Love & Latte' on the outside but most importantly it's the best dosa & chat I've had since my trips to Malaysia many moons ago!

Just had dinner last night and super impressed with the quality, hygiene and customer service. This is the best place in Perth without a doubt !! I am taking my time out to write this review. My wife is pregnant and she has literally given blessings to the owner and we are so happy to archive this place. We will come back soon and very much recommended to all to try and discover nish of quality and hygiene. So impressed !!

Very poor service. Food is average at best. Have to wait about 20 minutes between each order even when restaurant is not that busy. Waitress is reluctant to serve seconds even when the menu is advertised as all you can eat. Very disappointed

Food was nice. Quick enough for the big group. We enjoyed time there with friends. Dosas, especially paneer one, was really good. Must go there in big group and you can enjoy time spent there for food.

We are regular customer here. If you want pure veg food, this is the best place in Perth. Moreover customer service and quality of food everything is so good. Aunty who makes dosa and Shikha always provides best customer service. I recommend everyone to visit this place.

They have the best vegetarian food specially Dosa offcourse. We have been there few times and every time food was so fresh and delicious. Staff and owner are very friendly and down to earth people. Must go and try.

The Mumbai chaat options were really tasty but the dosas were average. The person that was cooking them wasn’t wearing gloves and I saw them scratch their eye and face in the middle of cooking the dosas. The person that was making the pani puris was wearing gloves but was using his phone before he served us (while wearing gloves) and then made us pani puris, so the gloves were dirty. There was also someone making the pani puri sauce sauce in bulk and the pot was on the floor next to where we were standing. The price is really good value and the staff are friendly but the hygiene standards don’t seem up to scratch. We saw some of the food get microwaved so some items aren’t fresh. The decor isn’t great, there are just curtains to hide the appliances/stock on the shelves and the tables are quite close together. There are lots of vegan options though

After a much hype with ratings on this palce I decided to go with my family. Wow I had one of THE worst expirences. No customer service. Had to look for a table Had to look for a menu Had to move tables upon request. After all that..... Wait for food!! and wait.... and wait.... While there were other customers who had come before us and were already in thier second round serve. My son was very hugry and I lost patience and decided to leave. HANG ON!! ... theysaid sorry but insisted the food is ready. So I said fine out of good faith will do a take away as we were alrrady late to get home. I ORDERED PAV BAJI DOSA. As I opened the takeaway box. Got 2 pcs of flatbread pasted with sauce (not even fresh Sauce) sauce from freezer all for $14 BuCKs!!!!! Are you kidding me. This was a rip off!! And a very bad takeaway/dining expierence. Not ever coming again for sure. Kauphy place in willetton has much better dosa and fresh. Not Frozen. Not even sure how many days its been frozen for hey... TO THE OWNERS ITS A SHAME!! DESERVE LESS THEN A STAR.

The vibe of the store is very calm and relaxing. The menu has a wide variety of dosa’s with different twists. It’s nice to see an store with a new variety of food. Also they do the rolled ice cream thingy which is nice because I’ve only ever seen that online. Would recommend this restaurant if you’d like to try something new!!

Awesome place to eat! As a vegan, I was happy to stumble upon this hidden gem! Even my meat loving boyfriend was stoked with the food! The serving sizes are awesomely huge and the price point is great. Only thing I could fault would be that the restaurant/staff seemed a little chaotic and run off their feet.

Excellent value for money. It's one of the best dosas you can get in Perth with superior service.. Enjoyed our dinner on Tuesday @ Dosa Xpress! Chat and Dosa dishes are so good. Our 7 year old son enjoyed watching and eating the iroll ice cream. All the staff are so friendly and the customer service was at its best. We will visit soon!

Amazing place to have authentic street chaat. They have wonderful variety of dosas, you can ask for smaller size to taste different flavours. Pan ice cream roll is a must have. Customer service is mind blowing, we were served by Priya and she did her job perfectly. Highly recommended!!!

Waste of time and money. Had to wait 30 minutes to get the first service even though only 2 small tables were filled and the food was very very average.

Not too sure about this place. There seems to be a case of multiple personalities, and it's hard to find it. When you first see the place you're not sure if it's and ice cream Cafe, Indian supermarket or dosa place.. The fact that they also do dry cleaning (according to a sign) doesnt help clarify the picture. The manager was very friendly and greeted us and found a seat, and encouraged us to do the all you can eat option (the menu or lack of and prices seem to funnel customers to this option). On the day $20/a head. Which was reasonable for the nice food we did receive. However this was mitigated by the slow service and uncomfortable seats. They've just opened recently so maybe growing pains, I would probably give them another go but wouldn't be rushing back too soon. Good luck and hope they can make some improvements in service delivery.

Got the $26 offer for buffet food. Starters were really good, loved a couple of them. However the Dosa tasted strange and not like traditional South Indian food. Ice cream was also sub par. Service was slower than expected due to busy shop and not enough staff. However the atmosphere was very nice, could be a bit brighter inside.

Food and customer service very good . Would be happy if they could please provide tap water after food it would be great. We were told to buy bottled water. Would suggest carrying your own bottled water.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, go somewhere else. We made a booking for 7.30pm and were there on time. There were no tables available, staff did not acknowledge our booking, told us to wait 5 minutes because they were sorting things out. We stood outside for 45 minutes only to be seated up in the “attic” of the restaurant which was hot, full of dust and the tables and chairs were broken. People from all 3 tables in the attic including ours left the restaurant due to lack of regard and service by the restaurant towards their customers.

The staff is friendly and will always assist you with the choices. I could see roadside parking around this place. I paid for all you can eat for 26.99. Honestly, I did like the offer and it is tempting. The quantity is worthy of 5 stars but somewhere the quality lacks and, in my opinion I would rate it 3.5. My reasons behind 3.5 are below: They ran out of few items when I visited them. They do not provide table water.

Underwhelming, probably ordered the wrong dosa. I was hoping they would serve chai as well.

The food was really good, simple and authentic. We got to try different type of Indian cuisines and I loved dahi veda and Pani Puri the best. And the best thing is it is very affordable. The owner was amazing and the service was good. It feels so good to be at xpress Dosa. Too good to be true but it was an amazing experience.

My opinion for the price they charge with food given is not worth it. Too expensive n service very slow.
