Pizza and garlic bread was stone cold when delivered. Why bother with deliveries if you can't get the food there warm, let alone hot! Delivery time was over an hour

I think it's just not professional to be speaking in a different language in a work place especially when there is other wokers and customers around like I understand that the place is ran by Indians and respect that but , in a work place you have to speak the universal language.

Terrible delivery service. The pizza is never delivered to our doorstep. we always receive a phone call to come out to the driveway to pick it up. After the first couple of times, we specifically pointed out where our front door is and only once after was the pizza delivered to the doorstep. but subsequently NO. We still had to walk out and collect the pizza from the driveway after receiving a phone call. Surely it is faster to simply bring it to our doorstep than to call us to come out??? And the branch is a four minute drive awy from our place. But it can take 1.5 hours to get our order. I understand that they may have several orders to fill at dinner time. But if you app says one hour, deliver! I am so glad we are moving away and back to our old suburb where we have experience better delivery service even though the unit we had lived in was a lot less accessible.

The pizza was tasty. However, their customer service needs to improve. The staff was not cordial at all to take the order. We cannot hear her clearly during ordering as she was so far from us, and outside was noisy. The staff did not show any cordiality or sorry for the inconvenience. It seemed that they do not care about a customer. NOTE: I am sorry to place this note. I am sorry to see owner's response. I completely understand your safety purpose; but from your answer it depicts that you also don't respect about customer's view! Explaining here: one staff came to give the menu from the small window. However, none of them came to take the order. Isn't it contradictory about your safety issue? Also, if they can't come, at least they could show respecful behaviour, that I did not find. However, if you don't want to improve, it's absolutely your choice. Review is not to criticise you guys, but to give an opportunity to improve.

Ordered a seafood pizza from Crust Claremont last night and felt physically sick and dizzy soon after eating. Still nauseous with an unwell stomach all of the next day. Going to the GP to rule out food poisoning and will take it further if that is the case. I will not be ordering from Crust again.

Went there last night with my partner. Was not impressed by the customer service. There was only one staff member who behaved as if she would be doing us a favour if she took our order. We decided against getting pizza and went to Hungry Jacks instead. Will not go there again.

I went to get pasta & a pizza.. i asked the woman, what's the difference between the regular & the large pasta dish.. she said "one's regular & one's large"... responded with.. yes i know that much what's the difference in size.. she looked very unhappy like it was my privilege to even talk to her to make an order.. she reluctantly gets the sizes shows me.. i order a large pasta, get home few bites in I CHEW INTO A HARD PIECE OF PLASTIC & hurt my tooth, threw it out waste of my money & time will not be returning. If you don't wanna work there leave, ever heard of customer service? believe it or not goes along way.

Takes far too long to get a delivery. Website states 50 minutes, normally takes at least 70+. Garlic bread was still frozen, and the rest of the dos was cold. better stick with Dominos.

My wfe ordered pizza thru uber eats to be delivered, however they didn,t aprove the order. After waiting for 30 mins as the app seemed to be stuck on waiting to be aproved I called them to see what was going on. All i got was we are to busy so we didn't aprove the oder thru uber eats. no apology no resolution....horrible service don't bother wasting your time with them.

The most disgusting customer service experience I have ever had. I was cut off and spoken over when simply trying to change a delivery address and there was no consideration or even acknowledgement for my concern. They simply couldn't have cared less about the situation which is truly just pathetic for a pizza shop.

Hey mate, have you ever taken a close look or even tasted your pizzas?? It's the worst I've eaten in the last 40 years! This will be my first and the last purchase from you in Claremont.

I am disappointed by the customer service. The female staff is so full of herself as if we have come to beg our order. She is quite impolite.

I’m outraged at this restaurant’s food safety practices! Our order was placed through uber eats without ANY BAG or uber receipt at all like ALL other restaurants provide. Our order was given to us loose despite new COVID19 guidelines stating that orders should be contained in tamper-evident packaging. We asked for a replacement only to be completely dismissed that our concerns during this crisis are not their shared concern! Never written a review before but I find it unbelievable that they are not acting at all responsibly and with the health of their customers in mind during this time. Don’t order from them if you care about food safety, I can only imagine how those guys operate in their kitchens under normal conditions. Disgraceful management too, it a great displeasure to talk to their manager not caring at all about customer safety and satisfaction. Not the guys I would trust handling my food at any time!

Ordered the vegan Shepard's lie and boy was it a lie! No sliced potato, random hot chips thrown on, no grated carrot and the whole thing was very dry

Ordered a pizza and garlic squares. Both came dry and lifeless, I may as well have ordered cardboard. There was no flavour or taste to either of them. Very disappointing for a $40 meal.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a Crust pizza order. The food came quickly, but it felt as if it was hours old. The cheese and herb squares were dry and I could lift the entire pizza up in one piece as though it was cardboard. No taste really not nice, so disappointing.

2 choices here only : WAIT ( app says 40 minutes pick up and wait in store 15 minutes) or COLD ( arrive and they made it early and no warmer trays cause why would a pizza shop need warmer trays? Maybe it’s only Grilled that splashes out for warmer trays - even though their burgers are half the price of these pizzas?). Fool me once, shame on you, fool me three times, shame on me. Slow learner, I admit, but there won’t be a 4th time!

All items on Uber eats not available on order. Order cancelled. No notification of lack of items. Phoned company personally, rude and defensive response. Asked for name of server, hung up.

Terrible experience ordering here tonight. I have ordered here once before and had a great experience. Tonight I placed my second order with the store and could not have been more disappointed. Ordered two pizzas and once they were delivered I opened the boxes and all of the toppings had completely slid off of the pizzas leaving a plain base and scraped off toppings on the side of the boxes. I was mortified, I understand that this may have been influenced by the delivery driver perhaps driving recklessly or handling the boxes in an absurd way but truly this is ridiculous and if the pizzas were made correctly this should not have occurred. Not only that, I ordered garlic bread which was burnt and once I eventually assembled the pizzas back together, it was dry and tasted like cardboard. Very disappointed, I paid $70 for this order just for it to be almost inedible. Just not good enough, will be complaining to Uber as well for the state of the pizzas however I don't believe that they are the only ones to blame.

Doughy, too salty, too cheesy and undercooked. All we could taste was salt. Very disappointed.

Staring down the barrel at limited food options at 3am, I thought I'd roll the dice and try Crust. To my surprise, Crust has delivered a quality food offering. The Hawaiian Pizza doesn't try to be something it's not and had toppings aplenty. It's not Woodfired, which to some may be a no-no, but the flavour and freshness made this a great meal.

Pizza and chips were very nice. Good value for money and fresh. Very clean. Friendly staff.

Pizza tastes fine (thumbs up for the crust)! But I am so disappointed with the customer service☹ First day I thought, must have been a bad day at work, just let it slide! It happened again! The lady at the counter seemed so unhappy (kinda disgusted) with the customer! It was simply about ordering pizza, such intense attitude was uncalled for! No one wants an unwanted taste of bad attitude on a fun pizza night!

Great fast service and delicious every time. Hubby went in there this evening and service was great friendly and fast. Tasty pizza too. We got a 1889 margherita pizza with added pepperoni with GF base. So tasty!

brought a pizza from here this evening, and was terribly disappointed. when the pizza arrived every single topping from the pizza have been pushed to the side, so the entire pizza was nothing but pastry by that point. even after attempting to push the toppings back on the pizza, there was no where near a sufficient amount of toppings in the first place for a normal pizza. will not be going here again! 😡

The apple pie bites are anazing. I struggle to find affordable delivery in the area and Crust is now a favourite.

Yesterday I ordered 2 pizzas, the dough of the pizzas was raw, half of it is raw, and I called to say that if I could go myself to change the pizza or at least that they finish making it and they tell me that wasn’t their problem ! the worst service I can’t recommend at all

The pizza is always really delicious but suddenly 'VIPPs' don't get free delivery anymore and what is with the shop crossing out our complimentary pizza squares? It was an offer on the order and we just didn't get it. A bit odd.

both times I've had a really enjoyable experience from this Crust store. Service is friendly and the staff greet you with smiles. the vegetarian pizzas both times were gorgeous to look at, pleasant to smell and once one bite has been sampled they're really difficult to resist, so both times I've devoured the pizzas before they made it home with me.. They're open later than a lot of places nearby too which is a bonus, I just wish they delivered at later hours! **I have to edit my review. The girls who work there made the lovely pizzas on both of those occasions, the taller man who works there unfortunately served my partner and I overcooked, rubbery pizzas. When we arrived to pick them up he told us "2 more minutes" while he was making another pizza, then before two minutes was up he went to get our pizzas from the oven (assuming). I didn't think to look at them until I was in the car half way home because I haven't had a problem before, but when I saw the brown aesthetic of the first pizza and my heart dropped. All the cheese was overcooked to that horrible brown/orangey jerky like state. There was no cheese pull, no stringyness and the pizza was so overcooked even my 17 years of vegetarianism still wasn't enough to help me identify what vegetable I was looking at :(

Ordered a carbonara, pizza and the apple pie bites. Carbonara was really plain and watery, the only bit of flavour there was the bacon pretty disappointing. Luckily the pizza and bites were alright though.

Crust pizzas aren't great

Terrible food experience. Got a bolognese with no bacon, just a out of the jar napolitaner with rasher bacon. Instead of the descripted parmesano they use a lil bit of mozzarella. Carbonara with cream and mushrooms but not any egg nor salt nor parmesam. Highly disappointed and wouldnt go there again.
