Went there for lunch. Noticed they had a under new management sign. The store was very clean and well presented, the staff were very bubbly and friendly and the food was delicious even though i was served fast. Very rare to see in the fast food industry. Great experience, will definitely be back

Yeah see comments below. I used to go once or twice a week but I won't be going again. The burritos aren't filled as well as before. I would say 20/25% less than a regular Zambrero. The regular feels like a small. I asked the staff member and he said they are re-training all the staff and seemed to imply they were overfilling them before. Included some photos to give you some idea of what you'll be getting. I mean before there is no way I would be able to re-wrap them before without all the fillings falling out. However with this last one it was easy to re-wrap with room to spare.

I waited 30 minutes at the drive through. 5 minutes before anyone said anything at the telcom, 15 minutes behind another car, and then after i paid (the guy at the till was polite) waited another 10 minutes. Then i was given my burrito and the generic sorry for the wait. When i politely asked if they were short staffed, a young lady said no and shut the window. Really wouldn't have minded waiting if they communicated something and were nice about it. I suggest trying the drive through at ascot, they are always pleasant.

The Filo staff is so helpful and accommodating. Just that one time they missed by mishearing my order but they are actually good in bouncing back. Thanks! I love Zambrero.

Normally always go to this place and is always really good, but had to get Uber eats the other day as covid n it’s not good n even the last two times I have had Uber eats with it, never been good. N I was maybe expecting it to not to be nice n I was right but I was hoping I wasn’t going to be. This rice was solid I literally could tap on it. Not good please make better meals for uber eats, if I could have came up I would have but can’t. Makes me not wanna get it anymore

Purchased a burrito bowl and it was the most disgusting slop I’ve ever eaten. I contacted their Facebook page who sent a picture of the food to the store and all I received was “sorry staff were training on this day”. Poor customer service and disgusting food. I won’t be back.

I've never had a bad experience in a Zambrero restaurant. The Coverdale one is always clean and the staff are very efficient, it's a great choice if you want a fresh lunch and you don't have time to wait too long.

I wouldn’t even give them a single star, may be something in minus. I ordered vegetarian burrito from them which was disgusting. Firstly, I was upset with their burrito rolling skill and later on the burrito was full of sand. Every single bite was full of sand with particles. I complained about it to the staff but he gave me an excuse that it is because of the supplier and he will let the supplier know about this. But it did sound like the staff member ignored it. I think I am done with Zambrero burrito now onwards.

The food compared to other Zambrero locations was okay, the dining area was dirty. Like someone had been picking up the rubbish but it hadn't been wiped or mopped in months. The meal counter was not on/working. For some reason I always enjoy watching the tick along.

No one answered at the order speaker. Drove to the window and waited but no-one serving. Restaurant was definitely open.

Free body hair with every meal. Contacted the store immediately but I'm still waiting for a callback 8 days later. Definitely wouldn't go back.

A pretty decent healthy option for a quick take out. Had the Powerbowl and this covers layered with shredded lettuce, slow cooked chicken and a decent amount of black rice. There are other options available like beef, pork and lamb as well as vegetarian. Overall it's tasty however not exciting. You know what you will get and they deliver on that. For a quick take out I enjoyed it but wouldn't go there is looking for a great Mexican food.

To my son to Zambrero's for his first Time. Service was polite and chatty. The food was tasty and fresh. I had the burito and my son one soft and one hard taco. He loved it he even ate the tomatoes included! We ate in store all in all great lunch.

Caden the Store Manager was absolutely fantastic. Extremely helpful, patient and able to make last minute changes to the order. It is obvious he is a valuable addition to the Zambrero team.

Normally zamberaro, particularly Cloverdale store is good. But very disappointed with what we got today, half filled bowls for the full price, vege bowl had partially cooked rice, only giving two starts because chicken bowls were bit ok taste wise.

Always like Zambrero, but this one taste a bit different than other one. The waiter didn't smile at all. It's like she has constipation or something.

Just went through the drive through and got some nachos, asked for double garlic sauce and paid for double but got a tiny drizzle over the top. As I’ve eaten through some of it I’ve found at least 3 small black hairs 🤢 absolutely disgusting very disappointing! I’ve noticed it depends on the day and the staff working as to whether my order will be perfect or really disappointing. Today it was definitely on the disappointing side. 👎🏽

Just ordered through the drive thru and got 2 small burritos. The whole thing was full of sauce!!! No salad and no meat just sauce and rice. Both were disgusting COULDNT finish them!!! Poor service too

I’m very disappointed! I had to wait for like 10 minutes on the drive through before I ordered and then when I got to the window waited even more while one staff was doing the work the other two busy talking to each other… after all that I ordered big burrito but looked like a small one with not much chicken on it they didn’t even use the right measurement cup like other stores instead they used a spoon that’s shocking! Whoever owns this particular store should really think about training their stuff before they start losing their customers!

Live next door to this store and it's amazing every time love the pork

I visited the Belmont forum store tonight for the first time and was really impressed by the positive attitude and helpfulness that came from both young men. I decided on nachos and the man with tattoos serving me was so helpful at telling me all the ingredients before I decided. I then watched him quickly serve another customers entire order while mine was cooking. I will now happily travel the extra 10 minutes instead of my local store. Overall my experience here was amazing and I couldn’t recommend enough 👍👍

Compared to other zambreros I eaten at very disappointed in the quantity of rice and meat in the bowels my bowel was mainly all lettus value for money is simply not there

I have been a long time customer of Belmont Cloverdale, and have averaged probably 2-3 burritos a week over a 2 year period. Everything has changed with the new staff they've got in over the past few months. The customer service is really poor, with longer wait times and no apologies. I am consistently being charged the wrong prices, being given the wrong order (last time i ordered a vegan burrito and got a pork one instead). The last handful of times i've been i've noticed that the wraps (which used to be rolled so nicely) now look like they are being squished instead of rolled, they are barely edible! I actually feel sick from the one i've just eaten, i think i had rice that had been sitting there all day. Really disappointing, please managers get on top of customer service and quality control, otherwise i will stop coming back. Definitely some more retraining needed! I pick these up on my way home from work and don't have the time or energy to drive back to get these orders corrected. I'll just go to Vic Park next time.

i just went through the drive through at zambreros. they probably need more staff on as i had to wait to be served for just under 10 minutes. that wasn’t the problem - i understand sometimes there can be a hold up. i asked for a vegan burrito (i can’t have lactose and i’m also vegan) and was given a burrito with cheese and sour cream inside. i didn’t have time to go back and get it swapped. i understand that accidents happen but it’s super frustrating seeing as i said i wanted a vegan burrito.

After a hectic day out and about pulled in for a quick bite, as it was my first time, had no clue on how to put it all together, the young blokes whom attended,and embarrassingly for me his name escapes me,sorry, and he immediately knew I was clueless, talked me through the whole process which was super easy and his flavour combo suggestions were spot on, I quickly settle down a Burrito had the Beef and pork, the spices were super tasty but not dominating, the rice salsa cheese and onion I think. The Hommous and garlic sauce on top, all combined to be one of the tastiest and satisfying introductinons to this franchise. Definitely will be back. Clean polite helpfully friendly staff completed the deal! Too notch!
