Only tried the coffees and they're good. Service is quick.

Been here many times and love the food. Stopped by today and had the worst server ever. chicken chorizo had 2-3 tiny bits of chorizo and few pieces chicken but whole lot of leaves and crumbed chicken half barely any chicken lots of pasta. Overall customer service of the lady was a disappointment as I have bought the exact same order before but didn’t end up with leaves and pasta.

Very yummy food that are freshly made! The staff are quick to serve you and are very friendly and carry a smile. Great place, must try it out!

Best coffee at the forum, Baristas are really lovely. Especially Jazz the blonde chick who can do acrobatics with coffee cups. Love the salads too and how fresh and full of flavor they are. This is now my go to coffee place. Keep up the good work guys

I'm utterly disappointed with my recent visit to this establishment, and it will definitely be my last. The staff consistently display an alarming lack of generosity when it comes to adding protein to their salads. It's disheartening to witness them heap plates with an abundance of salad or pasta, only to skimp on the protein, offering a mere 4 minuscule pieces. It's truly absurd. I fail to comprehend why the owners would choose to operate a business if they intend to be so miserly towards their valued customers.

Love it very fresh food very full plated and yummy the best of all it all in front of your eyes and it can satisfy vegiterians and meat lover as they have both sort of food. You will be served very fast and it’s delicious. Keep up the freshness , good work, will highly recommend to try.

I had a long hair in my wrap on Friday. Called the company twice, was told some one would call me back and still nothing. I’ll never eat here again

Worst experience ever today. My partner, daughter & I visit here several times a week for coffee and wraps. recently decided to be more healthy & the salads always look fresh and loaded so I got chicken,avocado salad. I watched her plate up & noticed, everything is on top..underneath it's just lettuce. She put ONE stingy piece of avocado on my salad & when I asked politely for more avocado was ignored. So I asked again a bit louder. she looked annoyed, gave me a TINY piece more , then when I collected my coffee she told the supervisor & they laughed 😡 My Medium sized salad: 0 cucumber 0 tomato 0 capsicum about 10 poppy seeds 1 & 1/2 slices avocado Plenty of chicken (Woolworths deli = $2) 1 tiny bit of sundried tomato Pile of leaf (Woolworths = $1.50) #RIPPED OFF #NEVERAGAINSOULORIGIN

Load the top of the display with chicken, avocado, chorizo etc and then pull your salad from the bottom. 95% pasta or leaves, 5% actual chicken, 100% disappointment.

Love the soup. Tuscan Veg. On a cold winter's day like today, it was just what my body craved. Earlier in the morning, I ordered a coffee, and that also hit the spot. A good friend Joe recommended this gem of a place tucked away next to Bread Talk and Coles. He said to try their their Egg Benedict, which he recons is to die for! I am watching the line of customers eagerly waiting to order and it is almost 1pm. This lunch crowd look like regular customers coming back for more. And watching the wait staff confirms their customer service is also excellent. As for pricing, I paid under 8 dollars for my soup and the serve was generous and really filling. They give out samples of soup to try for free, as it can be hard to decide between the Chicken and Corn, or the Vietnamese Beef, or my choice today which was the Tuscan Veg. After trying the sample, I knew my choice! I wish I discovered Soul Origin earlier, but it is never too late. They have a few outlets, and next on my list is their location in the Carousel Shopping centre.

have only tried their coffee - and it is pretty good. service was quick and good, and staff are friendly. they do have other stuff like sandwiches etc, will need to remind myself to try them out.

The pumpkin couscous was my favorite. My takeaway flat white took pretty long and it came kinda warm.

I was recently in 7 days isolation and relied on Soul Origin Belmont for my morning coffee and sometimes breakfast. They still took great care with the food and coffee. When it arrived via Uber Eats it was still fresh and hot! Thank you all!

Only positives to say regarding this location. Belmont does the best it can, considering it's a food court location. Sandwiches and coffee is always consistent. Additionally, staff are always at least cordial if very busy and accommodating should they have the room.

This is a great place to eat while out shopping, or after work. I've come here a number of times, and the servers have had my coffee and my sandwich ready to eat in about 2 minutes. I highly recommend their chicken and avocado focaccia. It's to die for!

Been eating here since they opened. Their coffee is always so deliciously made. Friendly quick efficient staff and manager. Food is yummy love having healthier options around. Sometimes I eat on my salads on the run or I go home and cook some chicken or eggs, having a full quick nutrient based meal. I think a lot of people like to complain about things in regards to the other reviews. I’m pretty fussy and this place is great. Definitely try their coffee nom nom. Oh and I even got a free soup the other day with my membership I was so grateful.

After being a loyal customer for many years, today will be my last order from Soul Origin. My family purchased over $70 for lunch and after my son accidentally dropped his large choc crusher, he became upset and I asked for a small replacement. The Soul Origin staff member said it's not her responsibility and if we wanted a replacement we would need to pay $4. I was very disappointed in her lack of compassion towards my 7 year old son and the disregard to support a loyal customer. Serving fresh food doesn't give you a right to be rude and inconsiderant of children's feelings. You need to change your name from Soul Origin to SOUL CRUSHERS.

Indian girl behind the counter was standing there picking her head with the dandruff and flakes falling down into salads. Was almost vomiting just seeing this. Absolutely disgusting! The glass counter doesn’t protect the food on the staff side! Obviously can never go there! Manager didn’t care, wasn’t interested as he was on his coffee break! Health department is now investigating…

Coffee here is excellent and very smooth even with my request for an extra shot. They have great baristas, my go to place.

Vegetable not fresh.

Greeted was alright, was kinda rude. I wanted a wrap so I got the chicken wrap and asked how fresh it was, she said about 3 hours. Asked if I could get a fresh one and she declined. The lettuce task wrong and the chicken. I don't understand why it's a "Fresh food co", when it's not fresh.

Probably the worst cold brew I've ever had. And for $6 it's a bit rich for something that tastes like the dregs tray. But at least they were open on the public holiday and the staff are polite and friendly.

Have been here before but wasn't impressed the time before but thought I'd give it another try. Same issue again. We ordered 2 different types of salads in each serve (2x small salads with 2 choices in each). Both serves were sandy and gritty so we could not eat them at all. They told us all salads are prewashed so this shouldn't happen. Well it did, and more than once. Wont go again.

I've got the large size meal with 4 different flavors: chorizo, chicken avocado, Tuscan pasta, and tuna salad. At the end the man served me just salad.. I mean Just - Salad, there wasn't neither a little piece of avocado, 1 olive counted , and if I counted 4 pieces of chicken it was already a lot. All of this I'm pretty sure was old at least 4 days. Nothing fresh. They show good things on top of the plates in the shop window and in the bottom there is only salad, indeed when they going to serving you, the take just from the bottom. So in the end For 12.5$ I've got just 1 dollar of old mix salad from every super market. So shame and scam.. I'll never go back for sure.

Used to be really good place for coffee when I stop by this forum months ago. I wonder if they replaced all the great staff? Today we were served by a lady around 2pm the barista who never say hi or look like she wanted to serve. We ordered as normal and she told me the $$ not even bothered to look at me for one sec lol. Start steaming the milk and she left the bar and left .....without send us the coffee. .wt?
