This store should not be trusted in the hospitality & catering industry, read on before ordering from them……. Received a phone call from the driver “Pina”who asked me to come down to the foyer to pick up the pizza, I politely declined explaining I don’t have any shoes on and I’m not really dressed for the foyer would you mind bringing it up please. What I received was poor attitude saying she can’t enter the building because of Covid, absolute rubbish. Pina then dropped the pizza at my door in the cold without even having the courtesy of knocking on the door so when I rang 10 minutes later and said have you gotten lost she said it’s at your door, I opened the door to find the pizza sitting in the cold absolutely stone cold sloppy and disgusting……… That’s me and Dominos over for ever!!!!! The driver and the manager ended up ringing me after I sent them a video of the stone cold disgusting slop offering me another pizza and bringing it out. I just have absolute trust issues now with the store if they are prepared to drop a pizza at the door in the stone cold out with God knows what could be crawling over the food on the floor you just simply cannot trust them to deliver food.

Dissapointed with the pizza I got from Dominos Hay St West Perth last night. I ordered a Extra Large Pepperoni and this is what I got. You can count the pepperoni pieces on 1 hand. This is how they treat a loyal customer who regularly get pizzas from this store. The extra large is supposed to have 50% more toppings what an absolute joke.

Mr Utsav if cannt explain and give pizza information over the phone then why you people put on phone number over the website. I just started enqiring about pizza Utsav said better to do online order i cannt explain 10 pizza over the phone and he said or you have to come to shop. We will do online order we can come to shop but we just want only little more info about the deals and pizzas and he said we are too busy we can not talk. So the question is… Is this your customer service?? Why you put phone number on site if you cannt talk ? If you cannt talk then better not to attend the call. And please tell the dominos headoffice we cannot give customer service over the phone they can disconnect your line permanently. You ruin our positive energry before starting celebration. This time we just walked in for a random pizza request from my little girl who had enough of the park and didn't want to wait for me to make dinner. We order about once a month for pick-up as we live close by. It was busy and the wait was not bad at all considering we simply walked in. The usual guy making pizzas had his fast pace and always nice attitude, and the delivery people were a constant in and out. This Domino's has changed ownership about 2 yrs ago and I am so glad I went back since then. It's great and the pizza is always nicely made with a good amount of toppings. They win the evening comfort food of West Perth award. You'll realise how right I am if you live in the area as everything else closes at 3 pm.

Left a mobile number to call when delivery arrived. Received a pre-recorded phone message to let us know out pizza would be here shortly, then dropped the phone and was unable to answer when the driver called straight after. Copped a surly attitude from driver despite arriving downstairs to receive the pizza within 2 minutes of phone call. Dutch pancakes were soggy and had the icing sugar barely waved over them. Pizza cut unevenly and arrived lukewarm. Not good service at all. Lift your game Domino's West Perth!

Worst dominos in Perth! Don't even waste your time going there/ordering from them! I ordered 3 pizzas (one of them a supreme - NO CHEESE NO PINEAPPLE). After a while (didn't take long) my order arrived. Cold and wrong. No insulated bag (pizzas on the car seat, aircon on) and my lactose intolerant wife couldn't have a pizza coz they delivered a pepperoni one instead. Called them and they asked me to give them the wrong pizza back to the driver (well... we wouldn't eat anyway but in my opinion poor option). They told me they'd be sending the right one but after 40min I gave up. Called them again and was ignored. Did not know CHEESY-garlic bread comes WITHOUT CHEESE. They are expert messing up your orders.

Worst phone service I have ever seen, I called up trying to order some food for a pickup, Some Indian lady picked up the phone with an attitude, told me to come down to the store if i wanted to order and that she wasn't going to serve me over the phone because she didn't trust me. the worst customer service and delivery i've experienced. The delivery driver refused to give me my pizza unless i paid her $20 cash because apparently i called to change my address when i didn't. They also fulfilled my delivery without delivering it and made me wait outside for 30 minutes

it was disgusting and unpleasant food given to us we are all feeling sick after eating their pizza. it does not even cook properly. if you ever get a thick shake and your not satisfied return it immediately and ask for money back keep asking until they dont give it back they are so bad at making pizzas good luck.

worst pizza i’ve ever received in my life. bought 2 pizzas and they came out absolutely burnt and unable to eat we went back and asked for a refund or to remake the pizza and they said that’s how all there pizzas turn out apparently and this has happened twice to us and i will never be coming back here again.

The large pizza was so small as compared to same pizzas at other dominos and the least amount of topping I have ever seen in any of the dominos! Worst dominos till date! Edit- Became a regular customer just because we didn’t have any other dominos near to us, but today what happened was insane, i paid extra for one of the toppings but still the topping were less than even the normal ones. Will not be eating there, will choose the far away dominos anyhow!

They got my order correct, but the pizza was a bit dismal. The sauce wasnt spread to the edges either. It had a huge gap of crust on half of it. Shame considering I had a fantastic dominos pizza at another franchise recently

worst dominos in Perth by far Ordered a pepperoni thin base pizza it was burnt to a crisp with no cheese there was a big rubbish bin out the front door and it stunk like rubbish. What a shame. I hope they go bankrupt it's a waste of space.

This is a scam shop. I placed an order at night through the Uber Eat app. I have been informed that the order will arrive in about 15-20 minutes. After a while, about 10 minutes, I got a notification that my order was complete. It's trash as I haven't received any calls from the delivery person, even I went around my apartment to look many times (hopefully the delivery guy left them somewhere), but hadn’t never seen them. Very disappointed in Domino's store. embarrassed!!!!

We have order the vegetarian pizza and I found the piece of meat in it. That’s very disgusting. Staff should pay attention while adding the toppings on the pizza. And it happened after the so called quality check.

This dominos store is the worst store I’ve come across in Australia. Pizzas either over cooked or under cooked. Never put appropriate amount of toppings, sometimes closes the store 1hr before the schedule time and don’t even call and inform the people whom already placed the orders.

Pizza came almost 50% crust, stuff all topping. Delivery driver drove wrong side on my street , parked up wrong side and handed the boxes out of the car window

THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO ORDER FROM AS THEY NEVER GIVE YOU A PROPER TAX INVOICE. I have been ordering from this store since the past year. Every time they deliver the order and NEVER bring a proper tax invoice. I have to keep calling and following up for the invoice for more than a week. BUT THEY JUST DON'T GIVE A TAX INVOICE. This is really upsetting as I need the invoice for office purposes.

I think the store manager have to make the staff more hygienic. The lady was not wearing gloves or a net in her head. She was scratching her head and making the pizza. Also the pizza I received had raw chilli flacks. She put it after the pizza was made. But I needed it in the pizza while baking. She told me it is the normal style of making the pizza but I had newer got such kind of pizza from any pizza shop or from a dominos store. Really shamed and the that lady is rude for the customers.

Fast service and tasty pizza

Friendly and thoughtful wait staff, our young son ordered a ham and cheese croissant and the waitress checked to make sure he'd be okay with mustard. Excellent coffee (nice latte art too!). Food was delicious, I highly recommend the corn fritters. Will definitely return.

Disappointed to see no hygiene practice with staff. I placed my order, they the proceeded to make the pizza but with only one glove on, and then scratched his head twice and then touched the food, I was disgusted.

My overall experience was amazing, staff were very friendly and quick service. Food tasted amazing would definitely go back and would 110% recommend.

Fantastic pizza fast service

I ordered Extra large cheesey garlic pizza with extra cheese. But I got just pizza base even didn’t cook properly. I tried to contact the shop through app, but they didn’t respond for that.

Gave us a burnt pizza and the lady told us “it was on offer it’s free so you get this. Don’t eat the burnt part just eat the remaining part”. Rude and unprofessional
