I
went
to
the
Canning
Vale
gym
to
try
the
infrared
sauna
which
was
quite
a
pleasant
experience.
The
prices
were
good,
I
enjoyed
the
privacy
and
the
benefits
of
the
sauna.
I
decided
to
try
it
again
however
at
the
Cockburn
gym.
Honestly
it
was
a
shocking
experience.
First
of
all,
we
called
up
to
book
a
sauna,
and
the
lady
told
us
(without
us
requesting
it)
that
we
will
be
having
a
3
person
sauna
for
extra
room.
Once
we
got
there,
the
lady
at
the
reception
really
lacked
customer
service
and
was
really
rude.
She
charged
us
$30
per
person,
even
though
at
the
Canning
Vale
sauna
it
was
$35
per
room!
After
complaining
about
Canning
Vale
for
charging
us
the
less
amount,
she
seemed
like
she
did
not
even
have
a
price
list
as
she
had
to
call
up
2
different
people
to
ask
the
price.
Later
I
looked
up
the
prices
on
the
website
and
it
is
actually
$55
for
2
people
so
she
overcharged
us.
Regardless,
we
did
not
complain.
She
didn't
even
offer
to
show
us
where
the
saunas
are.
After
asking
her
to
as
we
didn't
know,
she
just
walked
us
to
a
staircase
and
gave
us
directions.
Didn't
explain
anything
else!
We
went
to
the
saunas,
there
is
literally
no
privacy.
Around
7
saunas
in
one
room.
We
didn't
get
the
3
person
sauna
that
we
were
told
we
would
over
the
phone.
There
is
nowhere
to
change
or
put
your
belongings.
This
is
completely
different
to
the
Canning
Vale
one
where
you
get
your
own
room.
Also,
the
lady
only
gave
us
1
towel
which
you
need
to
cover
yourself
in
the
sauna
since
there
is
no
privacy,
and
this
towel
also
gets
drenched.
Once
we
finished
our
session,
since
there
is
nowhere
to
change
without
everyone
else
in
the
sauna
room
looking,
we
had
to
change
near
the
sauna
room.
There
are
change
rooms
outside,
if
you
go
down
the
stairs
and
near
the
bathrooms
but
unfortunately
some
people
don't
feel
comfortable
walking
around
in
just
a
towel.
Anyways,
I
rushed
to
get
changed
as
I
heard
the
same
admin
lady
showing
another
lady
the
same
sauna
we
were
in.
So
she
refused
to
walk
us
in
the
sauna
room
but
was
happy
to
do
it
for
another
person?
I
left
not
realising
I
forgot
my
towel
in
the
sauna
(which
was
placed
there
because
there
was
nowhere
to
put
anything
when
getting
changed!).
Once
we
got
back
to
the
reception,
the
same
lady
started
to
tell
us
off
about
forgetting
our
towels
in
the
sauna
and
told
us
next
time
to
put
them
where
they
belong,
as
if
we
did
it
on
purpose?
She
was
extremely
condescending
and
demeaning
and
its
my
understanding
that
you
shouldn't
ever
speak
to
people,
let
alone
customers
in
that
way.
It
was
actually
quite
embarrassing
considering
there
were
other
people
around.
I've
never
felt
so
disgusted
with
customer
service
before.
My
partner
was
so
disgusted
that
he
just
walked
off,
but
I
(regretfully)
apologised
as
I
genuinely
didn't
intend
to
leave
the
towel
there.
It
also
came
to
my
attention
that
they
do
not
even
clean
the
saunas
after
using
them,
like
a
simple
wipe
down
would
be
sufficient
but
its
quite
unhygienic
how
a
lady
used
our
sauna
straight
after
we
finished.
That
is
why
I
gave
it
1
star
rating.
The
Canning
Vale
experience
was
awesome,
but
unfortunately
its
cases
like
these
where
1
team
member
can
damage
the
reputation.
Its
a
shame
as
we
were
considering
getting
a
membership
from
Roar
Fitness
but
after
that
experience
we
were
left
feeling
extremely
unwelcome.
I
will
never
step
foot
in
that
gym
again
after
her
service.
