The piano man (Gerard D'Souza) who is constantly leaving bad reviews about this shop was caught inappropriately touching himself, watching the female staff members catch fish from the top tanks. He has been spoken to about this from other companies.

These guys are awesome they give you discounts and you can put your "Pet City tag" on your key ring I love it, it's a bummer they're not closer to where I live.

Very disappointed after a recent trip to the store. I gave 5 star review a year ago and this time unfortunately not. The store needs to check and attend to all the animals firstly before the customers. The hermit crab tanks are insufficiently setup with no heat or light. There was 3 dead crabs which we had to point out to staff. I do love this store it is generally a very good store. This was very disappointing to see and I'm not sure if I will be a returning customer now.

Great, attentive staff who generally remember who you are. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and if they don't know something well enough they direct you to their information packets. A great selection of fish and birds for a small store, and they're always on top of restocking. I've been here many times, and will come here many more.

Great as far as buying expensive dog biscuits, however they are about the cheapest, easy store to get around. Fish (for the tank, not the plate) is an excellent set up, lots of accessories. Easy parking if your carrying a bloody heavy bag of biscuits. Shall return.

Bad management at Pet City Morley. Mel the store manager is rude to customers she needs to be replaced she has blonde hair and is always at the counter. Staff are unhelpful, have no knowledge of products, busy chatting and laughing to each other rather than serving customers. Very expensive prices on fish and products are of low quality. Customer service is horrible just don't shop there that's why it's a one star review. I encourage others to buy their fish elsewhere too many dead fish in poor condition in all the tanks.

Polite bubbly knowledgeable staff, clean shop... nothing spectacular but everything you need in regards to the basics of fish keeping, bird keeping and common home pets! Ask questions.... these people love animals and and have answers! (They have a range of tropical, cold water fish and birds in-store.... TBH i didn't look on the other side of the store)

What a cool pet shop this is. It has almost everything you could want. They have fishes, they have snakes, they have birds and they even had some rabbits, I called one Rodger and I really wanted to take him home but I know my dog would not like him. Big selection of pet foods and super friendly staff to help you. Thanks see you again soon 😁

Helpful staff . I bought 6 fish but 1 of them was distinctly Gray and missing a fin . The other 5 we're fine and weeks later are doing great .

Went there to buy some food and water bowls and a play toy for my cat. All came to 22 bucks was expecting to spend 30. Only one dude behind the counter - it was a Monday morning. He was very helpful and friendly. I will be back for sure.
