Friendly service. The staff are well educated regarding the food they sell. Dogs are welcomed and given treats.

Janine, Anthony, Tracey and the Petbarn Belmont team are consistently friendly and helpful - the main reason my husband and I both enjoy shopping there. On top of the great customer service, the store is always neat, products are easy to find and there is plenty of parking.

Nice place but I said to the lady I didn't want fish that grow big and even said I hate shops that sell you fish that get huge and don't let you know they sold me a clown loach and it will probably grow to the average of 5 inches with with a 16 inch tank doesn't work so gonna have to donate since they wouldn't take fish back that I said I hate fish stores that sell tiny fish that turn into big fish and she still sold it and when I rang up I got the answer of they grow to your tank and then a different person on phone said if it dose grow 2 or 3 times the size you can sell him for much more but I buy fish not sell them or try find home's, every research I've done says the average is 5 inches or more, other than that everything was fine. Lol

We had our Toy Poodle groomed last Thursday at PetBarn. As always the service was very efficient - she was ready in 1.5 hrs. And we think she looks gorgeous!! Their prices are also very competitive. The only downside is that you’ve got to book well ahead, but that’s obviously because many know they provide a great service. Thank you PetBarn Belmont - you’ve got some great groomers!!! 🐾 ♥️

Had repeated disappointments with the groomer at Petbarn. My puppy was suffering from an UTI the first time and the groomer gave up trying to groom her as she peed too much. We were concerned and brought her to the vet, and she was treated with antibiotics. Decided to give Petbarn Belmont another try as the peeing issue has resolved. Got our appointment cancelled again the day before with no warning. Called up the groomer and explained that we brought her to the vet and her peeing issue has resolved but the groomer refused to listen. Now we have to wait one more month to book somewhere else as wait times are so long. Unprofessional and rude. Will never come back again.

Nice new location with all the pet products you could need under one roof. There are also two dog washing stations available.

Good place, the bird is lovely but they need to care for their fish a bit better there was some dead ones last time. Also a tad expensive but I think at this stage it is normal to go a little more for your pets.

Always a great range of all pets foods and stuffs. Great deals to be had if you are a regular member too. My furbabies love the foods n treats I bring home for them from here.

They were still setting up but when I asked about their range most things were not going to be stocked, no meals for mutts, very few single protein dog treats.

Loved petbarn but suddenly I stopped receiving vouchers for bulk discounts and seems a supply issue there is never enough Kangaroo in the freezer at any of the stores in Perth metro.

My wife and I come here often with our dog. The staff are always friendly and the prices are reasonable. This is one of the bigger Petbarns I've seen, with a wider variety of products than most (including products for unusual pets).

There is always a friendly atmosphere here, and the staff is always willing to help. Depending on my dog's breed, they recommend products that will be suitable for me. Stock is available in a good variety and there is something for everyone.

I took my two airedales to Petbarn Belmont for the first time for grooming today. Very happy with the outcome and all the staff in the grooming salon and the store itself were very helpful and friendly. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I called and left messages a couple of times in the last two weeks to change appointment time but never got a response. Still, I will certainly be going back. Thanks PBB. Nicola

Very expensive prices on fish and all pet items. Customer service is terrible. Nothing great about Petbarn. Shop elsewhere for your pets don't waste your money on Petbarn and City Farmers.

Lovely staff, the groomers are fantastic!! I could barely explain what I wanted but they understood the brief and my dog looks incredible. So kind with the dogs and great pricing.

Always great customer service from the Belmont team, you walk in and you’re greeted with a smile and same when you walk out. Best store to shop at. They give my dogs cuddles every time I am there. If I can get the item there I will never look elsewhere no matter the price. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the other stores.

They were very helpful in all my needs as a customer. They stayed and explained everything to me what I had to do for my rescue cat that I have no control over and no interaction with. Thank you Annie for the wonderful help and support

Good place to have items for pet. But staff are pretry much all friendly and nice except one lady named Lay** young lady. I have asked a couple of questions to find out what difference between some items. Wasnt smile and not have enough explanation. Ok dont have to smile but i have to ask again to another lady who was very welcoming me and smile to me with good explanation. when i went to check out, i was checking the price which have discounted tag on it so was a bit slow to take out my card from my pocket. Maybe 4 or 5second. Is that much matter to push me pay in hurry? Well i was big fan of city farmers in belmont but unfortunately i have no choice to go there due to close down. That makes me to come petbarn since last a couple of month but now i will trip to city farmers in East victoria park instead of coming Petbarn in Belmont. All good. No worries.

1st place i went to after picking up my Audrey over a year ago, love the staff, very helpful and professional

Quite disappointed at this place. When 4/4 of my fish died very soon after purchasing from Petbarn Midland, I thought I would give Petbarn Belmont a chance, even though there wasn't much to choose from and there being numerous dead fish in their tanks. Less than 10 hours after purchasing a Peppered Cory, it too was dead. Even while acclimatising, the Cory was swimming funny and could not descend, I obviously kept a close eye on it and it deteriorated quite quickly. All my other fish are perfectly fine (not purchased from there). All I wanted was the $8 refund as a store credit to buy equipment (yes, I know, $8 is twice as expensive as good stores) but they would not budge. Save your money and buy quality fish elsewhere.

I've been getting my dry cat food and flea treatment from these guys for a while. Great specials and the rewards program is worth it. The sales assistants are always friendly and helpful. Can be difficult to get assistance when it's busy or when someone else is occupying the assistants time (it is so inconsiderate of other people wanting to buy something at the same time as me...). Parking can also be problematic during peak hours.
