My
fiancé
and
I
spoke
to
Stelios
after
receiving
a
recommendation
from
a
friend
to
design
an
engagement
ring
and
our
wedding
bands.
This
was
after
meeting
with
several
other
jewelers
in
Perth.
What
sold
us
on
Stelios
was
his
direct
and
pragmatic
approach
to
design
and
his
clear
communication
-
he
listened
to
our
(pretty
vague)
design
ideas
and
made
considered
and
well-explained
recommendations.
He
was
also
very
helpful
in
sourcing
an
appropriate
diamond
to
our
budget
and
specifications
without
any
pushy
salesmanship.
One
of
the
other
main
factors
for
working
with
Stelios
was
his
thorough
design
process.
Going
in,
we
didn't
quite
an
entirely
clear
picture
of
how
we
wanted
the
engagement
ring
to
look.
After
we
had
a
few
sessions
with
Stelios
to
sketch
out
a
vague
design
idea
and
to
talk
through
the
various
intricacies
of
design,
manufacture,
diamond
selection
and
such,
Stelios
was
able
to
send
us
a
screenshot
of
a
3D
CAD
model
draft.
He
then
followed
this
up
with
a
3D-printed
wax
mold
that
he
used
to
cast
a
prototype
in
silver
that
we
could
touch
and
feel
and
wear
and
scrutinize!
This
3-step
design
review
was
very
helpful
-
it
was
much
easier
for
us
to
visualize
the
end-product
this
way.
We
even
made
some
(last-minute)
tweaks
to
the
design
based
on
how
the
prototype
it
looked
and
felt
in
person
that
we
didn't
catch
on
paper
in
sketches
and
CAD.
All
in
all
we
had
a
very
pleasant
experience
working
with
Stelios
-
he's
a
friendly
and
down-to-earth
guy
who
spoke
in
relatable
terms
about
his
craft,
knows
his
stuff
and
has
an
eye
for
detail.
