I have worn their jewelry all that time and never tire of the extraordinary artistry that exudes from Alan and his designers. The pieces I have are unique and have their own Linneys stamp. Awful experience. My partner and I got engaged last week, and we were excited to visit the famous Linneys in Subiaco together to look for rings. The clerk (a tall brunette gentleman with an accent) wanted nothing to do with us, and barely spoke. I asked questions and requested to try things on, but he just wouldn’t engage. He didn’t even check my ring size. When I requested a quote for a custom piece, I was referred to the prices listed on the display, and simply told they could be “increased to suit my budget.” I found this strange, as I’d requested a custom piece, yet he made no mention of additions/alterations/stone types/etc that I could explore. I then tried to initiate a discussion about ethical stones, but was bluntly told “we don’t do lab-grown here.” It was clear by that point that this man thought I was wasting his time, so my partner and I left. Not the experience we expected to have when looking for our engagement rings, let alone at Linneys.

I loved their showroom at Broome, so to visit their Subiaco store was a treat. Zoë was attentive and friendly to the right degree. Didn't feel any pressure to purchase but found two stunning sets of earrings that will be eternal and head turning classics. Thanks for a terrific experience.

We bought our engagement ring in 2018 from Linneys. The quality of service, diamond quality and timing of availability was excellent. After we were married in 2020, I returned to Linneys for our wedding anniversary present and they were able to provide earnings of the same quality as the engagement ring diamond. I returned a year later for 2nd wedding anniversary present. Great service each time and Zoe is fantastic and highly recommended. She looked after me/us very well. For me: Alan Linney is one of my creative, inspirations as a designer. Linney's jewellery store, was my business neighbour, twice in two locations in Rokeby Rd, Subiaco. I met Alan when he was at Pioneer Village in the very early days. It was a pleasure recently to sign the book of dedication, where some of the pictures start, with the memories of his time at the Pioneer Village. We are seen as being amongst the "Subi icons" (many clients and community members, state this as a true fact)!! I just recall it as rock and rolling: with busyness and a great fun vibe. Michelle and Alan with their family, have been such an institution in WA in both Subiaco and now also in King Street, The Crown and of course Broome! Just like me a lot of people now have treasured heirlooms from Linney's. I do want to congratulate them on such a fabulous history and wish them the very best for a fabulous future. Great service. Excellent selection of white diamond and pink diamond jewellery. Always friendly in store. Reasonable price for what you get compared to Cartier and Tiffany. Customisation is possible. Best selection of men's jewellery that I have seen. Recieved bottles of champagne, hampers for Christmas, invites to parties etc. Feel highly valued as a customer.

I recently had a ring made by Linneys Subiaco. Lynne helped me with the design and Alan Linney( who our family have known and done business with for many years) explained the design to me. I picked it up last week and it exceeded my expectations. very superb workmanship and their service is very professional and caring. A carry bag with Lindt chocs a huge candle was presented to me including a beautifully designed black box with LINNEYS PRINTED IN SILVER FOR me to keep my ring in

We had Lucy help us pick an upgrade for my engagement ring and wedding band. She was extremely attentive in every way and provided first class customer service . She listened to what we were looking for and made excellent suggestions and allowed me to try the rings in different light conditions and she was very knowledgeable about gemstones. Excellent quality of jewelry and beautiful showrooms.

Zoe was absolutely amazing. My 88 year old Mother first made contact as she wanted to buy me a gift. Zoe listened, helped her make a choice and then told her if I wasn’t happy with the choice I could switch the money to another item. No pressure just great advice based on experience. I am one of Subiaco residents and always want to support "the struggling" local businesses. I've been wanting to purchase a pair of pearl earrings in yellow gold but had no time to shop, so today I walked in to Linneys. Wow... what an experience!! Did NOT get any eye contact nor greet from the sales assistants. Stood there - invisible to them!! Utterly dissapointed!! I am not changing my mind and will never walk in back to your boutique. I took my business to Allure pearls, up the hill. A lot better customer service and a nicer place to shop. Perhaps you can learn from them?! I wish you all the best Linneys!!
