If I could give 0 stars then I would. I visited your centre today for a medical appointment and while sitting in the waiting room, I witnessed the most atrocious behaviour from your male manager towards a receptionist. Instead of pulling her aside to talk, he proceeded to yell at her in front of other staff and patients. I would classify this behaviour as bullying and it was uncomfortable for anyone who witnessed it. Your website states ‘As a modern family practice we endeavour to provide quality health care services in a safe, friendly and professional environment.’ This is clearly a false statement as nothing was friendly about what I witnessed today! I will not be coming back here and will advise others not to as well.

Terrible and extremely rude staff. My client was supposed to have an appointment with the doctor at 12.10 pm and the doctor was late for almost an hour. I called in to check and told them my client was very anxious cuz the doctor was late and this receptionist named Mel said “IT DOESNT MATTER”????!!!! Seriously? This is so irresponsible and unprofessional. Is this how you’re trained to talk to be a receptionist Mel? My client was really anxious about her tablets and when I called in to check you really said “IT DOESNT MATTER”???? Honestly quit your job don't ever work in anything related to Healthcare.

Not sure why we make appointments if we wait over 45minutes to see the doctor. Receptionists are rude and clearly don't care about anything. Pretty pathetic service from their end. You can. Hear the receptionist complaining about callers and having to snaswer the phone. Its pretty sad. Not professional at all.

Dr. was so horribly rude I was made to cry in public after the phone consult which was 2.5hrs late without any updates from their end. Lucky, they have a very understanding and lovely receptionist so they get 1 star. I understand they must have been flatted out ( esp, they bulk bill); therefore, I didn't complain etc. The dr. must have been so tired that they ran behind so far; however, being trained for years prior to being qualified as a Doctor, there must be a better, gentler way to speak to a patient with mental health issue...instead of " DON'T CALL ME AGAIN"....

I follow Dr. Bhamjee wherever he goes as he is the one who listens and tries to help. The centre he is in now is one of the best clinics I have been to, the receptionist was polite and kind , the building is really great , the ambience is good and the doctor is amazing!! Highly recommended!!!!

Receptionist at this center must get a proper training. Training for understanding people's need and remain calm instead of getting rude while a patient trying to explain his or her situation. Remember, you are there to serve us not to show your attitude!

We have been seeing Dr Bhamjee for a year or two now, and find him to be an extremely empathic, caring and knowledgeable GP. He is so good with my kids who are usually shy but he always manages to make them laugh and ease their anxiety! Would highly recommend him :)

Very bad service. Gave us appointment for mother and baby at 11.30am. During the consultation, doc say she needs to hurry for lunch and nurse has gone for lunch, no one is there for vaccination. Ask us to wait till the nurse is back from lunch. Ridiculous. Think twice before you come. The nurse didn’t put on mask in the treatment room. It is mandatory but the nurse didn’t follow the rules

The building is really nice and modern and the reception staff are lovely and understanding, I have been seeing Dr Bhamjee for a couple of years now and he is always accomodating, friendly, takes his time and is extremely helpful.

I was referred to Ms Sandra Day to receive mental health support by Dr Bhamjee on the 3rd of June 2022 from Nova Medical Centre, Manning. I was advised two weeks after when I called the receptionist at the medical centre, that Sandra is running behind and that she will get back to me as soon as possible. Today, on the 25th of July 2022, I decided to give the receptionist of Nova Medical centre, Manning, and the receptionist was not apologetic and mentioned that Sandra has since left the medical centre and has gone to another practice. As you can imagine, I do believe that my rights to service have slipped through the cracks and have been thoroughly inconvenienced due to this unforeseen circumstance on my part. I am not ranting just because I have not received the support that I require, but also would like to highlight poor practices not just from Sandra, but also Nova Medical. I suppose this is a gap that requires rectifying and do hope that people who may need the help more than I do, does not go through this ordeal. I am giving 3 stars as Dr Bhamjee was empathetic, listened to my needs, and was reassuring that I would receive the help that I need. He deserves some credit. However, communication, follow up practices and documentation practices could be improved.

I highly recommend Dr Yusuf Bhamjee and the team at Nova Medical Manning. Dr Bhamjee has been extremely helpful with all of my medical needs. The practice is very well run. And there’s great underground parking. 5 stars all around!

Dr Yusuf has helped my family and I over the years with our health, and through some difficult times. He continues to always be compassionate, understanding and supportive. I always leave feeling better thanks to his warmth and wit. He truly cares for his patients, you feel heard and seen due to his dedication and professionalism. Dr Yusuf is the best doctor, and I am so grateful to have met him and to have him as my doctor. He has changed my life and my health for the better.

We have moved all our family to see Dr Yusuf. He is very attentive and empathetic and has always made time to not just treat the symptoms but get to the cause of the problem. We are most grateful for his expert advice!

I have been going to this clinic for approx. a year and a half now and have always been treated kindly and with patience by all the staff. There is parking right out the front, but it can get full quite quickly. However, there is usually a spot somewhere nearby if none are available right out the front. They can also get quite booked out, so they may not have same day appts. available, but this is to be expected for a clinic that bulk-bills while still maintaining a great service. Very grateful for the ongoing care of the whole team.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in May and Dr Yusef has been my rock and helped me and my family on this journey. Apart from being knowledgeable he has respected my decision to do things differently to his advice things. I may arrive in tears but always leave feeling more positive.

The receptionist was so rude. Not only to me, but everyone I saw who interacted with her experienced the same. After reading all the comments and reviews, i've now noticed its not only me who thinks this or today that it has occured. Ive been coming here for a while and have appreciated the doctors and their services but after witnessing the way the receptionist treats people I'm now considering moving GP's.

Thank you Nova team. You’ve helped us out at least four times now. Your waiting room is massive so I don’t feel like I’m crowded with other patients, your receptionist is always pleasant and helpful, your nurse is wonderful with my toddler when giving injections, your Doctors are competent and know what they are doing, you have squeezed me in when other nearby GPs won’t even try, your location is convenient and so is the underground free parking...Our family is very happy with your amazing clinic and service.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE PREGNANT- GP rushes you through appointments and doesn’t take any time to talk through concerns or questions. Referral process to anti-natal services with hospitals is the worst, most frustrating and least patient centred process I have ever experienced. I asked for a referral at 20 weeks pregnant, 5 weeks later I am still having to follow up as the referral has either been sent to the wrong hospital or not sent at all despite multiple calls following this up. Very upsetting and stressful in an already stressful and anxiety filled time.

Dr Yusuf has helped me and my husband through some tough times over the last few years. He is always there to listen and give us advice on our health. I like that he is opened and easy to talk to. I feel blessed to have come across him for our health care.

Still waiting on my daughters results from 5+ days ago. I have called many times this week and still no results and no one cares enough to follow up with the pathology or call me back. The results will obviously be negative as the severe bacteria infection was misdiagnosed as viral and she was only tested for viral infections. After a hospital visit because of severe bullous impetigo and luckily seeing another doctor elsewhere we got results within 2 days. I’m glad I didn’t bother waiting for the results from this practise because day 6 and still nothing. It definitely wasn’t worth the weekend trip and 50 minute wait for nothing, I should have just waited until Monday with our normal gp.

I have had fantastic service from this clinic, the staff are friendly and helpful and recently went the extra mile to get test results sent from a regional hospital. The nurse there is great, put me at ease. Thoroughly recommend this clinic.

I see Dr Yusuf Bhamjee in Nova Medical in Manning, for my health concerns. He attends to all necessary tests and delivers appropriate health advice. He is a very caring Doctor.

Great medical centre. New, clean and fresh. No long wait times. Bulk billing. I see Dr Stevenson and she is terrific.

Pleasantly surprised! Everyone from the receptionist to Lisa the nurse and doctor Gweja were simply great. They all made me feel so comfortable and it really felt I was in great hands. So glad to have a bulk billing practice in the community, the place is immaculate and very convenient. I'm just hoping it doesn't get crazy popular and impossible to book!!

Today i have been there… but i didn’t make an appointment.. and im really sick guys…and im new here so idk what to do… the receptionist told me that no you cant because it is fully booked… i said to her im really sick and idk what to do… she said to me idk … guys i literally left crying… she does have a positive approach at all and no customer service.

My GP Dr Syed Najmul Hasan ,At Nova medical centre,Manning 6152, is very polite,experienced & eminent doctor.He treats his patients with a lot of patience,passion & love for his profession. We salute to such a capable and cultured doctor who serves his patients with a smile on his face. The staff at Nova medical centre is awesome & refer my all nears & dears to this centre.🙏🙏🙏🙏

Been coming here since it opened and it’s always reliable. Wait times aren’t crazy and appointments aren’t scarce. Suzie is a gem. She’s straightforward and personable but also does her job DAMN WELL! Dr.Bhamjee is excellent also and have been seeing him for years. Always recommend

Called at the very last minute and the receptionist was extremely efficient and quick on the phone to get us onto the cancellation list. Thankfully an appointment became available! Very clean medical centre. The doctor we saw was very careful, and informative. Most importantly, it's bulk billed! Will be back for sure.

I absolutely love this clinic . It's professional and of a high standard. Staff are friendly and I have found Dr Yussef Bamjee to have extraordinary medical knowledge, attention to detail and an empathetic and understanding approach to help deal with any medical issues.

New medical centre for our area. Yippy. Chest infection help.. rang for appointment 30min please hold, went to surgery and signs said open... Sunday 9.45 am ... Went upstairs and all in darkness. Sign says no weekend surgery. Dont mind but why say open 7 days, hold the phone your call is important. I required a driver and a doctor. Not robinson Crusoe as the flu is rampant .. but false advertising.

Would give this medical centre a zero star if I could. Don't go there if you are trans or lgb. Very rude doctor. It was my first time to embrace that I was transgender, the rude doctor was not helpful, told me I should of done my research and didn't even explain that she could put me on hrt. Made an official complaint, never received an apology. Pathetic service

My usual Dr’s clinic was shut for the Christmas holiday. So decided to try out this new medical centre for my little one as she needed immunization & a quick check from the GP. Didn’t have to wait long to be seen, everything was explained throughly & Dr was pretty thorough with my baby’s checkup. Lisa who was the nurse was pretty gentle & personable. Overall, pretty happy with everything.

A friendly efficient practice. Only downside is the regular turnover of doctors. It would be nice to be able to develop a long term relationship with your doctor.
