    I had an appointment and asked for a blood test. 1 week later I got a phone call from the doctor regarding the results and I have been charged $85 for 2 minutes on the phone with him. According to the receptionist getting a phone call or an email it is the same as a consultation. (by the way receptionist should also work on communication skills) It would be great to let your customers know before you do it. Very poor service and totally unprofessional

    I went to see Dr Zachary Denz today with a blocked ear that has been driving me crazy. Dr Zachary was patient, informative and very knowledgeable. Using micro-suction, he managed to clear a large percentage of the blockage and restore a lot of my hearing which brought back my smile. I am very grateful for this! He then gave me honest, helpful after-care advice. It was a very good experience all round. And it was bulk-billed too which added to the smile on my face.

    We visited on Christmas Eve. Quick, friendly and not busy. Have to get better at where to park but services we had were bulkbilled. Clean, tidy and Christmas decorated.

    Dr. was very professional and lovely. It's quite expensive though for 1st appointment. Charging $10 for account establishment fees, $85 for consultation (weekday) and additional $15 for treatment room fee. I was asked to jump on a computer to fill in all my details myself but was charged $10 for account establishment fees. Can't claim Medicare at the clinic.

    Doctors are fantastic, the issue is the owner/manager. Here is the price and rebate for telehealth appointments, and here's Claire refusing to honour them, telling me instead that it was a mistake... Mistake that's been up all year round? Mistake that's been honoured up until the last 5 months? The bit about not processing telehealth consult rebates is a lie, because that's actually been done for us twice this year with CCMC. Not worth paying double the price the website states for an appointment and not getting your promised rebate back, or the pathological manager. I conveniently can't add photos but did screenshot the billing page before she changes it.

    I have been a patient of this Medical Practice for many years, and throughout all of that time I have experienced only first rate medical care at every stage of service. In particular my experience with Dr John has been outstanding. He is a genuinely caring doctor, he listens well and is very focused on what is best for my health. Highly recommended.

    I had such a great experience at this medical centre. I unfortunately had forgotten my phone at work and could not pay for my appointment, but Kate in reception was so helpful giving me options such as invoice etc. She also let me call my partner and coworkers to organize a payment over the phone and organize for them to come and drop off my phone. Kate was so patient and kind with me. Then I had my appointment with Dr Nara Kim who was excellent! She was so professional, friendly, she listened to me and did a very good job examining me. Best doctor I have seen so far in my life!

    Located in a corner of a public transport premise, i was skeptical. However they were the only clinic that was available to treat me during the new year holidays. We were surprised at how professional the receptionist was when booking us in over the phone. She gave us details of the costs we can expect and gave us information on the procedure that no other clinic had bothered to explain to us. Non of that monotonous, irritable attitude that is quiet the industry standard for this role. I was treated by Dr Edmond Ip, an absolute gem of a GP. Such thorough, caring and down to earth service. From his treatment, i also believe he is highly competent. Dr Ed was assisted by a lovely nurse, i believe Charlotte. Apologies if i got her name wrong - she is the one who is still studying and loves dancing :) She was very kind and took very attentive care of me. If we continued to live in Perth, Dr Ed will be our family GP going forward.

    WORST GP practice ever ! Rude doctors and charge a fortune for emergencies excepting people to walk to the hospital in a crisis digusting you should be ashamed of yourself. Also the medical receptionists are rude and up themselves

    Arrived 20mins early, got treated like I had the plague because I had a sniffly nose. Got chucked in an isolation room and forgotten about, 30 mins after my appointment was ment to be I got fed up and left as I had to be back at work. This shocking treatment was going to cost me $110. Don’t waste your time, go somewhere else.

    Have been coming here for years, Dr Denz has been a fantastic GP across a range of different things over the years. Dr Tsui more recently has been great also and very accommodating. The facility is excellent and the staff all very friendly, polite and professional.

    Could not recommend Dr Edmond Ip enough! Very professional and thorough, takes the time to listen and great communication with patients, he is not like any other doctor I have seen and makes me feel very comfortable. If you are after a doctor who will take the time and do a thorough investigation into your concerns and at the same time taking into account your personal concerns/opinions than go see Dr Ip. Also has always been on time with my appointments. Reception staff are always friendly and approachable.

    Not recommend at all We took our baby to that clinic and doctor Nara Kim had no clue about anything, any question we had she needed to use google for an answer as well as she prescribed cream that doesn’t exist last couple of years. But at the end u have to pay $85 for an google consultation

    I went to see Dr. Zachary Denz after two visits to another GP and one to the emergency department for a chest infection that didn't go away. For six weeks, I had trouble breathing, and I literally had to push through my shifts at work genuinely scared for my health. While the visits to the other places felt rushed and transactional and did nothing for me, Dr. Denz really listened and tried a multidirectional approach that gave me my health and peace of mind back! I strongly recommend Dr. Zachary Denz to anyone reading this: Such a gentleman and an awesome human being.

    Dr Mahon is a doctor who is happy to "actively" listen and discuss diagnosis and treatment options. He is a modern doctor in the sense that he is happy to acknowledge that as a person, you might have an opinion about your own health: he then guides treatment options to ensure the best health outcomes.

    For reception service, I would not give even 1 star! The receptionist is the rudest person I have ever seen on the earth. This morning, I called Central medical centre to make an appointment to see a doctor. But I have Covid at this stage, so the receptionist suggested booking a telephone consultation. I was looking for a short-term consultation for about 10-15 minutes, and the price was $52 when I checked the price on the health engine website. I was planning to take an MRI and chest X-ray after seeing a doctor because of my chest pain. But the receptionist didn’t ask about my condition or consultation options or anything she was just focused on making more money and tried to overcharge straight away for just a short consultation over the phone, and called “PRIVATE CONSULTATION” and forced me to pay first with no insurance cover. I told her that I was looking for a general consultation and the website shows the price is $52 but her sound was so bothered and said No, there is no price list on the website. I am so confused why the telephone is more expensive than face-to-face. It is the worst customer service experience. I would never recommend this place!

    My partner recently saw Dr Kye Tan and her care was above and beyond. Dr Tan was incredibly thorough, caring and provided a clear treatment plan for us. We both felt we were in the best of hands. We are visiting from South Australia and we wish that she could be both of our regular primary care clinician - I wish more human medicos were like her. Highly recommend (especially to queer folk!).

    Dr. Edmund Ip is an excellent professional, knowledgeable and someone who truly cares. As a migrant, I know from experience that it takes good amount of luck and trial and error to find a good GP in Australia, so I'm very happy to recommend him. The online booking system is very convenient and the receptionists are welcoming and efficient.

    I was told that I might have to pay another $85 to know the result of my test. All I'm asking is a one-liner (email or SMS) from the GP that says "result is good or bad". I'm not sure if that's a common practice. However, it doesn't sound right. edit: Thank you for your prompt response, Dr Mahon. I called twice for my result (Monday and today). I understand that both receptionists were acting to the best of all GPs. However, their responses didn't do my GP justice, "it depends on the GP. Some might choose to charge." My GP had kindly called me back right after my first call. I'm happy with your answer that it depends on the length of the call. I think that is fair. My family and I have been with your practice for years. We have a great experience with most of the GPs there. Most of them were happy to email or SMS me with few liners even though I didn't ask for it. This time, I decided to call the receptionist to request the one-liner for my peace of mind specifically. Thank you for taking the time to get back to me.

    Dr Kye Tan was very approachable, knowledgeable, and showed genuine care for my health. She went above and beyond what we expected for a prescription appointment. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Thank you Dr Tan, a very enjoyable doctors experience - one step closer to nirvana.

    I have been going for a few years now. It took me a while to click with a GP. Dr Ip is and has been a wonderful GP for me. I can have a laugh with him and he is a very good practitioner. The support staff are in general very good.

    I've had great care here! They often have same-day appointments, and the staff are very competent. It is privately billed, but you can get a partial refund with Medicare. Excellent Urgent Care in a central city location!

    Convenient location, had COVID booster shot, fast and easy booking system and quick and easy check in process. Process was a breeze, hardly noticed the injection and nurse friendly and efficient :) No side effects or symptoms :)

    I had a standart appointment regarding my reflux which gave me sore throat for nearly 2 years and extra symptom of dry cough which I have over a week now. I explained all my medical history. When I have been asked if I have a high temperature , I said no since I checked couple of times during the week and even two hours before my appointment which is all normal. And when Doctor started to examine me she took my temperature from ear and she said it is high. After that everything took a turn and it is been treated like Covid. I was quite suprise since I checked it before my appointment. (By the way I am not in the risk group, there are no active cases in Perth and I am also fully vaccinated). She was quite sure it was a viral infection and sent me to the closest Covid testing clinic. After I insisted just in case it is not viral, she checked my throat and ear very quickly, and gave me a over the counter reflux medication. Afterwards, I got tested for Covid and had to take Uber to go my home, cancel my shift at work and isolated myself. As soon as I came home I checked my temperature with 2 different thermometers and they all come around 35.6. I repeated couple of times throughout the day and I obviously I didn't have high temperature! Of course my Covid test came negative. I understand even if there is a small chance everyone shoud get tested for it. But the symptom which required me to get tested didnt even exist! I feel quite devasted with my whole experince since I didnt get the chance to be examined properly in a counsultation which I paid 95 dollars and extra expenses like Uber. They were all unneccesary and now I have to get another appointment and pay another 95 dollars to be able to get help with my medical problem, i will never go back to that clinic again.

    I went here last week and was quite disappointed with my treatment. I went in for an ear micro suction as I had an incredibly painful ear ache and could’nt hear. The Dr looked and then completed the procedure which he was good about explaining etc so if you just wanted that procedure and didn’t have any other issues would be fine which is why I haven’t just rated 1 star. However he told me it was likely just congestion and offered me a script for a prescription decongestant (which he had said was expensive which didn’t concern me but I didn’t really believe it was just congestion that would impact my hearing so significantly and cause so much pain and I was already using a decongestant prior to the appointment because of it being hayfever season). Once I left I wasn’t in any more pain but also didn’t get any relief from the procedure unfortunately. However by that night I was in even more pain and by the next morning it was so bad that i was almost in tears, and my balance was so bad that I couldn’t drive or go to work. I then got an appointment with a GP elsewhere who confirmed my suspicions that I had a really bad ear infection and was then given drops to treat it. I am finally getting better now after starting treatment by the doctor than diagnosed the infection. I don’t understand how the doctor could have misdiagnosed an ear infection with just being congested, I would think ear infections are relatively common and GPs should be able to diagnose them without confusion. I am also really grateful that I didn’t take him up on his offer to get a prescription decongestant that would have just sat at home not being used because it wasn’t an effective treatment option. It would have been nice if he had diagnosed me on the day and gave me drops to treat it then so that my infection didn’t get worse and much more painful.

    The first clinic I’ve been to in Perth. Seen the same doctor twice both times very disappointed in the help given in a common area of concern. Anyways I decided to book my booster here with my flight out to work tomorrow I wouldn’t be able to fly without it. I spoke to a receptionist who had assured me I’d be fine to get it without Medicare as I said I was Irish I wasn’t eligible for it. The appointment was at 4pm and not too much to my surprise as I had a bad feeling due to my previous experience here that I was refused. They almost cost me my weeks work. I had paid for an Uber to get there. The receptionists and manager were so unhelpful. I was so upset. Also the doctors charge a lot to tell you something you already know. The 2nd visit to the doctors they had put down the wrong appointment time also leaving me to go back and forth to my car twice for a one hour parking ticket as they made me wait for so long I genuinely thought it was a small miscommunication but now I see from my overall experience it’s not an uncommon thing to happen. Will never go to this clinic again. They cost me an arm and a leg to just cause an absolute headache

    Easy to get an appointment and flexible to do phone appointments/escripts if you can’t make it in. Practice doctors vary in their levels of competency - I wish they would more freely consult each other, especially the registrars. The senior doctors are a safe choice. Never had a bad experience in 9 years. Private billing.

    The staff were so kind, caring and helpful here. Right from the first phone call, the reception was very helpful while I made a booking. When I arrived I was feeling very unwell and the receptionist was able to get me support right away. Dr Denz had an excellent manner, he was very compassionate, thorough and explained things well.     Dr Kim is a very thorough and professional practitioner. The two treatment room nurses I have dealt with were extremely friendly and professional. My only concern today was receiving a phone call & text message while I was in the Treatment room about not paying my account. Seriously, at least wait until my appointment is finished 🤷‍♀️ did the receptionist think I was going to die having my dressing changed and not be able to process my payment 😋😁😁 EDIT: I have also received an email requesting payment of $95 for outstanding account- when I paid my account at the ENDof my appointment I was charged $140🤔🤣🤣 something amiss with the billing system🤷‍♀️

    Dr Zachary Denz, has been our doctor for the last 4 years, what a roller coaster ride it’s been, he has been super supportive and compassionate though all the ups and downs, could not ask for a better dr, not just in sickness, he has listed to me have a rant about other specialists and try’s to find the right person for the job…. Couldn’t ask for much more then that, he’s a caring dr no matter what is wrong with you, and all round great persons to deal with professionally and personally

    Great location. Did my OGUK medical in about 45 min from checking in/filling up forms etc. through all required tests, and walked away with my FIT certificate, easy, no dramas. I strongly recommend it. Cheers

    I've been going to see Dr Edmond Ip at CCMC for the last six years. Edmond is probably one of the most competent and efficient doctors I've used in the last three decades. You can expect an almost immediate diagnoses and/or an appropriate treatment plan each and every time.

    I am usually able to get appointments here pretty quickly which is great. Wait times when you arrive for your appointment are usually not very long. Dr. Tsui is the doctor I usually see and she is very kind and I appreciate that I don't feel rushed in and out. A good amount of time is given to talk about what I am being seen for.

    I’ve mentioned to the receptionist that I have a limited time today, and was told that GP appointments are running on time. They were definitely not running on time. I left long after my appointment was due to finish and have not seen a doctor because they were running late. Some communication training could improve the service but I will definitely not be coming back.

    Absolutely rude and palpably stupid self important reception staff especially the arrogant practice manager Doctors are generally good but obviously no idea about the damage it’s doing to the reputation of the practice. Patently moronic I go into the practice pay an account after I was asked for my details etc I received a letter for late payment plus a $30 Late fee It turns out it was paid but they credited it to another person despite all my details up on the screen for all in sundry to see I would not ever return to that place again If my Doctor moves I would definitely see him again I will be reporting the matter to AHPRA

    Had a very special appointment booked in that was a very specific medical assessment for a future employer. I recieved a phone call saying one of the nurses called in sick not even an hour before my appointment in which I had booked in for over a month. As im literally driving to my appointment they tell me to not come in. Even though the doctor is in and should be able to carry on with this appointment. Appalling. Terrible communication. Would not recommend this place.

    Few months ago visit: I dont recommend Dr Mathew John. He is rude, doesn’t know how to explain how he came up with his conclusion from hearing the symptoms. when I clearly said I do not have that specific illness, he still sticked with it without further explanation even though I asked. Seemed like he doesn’t enjoy seeing clients and wants to go home. Went to different place to finally get the correct answer. What a Waste of money. Recent visit: Receptionist who works on Thursday afternoon (4th of May)is very helpful and nice. However, receptionist who works on Friday morning does not know any medical terms nor have customer service skills. Receptionists are the image of your place and some are ruining it better let them go.

    I just can’t recommend this medical centre more highly. The doctors here give excellent medical advice, they are genuinely caring and very professional in their manner. My personal doctor, Dr Matthew John is a doctor who never disappoints. His gentle manner, professionalism and commitment to provide medical support that is above and beyond has kept him as my personal Dr for years even though I moved and now live an hour away. I simply would not go anywhere else. Recently, during a very difficult challenge my 87yo father became severely unwell and consequently hospitalised for 3 weeks after contracting a bacterial pneumonia. As his 24/7 carer and because he has severe anxiety I stayed full time in the hospital with him and due to some concerning complications I reached out to Dr John for some medical advice and help. His commitment to support us, daily checking in, often after completing normal surgery hours, was second to none. I have never experienced this level of genuine commitment and care with any other doctor I have had throughout life. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you Dr John from our hearts for all you did to help us. Now home and on the mend. Forever grateful.

    Seamless service - from friendly reception to consultation. Prompt answering of the phone. Flexible appointment setting. SMS received with simple form to save time pre-arrival. Minimal waiting. Comfortable chairs with water cooler and TV, plus PC access. The clinical service was excellent. My blocked ear problem was dealt with quickly and painlessly by Zak (GP) A perfect medical clinic experience.

    This was once a great medical practice but has recently changed hands/management. Today I would give zero stars if I could. Unless you are a "walk in", have the flu or like to hear lies about Covid vaccines and their heart problems (apparently a heart attack is a "good thing", this practice is nothing but a meat market money making machine. I'm a former vet of 20 years whose body has been through a lot. The doctors here have a total non-caring attitude, will do anything to get out of doing any work, refuse to sign anything, even deny providing assistance for surgery that they themselves have sent you off for. You get repeatedly sent off to new specialists in the same field because they are "doctor shopping" for one that tells them what they want to hear, usually to do nothing. Meanwhile, your health is suffering , you'll lose your job and go broke. So much for legislative "Duty of Care". If you have a "Workers Compensation" claim, records are suddenly missing so you are screwed. They will then even delete all record of correspondence received from these specialists, so make sure that you get your own copies. I am seeking legal council to take matters further. This clinic represents the very lows of the medical profession and it's attitude of "elitism" over the average person. Some doctors will shamelessly lie and modify their medical reports after the fact. Do yourself a favour and stay away, at least this will keep you from being penniless and jobless.
