Dr Rogers is fantastic, that is first and foremost. However when you have an unwell child and they say "just bring her in, we will fit her in" then when you get there they say he's fully booked and you could be waiting hours, I get a little ticked off. Then we manage to get an appointment, ring 30 minutes before the appointment and get told he is running on time, we arrive 25 minutes later and he is now running at least 40 minutes late and I can hear the staff telling people that he's running less than that late. I have wasted 2 hours on a 5 minute appointment and just can't afford the time any longer, unfortunately

After booking an appointment out of convenience one day (close to work), I have now been seeing Dr Nguyen as my treating GP for over a year. I felt comfortable right away and his attention to detail is exceptional. Thank you!

I had my first appointment today and was really happy. It was super easy to sign up as a new patient. I was feeling a bit silly about making the appointment as it was a minor issue and I wasn't sure how the doctor would react, but he was very reassuring and didn't make me feel silly for asking. It was just bothering me for a few months so I thought I'd better ask instead of continuing to worry for months. Reception staff are nice, it was only a short wait and lots of seats in the waiting room. Thank you.

Went for consultation with Dr Nguyen for pregnancy and got charged for 2 item, standard consultation and pregnancy. Did not consult anything other than pregnancy yet got charged for 2 item. After we asked around, we felt we got double charged and we called the receptionist to double check the billing but they just say not very cleared with how the Doctor charged. Will never go back again.

I usually come here to see dr olukolu which is very good and understanding. However, I had to come today and she was unavailable so I saw dr Phil Downing instead. He is one of the worst doctors. He doesn’t have any compassion, and he’s very strict and to the point, he isn’t interested to hear your situation.

Pathetic service, receptionist tried to guilt me into not seeing the Dr, didn't inform the Dr that I was even there! Waited over an hour for the Dr to pop out and say they were late and to come back another day. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Every time I have gone in the passed I have been brushed off. If I make a phone apt I always get told to come in. Never going back again.

Hi ! I have been going to the Perth Medical Centre for 30 years or more and I have found the doctors and staff the best of the Best. At times you may be delayed by a patient needing extra care but realise that you will receive that same level of care. Drs' Rogers, Westhoff, Downing, and many years ago, Dr Mark Kent, have all cared for me in what has been for me, at times, rather difficult. I live 50 kms away these days so I don't get to see PMC as much as I would like. Don't get me wrong, the doctors where i live are excellent as well but that close, family feel of Perth Medical Centre sets it apart. I wish I lived 20 kms closer. If you are in the city and need any service they provide ... JUST DO IT.

The practice in general is great, however the Doctor Gerald Westhoff is a disgraceful excuse for a professional. When he’s not being condescending, or making clear judgments about someone he’s giggling behind his mask. Literally the WORST doctor I have ever seen, and one of the worst health experiences of my life.

Dr. Nguyen is a great doctor, everyone in the clinic was competent and friendly. Felt treated very well, even as a foreigner, I got my appointment really fast. I can recommend this clinic for travellers - fast and on time appointments.

Your search is over and you can look no further than Dr. Duy Nguyen of PMC his professional attitude and genuine desire to help and know what's wrong has been really helpful during my times of need. The medical centre is conveniently located in the hay st mall a 5 minute walk from perth underground and many a multi storey car park. Their prices are reasonable and they proccess medicare rebate on the spot for you its so easy!

Never run on time! Booked appointment with Doctor, waited over an hour! Another time they forgot to advise the Doctor, I was waiting, wasted lunch hour!

I would not recommend this practice Dr Paula Barrie made me feel super uncomfortable and the medical front desk staff who I dealt with were very short and quite unprofessional. If you are used to nice professional Perth medical practices I would not recommend this place. The facility was very grimy and has a bulk billing feel to it even though I was full fee paying. Overall would not recommend.

DR. Bebe Rogers has assisted me after open heart surgery with medication and I'm feeling amazing . good man so grateful .

I've been going to this practice since it first opened. Seeing the same doctor. The reception staff can be a bit rude at times as they have to deal with a large volume of people wanting to see doctors and other medical staff. Since the onset of COVID Virus there is limited seating. The Doctors and Nurses are always polite and will to help.

Saw dr westoff today very nice guy did his job well staff were very good also seen phil downing today while many on these reviews say he doesnt care and is a bad docter i found him to be sharp and to the point seems decent enought and answered additional questions i fired at him

Conveniently located in the centre of the CBD. Dr Duy Nguyen is excellent. He is thorough, competent and friendly. I have been seeing him for several years and always appreciated his support. The clinic is clean and friendly. I haven't had an issue with wait times. Bookings can be made through Hot Doc.

Provides wrong information and staff doesn't do their part, even they promised to do. If patient is required to get information or to do something provide proper information at the first time please and they don't even apologies for messing things up. Please don't harrass customers.

Went to the Doctor for the first time in 3 years. Dr. Bede Rodgers was kind and efficient.

I have been going to PMC for the best part of 20 years. I always get exceptional service and most of the time don't even have a long wait, despite the surgery being very busy at times.

I have been a patient of the Perth Medical Centre for over ten years. In that time Dr P Downing has been my main physician and has always gone above and beyond to help me. All staff have been professional, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend.

The best Medical centre around. The doctors are amazing, extremely caring and passionate. Reception staff always helpful to inform me when running behind and always fit me in cases of emergencies. The nurses there do an amazing job and are so friendly. All in all the best service I've ever had form a GP centre. Yeah they do tend to run slightly late but for the treatment I receive I'm happy to wait. Miss you guys.

Have been attending this practice since 2009. Have always found them to provide a high quality and professional service. The doctors are highly professional and very personable. Five stars for desk-side manner! I appreciate that this is not a practice that over-medicates, and does not operate as a “tick and flick” practice where the first question asked is ‘how many sick days do you need?’. Consultation times are efficient but not rushed. Tests are appropriate, and in my experience never unnecessary. And critically, the follow-up is very thorough. Appointments can sometimes be delayed, as the practice will triage and prioritise urgent patients, if there is a need. A phone call before leaving to check if there is a delay generally solves the issue of having to wait overly long if this has occurred. The reception staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been going to this clinic for the last 11 yrs and I love everything from Doctors, nurses and the administration staff. Dr Westoff is among the best, he takes his time to listen, observe and advice. Can’t ask for anything else may God bless you all.

Rude Dr Indrani Saharay. Checked into my 9:10am today, Saturday February 25th, at 9:05 and paid upfront for my session. The receptionist took a call at 9:15am and informed myself and another gentlemen the doctor was late and my appt would be 9:40. At 10:10am I was still waiting and approached the receptionist to ask how much longer the First Gentlemen who was before me, would be. She told me he was only supposed to be 10 minutes and she didn’t know. I enquired about reimbursement for the appointment as I had to wait so long and didn’t feel it was appropriate for a doctor to call and say she was late when already clearly being late for 2 appts. The receptionist is not in the position to make these decisions so I sat back down. When the doctor finally called me in, she told me sit in her office and the receptionist briefed her while I was inside the office waiting that I was unhappy about the wait time. The doctor made her way in laughing and saying “really? Oh well” back to the receptionist before still laughing saying she understood I am angry about waiting . I explained that was right and I also needed a new script for my medication. She printed it without asking questions and I then said I would like some sort of consultation, which then consisted of her asking me which regular doctor I have, after expressing on my new patient form and telling her already 2 times I do not have a regular doctor as yet. She only asked a few questions about my health and lifestyle. After this I asked her to not charge me for the appointment because of how this lack of consultation had gone. I am sad to think this is how people are treated when they are vulnerable and in need of help with no choice but to wait and then be subjected to uncomfortable and rude behaviour from the doctors. I am lucky to have resources to take this further with certain associations regarding the awful Dr Indrani Saharay. Thank you.

Always competent, friendly, and very little waiting time. Even though I don't live near the CBD anymore, I still go to them. Thank you PMC. 👍
