The 5 star reviews are because they bribe customers for them by providing free services for reviews. To go here for laser is very impersonal and the staff are not friendly or helpful, they are just trying to get you in and out as fast as possible. They do not take time to ensure you are comfortable when lying naked in a cold room. Also they don’t take care to ensure they have fully covered the required area, so you have parts grow back where they have missed a spot.

I looked long and hard at these reviews before deciding where to get laser treatment. The first time I came in, before even asking for my name, the girl started lecturing me about my melasma (brown patches on my face, which of course make me very self-conscious). I felt horrible. My whole evaluation session was spent talking about that instead of providing instructions for the treatment I was actually undertaking (underarm laser hair removal). The aftercare instructions were confusing and unclear. After 10 sessions I had barely any results and was honestly disappointed. I now find the high score to be deceiving. They basically give people free stuff for 5 star reviews (see picture).

Don't be fooled by the 50% off. They will rip you off any chance they get and deduct it without doing the work. If you're 10 mins late fair enough. Today I had an appointment at 6.30. I arrived at 6.35 and had to wait as the staff was busy. I waited on the chair. At 6.40 I was told sorry can't do your full session because its past 10 mins since I've been waiting here for 5 mins. They said its because the machines shut off at 7pm. The treatment usually takes less than 20 mins and they said its for the forms. I said if I could've done the form (which takes 1 min when you get in) then wed definitely have had time. I said that's not fair and they said that's OK we will reschedule. I got the reschedule email together with a no show meaning my session was deducted. Scammers. And the reply below more lies. By the time we were having the argument it was 6.40pm. How was it then that I arrived at 6.45pm? What method did u use to ascertain that I arrived at 6.45pm? I track my own movements on Google maps and it shows that I was there between 6.36 to 6.45pm. I LEFT at 6.45pm

My first time having botox so I was very nervous. Sherry was lovely she was so patient and explained everything to me over and over till I felt comfortable with my treatment. I feel comfortable with Sherry and I will definitely be going back to see her again. Thank you Sherry!

*HAIR REMOVAL TREATMENT* Hi, I have had 4 sessions of full legs, armpits, Brazilian and buttcheeks laser hair removal, so basically everything from hips down + armpits. I have had my legs and armpits done in europe before (had 10+ sessions) so just needed a finish on these areas. At the consultation I have mentioned that my skin is resistant and my hair is stubborn so I needed stronger shots than average client, which I feel like has not been taken into account as after 4 sessions there is no change and during the sessions I couldn’t feel any ‘itch’ I was supposed to feel. I actually need to shave my legs more often than before I started the treatment. Besides, all 4 sessions have been done by a different person. Only two have asked me to move my legs to give access to inner thighs and only two of them asked if I want my feet done (the other just skipped these areas!). whereas in my second session the girl has done everything as should be and took the shots detailed, the rest had done it vaguely and I could feel it is not precise and some areas have been skipped completely (also, there was around 20-30 min difference in the duration of the sessions!) I have never had my brazilin and buttcheeks done before and to support above statement, I can see that it is not done precisely as some areas have not been touched at all and my hair grows in patches like black and white cow which I’m so angry about. I would like to ask for some return on my money as wherever else I go, I will have to get the full treatment as the results are not even, but I called and asked for a refund on remaining treatments I have and couldn’t even get that! I went to 3 different places as I move a lot and in every other of them sessions lasted much longer cuz they were very precise to cover every inch of my skin and I could see results after 1 session. Here, it couldn’t even remain my previous results.

Very disappointed with my experience at laser clinic Perth CBD. I had 6 x laser sessions (full leg, Brazilian & underarms) & barely noticed a difference in terms of hair removal following 6 sessions - I provided feedback each time I attended the clinic stating that I wasn’t noticing a difference. I went to switch laser clinics after my 3rd laser session at Perth CBD, however you’re not able to switch clinics once you lock one in with your package (my 6 sessions were locked in at Perth CBD clinic). I have attended a different laser hair clinic since I finished my 6 laser sessions at Perth CBD Laser Clinics Australia. In just 1 laser hair session at the new clinic, I have noticed hair removal - the one big difference that I have noticed is that I didn’t feel a thing (pain wise) when it came to the laser hair removal that I was receiving at Perth CBD Laser Clinics Australia. At the new laser hair removal clinic that I am attending, it almost feels like someone is flicking me (not too painful but I can feel it) & I am definitely noticing results. I wouldn’t recommend Perth CBD Laser Clinics Australia, particularly given how expensive laser hair removal is & given no results

It was my first time doing facial treatments at LCA. I decided to do chemical skin peel, led light and hydrojelly mask as recommended by Second. He is not only professional but also has a great sense of humour and knowledgeable. It was great to understand more about my skin condition and have Second to guide me to the right treatments to achieve the best outcomes that i always want. My skin feels renewed and so hydrated after the treatment. You definitely have a great team there. They have great technical skills, deliver a great customer service and most importantly is care to clients. It shows by how Second reminds me taking care of skin after treatment, reassures me to make me feel comfortable, welcoming smile from Rhonda and Chelsea.

i recently had the pleasure of getting anti-wrinkle injections with nurse Layaly. she did an amazing job and i was so happy with the experience! Layaly explained everything in detail and gave me a great, personalised treatment that suited my face so well. really minimal pain and she worked very quickly. can’t recommend enough!

I attended the clinic most recently on 26th of January and i just have to say I’m always blown away by the level of professionalism and expertise in the clinic. The staff are extremely inviting and knowledgeable and this made me feel incredibly comfortable having my treatment done. Extremely Rude Staff Member Today, I had an appointment at 5:15pm and after waiting for 30 mins I went to check at the counter, 'Lady' over there said I'll be going in for the appointment in 5 mins, I was ok till now. I thought I should check with her if they know before hand if they are running late so that I can check next time when I arrive for my appointment, as I generally have to go back to work. I was polite and was trying to check if I could avoid this situation in the future. Oh my god 'the lady' at the counter just started screaming. I was a bit shocked as I was just trying to find a way, her face was all red. She was like 'that can happen, I am sure it happens with you too sometimes client takes longer blah blah'. I thought I should clarify that I am just asking not blaming her, I again said that I am just checking if this can be avoided in the future as I have to go to work, but no she was still talking to me in a very high pitch and rudely, she kept asking me if I want to cancel my appointment now, I was like you said I am going to room in 5 mins right, then what's the point of cancelling now. And then she sent me to the room, as I reached the room , I just realised how loud and rude she was to me, without any reason. I immediately came out and requested to postpone my appointment. I told her again politely that I didn't like the way you reacted and shouted at me. Still she was being very arrogant and rude, she didn't even say she didn't mean it but she said even her colleague was asking her why she got agitated. Wow! even her colleague realised that she created a scene. If you are upset or having a bad day, at least don't take it out on other clients. All she had to say was 'yes we do' or 'no don't know before hand if client has to wait or not!' I am sure it's not very hard. I specially came to office today coz of my skin appointment, waited for 30 mins only to postpone it. Extremely disappointed with the whole situation. Omg he’s the best, I want to let all my friends know and come here for their skin treatment with Second, he’s so professional, knowledgeable and makes me feel very comfortable. This clinic used to be amazing under old management and actually care about client results, but since change the clinic only care about bringing you back to pay for as many sessions as possible, rather than treating the area at appropriate strength to get results. After 4 years of treating the area with laser, I knew it was time to leave after the manager told me it was time to start coming in every 4 weeks again. All about money, never about client care. I am having laser hair removal here and microdermabrasion and laser pigment removal. I was a bit nervous about the pigmentation removal as it was on my face but the staff are just lovely and reassured me and made me feel really comfortable. I attended Perth CBD clinic with the lovely Anna for my laser and also a skin consult. She was so knowledgeable and took her time explaining things and what she would recommend. Lovely clinic and all the staff are super nice!

I went to the clinic for my 7th laser hair removal session. My appointment started 15 minutes late, which I can accept and understand. But once I entered the hair removal room the situation started to get weird, unclear and aggressive from the staff there. First one of the girls asked me if I had sunbathed, as she noticed that my shoulders were a bit red. I told her that I had not sunbathed, that I had walked for 40 minutes in a tank top, that it was 40 degrees that day in Perth and that it was logical that my shoulders were red. She could see (as I was undressed for my appointment) that my legs, arms and the rest of my body were not tanned/sunburned so she proceeded to call the person who would be doing my laser. Minutes later a second girl entered the place and started asking me questions again, her tone of voice was getting more and more aggressive, I didn't understand why... then when I claimed to her that the situation was being weird, unclear and violent, that I was a client of the place and I didn't understand why she was talking to me in an aggressive and disrespectful way, that I felt uncomfortable, the girl simply opened the door and closed it violently leaving me in the laser room without any explanation. After that I demanded my money back and cancelled all my paid appointments. I don't know what happened and I don't accept that any kind of explanation can justify violent and aggressive treatment towards a client. No tanning, no laser, no minutes late, nothing absolutely nothing can justify aggressiveness and violence.

I’ve been to the CBD clinic a few times already for laser but today I had the lovely Anna for my session today, she was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable! She was so well educated about laser and skin in general, and taught me so much about my skin and products that I didn’t know about. Definitely recommend her to anyone that goes to this clinic!!

I am leaving this review mainly to echo the sentiments of some of the other reviews here. LCA in the CBD is centrally located, and is tidy and clean, but, more importantly, there is one person there who deserves more credit than anyone or anything else. Rhonda is a kind spirited person, who is fantastic at her job and takes pride in what she can do. She is the kind of lady who you can have a friendly little chat with about pretty much anything; while safely knowing she will laser off any pesky or unwanted hairs! In my experience of almost four years of 29 laser hair removal sessions: there are some laser clinicians who skip large parts of the target area or intentionally keep the laser level exceptionally low even after many sessions. Rhonda, on the other hand, targets the areas extremely effectively and is not afraid to keep the laser level moderate to high. She has the kindness, experience and customer service know-how to be worth every penny you spend at LCA. I hope my little review will help encourage anyone reading these reviews to see Rhonda specifically, before making any further decisions on laser hair removal. You won't regret it. 🌼 P.S I would also like to give a brief mention to Jessie as well. She doesn't work at LCA anymore, (i think she became a teacher!), but she was like Rhonda insomuch she was kind and experienced. She was the first person i saw for laser and i just wanted to thank her for all her help with my initial laser sessions. I truly hope the best for her in her future. :)

I love every visit to this clinic. Its perfectly located in the CBD only a 30 second walk from central station. The staff are always kind and put the customer first. I've found Rhonda to be very skilled at laser hair removal. She is very thorough with the treatment, more so than I have experienced at previous clinics. She has a unique technique of calming the skin post treatment and is a super kind soul. I've been here now for around 10 sessions and will be booking more. I've found that LCA has sales on more often than other clinics so I find it more affordable to be treated with this company, bulk buying definitely pays off.

I got a microdermabrasion and Yellow LED LIGHT therapy done last Friday. I usually attend the Carousel clinics for treatments but decided to go to the city for change after work. Jessie, my skin technician was honestly the best skin tech I have had so far, and I'd highly recommend her to anyone who wants to completely turn over a bad day. The session was quite relaxed and although there was an issue of double booking, the staff handled it so well and I didn't feel the place feeling frustrated at all. y skin also feels super bright and clean but that's a given at Laser Clinics :)

Hi Yesterday I’ve had an appointment in CBD laser clinic. I always book for laser same to my first session. But yesterday any thing changed. How???? Your new staff just talk talk talk😤 She told me I didn’t book for my legs😳😳😳😳😳 How??? She explained to me for a few minutes that I don’t have time for laser your legs while she could do it at the same time. I’m so busy I can not come everyday to laser clinic for legs other day for underarm etc…😡

Just had my first treatment in this branch. Bought the promotion of Dr. Roebuck hydra facial. Anna is my therapist, she’s quite informative and gave some treatment recommendation for my skin condition. The facial was relaxing, I can see my skin looks better after the treatment, less pores, very smooth. I’ll definately come back for another treatment and their skin care products if the result is good after the next few days.

I usually book next appointment every my laser treatment finish because I've already bought 10 time laser hair removal. But my treatment was no more left. They didn't tell me about how many left or I need to pay from next time at the moment. And after the next appointment finished, they asked for payment.

Have been getting laser for over 4 years and this is the first time I had been turned away for having “fake tan”. Have not touched a bottle of fake tan this whole year and was clearly dead skin pigmented from real sun exposure in July (3 months ago).Refused to listen to what I was advising and showing the staff, the laser treatment I was receiving was not even on any sun exposed areas. Thank you for wasting my time, won’t be coming back again.

The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and professional. My results from my skin needling far exceeded my expectations, can't recommend them enough.
