I booked appointment here and was prompted to have a virtual consult as I have cold and flu symptoms. I waited for call at 12.20 and then I rang at 12.35 to see about delay. I was told they were running late but it wouldn't be too long. I rang again at 2.45 as I'd received no call and they said that the doctor had checked and saw I was new patient so it could only be done face to face. So if you go here take caution, as they use a booking system that isn't the best. They don't follow up if there is an issue, like in my case. So I was left waiting until I contacted them.

Worst place ever. They totally ripped me off. When I called they said the fee consultation would be $80 (I briefly explained my issue- nothing complicated) but at the end it was not like that. Dr Aulakh asked many personal and health questions that were already answered in the form they provide. She then only blood pressured me, checked from afar my problem and prescribed some medicine. When I was paying the secretary told me that the consultation was longer than expected and that’s why they charged me $120, literally for nothing substancial. The dr plays the nice, talkative and funny role to take more time in the consultation. Don’t go there! Very disappointed.

Had appointment with Dr Sandy Aulakh recently. Probably the most unpleasant & unhelpful doctor I have ever come across. She initially addressed me as "Barry" & when I responded by calling her "Sandy" she bluntly cut me off & insisted I call her "Doctor". Basically she referred me to my regular doctor for treatment & thus a comprehensive waste of time. I expect some other doctors in this centre may be ok but would strongly recommend to avoid this individual. Incidentally, she asked "are you an elite athlete" when I previously confirmed I was almost 70 ! The fact that she presented somewhat like a cleaning lady did not concern me since I was simply seeking professional advice. I endorse views expressed by others here that Sandy Aulakh is hopeless !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doctors here don't care for your health - they just want the pay check. I went to this medical centre about my migraines and they told me migraines don't have enough research yet and they did not believe me. They said I was making it up - absolutely disgraceful for something that was severely affecting my life. My mother was having the early stages of a stroke and didn't know what was happening to her so she went here - they told her what was happening and made her WALK TO ROYAL PERTH HOSPITAL. She was having a stroke and they didn't have the decency to call an ambulance - while a patient is in their care they have obligations to look after that patient and they do not. As long as she paid and left they were happy. How they sleep at night I do not know. Please do not ever come here unless it is for a sick cert for work and you don't actually need anything diagnosed.

I went to the travel doctor here recently and my experience was perfect. I saw a Dr first who spoke to me, asked me questions and explained things. She was very friendly and explained everything so I could understand. Then I went to see a nurse who administered some vaccinations. She was absolutely lovely as well, chatted to me and made me feel very comfortable. Then I saw another Dr who took a blood test for me - she was nice and recommended places for me to travel to on my trip. Wait time wasn't long at all - and easy to book appt over the phone. Friendly and listened to you.

Walked in with a clear allergic reaction as seen in the picture below, was told we are too busy, I’m sure this is negligent behaviour from medical professionals. Absolutely do not recommend this medical centre.

Saw Dr Beltz today. He was very thorough and didn’t rush through the appointment. Definitely recommend him as a great doctor to see at this clinic.

Dr Beltz and the lovely male nurse were so patient, calming and kind with me today for my procedure. Highly recommend both and will never want to see anyone else but them!

The physiotherapists Diane and Claire are very knowledgeable and provide excellent service. Dr. Eric is a very good GP.

Was there for baby vaccs. Dr Justin was very good at listening to my concerns and even came back from his lunch break to check them out while we were with the nurse. The nurse Sarah was absolutely gorgeous and did a great job.

Easy to book, service was pretty close to on time (no where near as long as others I have been to) and bulk billing so no payable fee...

This is a good practice. Dr. Eric is a very good GP. His approach towards getting a diagnosis is good. Receptionist person was polite and helpful as well.

No longer bulk billing all patients. Only health care/ concession card holders, pensioners and under 15s.

Absolutely disgraceful. Do not recommend going to this medical centre. The only good thing about it was the polite receptionists. I went in due to an extremely sore cyst and the doctor was clueless on how to dress it. I had to run him through how the previous nurse did it. Two nurses dressed it for me previous days. The older one was very good but the younger nurse was absolutely stupid. She didn’t do it properly and kept poking and prodding it that it made it way worse. Turns out a few days later I didn’t feel well so went to the hospital to which all the staff were horrified it was that infected and I should have been told to come in earlier. I was admitted and the matter was dealt with properly now I feel much better. DO NOT go here. If I didn’t trust my instincts it could of been a lot worse. Even when dressing my wound I seen a little rust on the handle of the scissors she cut the bandage with.

Dr Beltz is most competent, caring and genuine doctor I have ever met. He helped me through the most traumatic time of my life with stern yet caring advice and treatment. He is everything a GP should be.

I was quiet happy with Dr Eric Beltz review of my skin issues and suspect spot removals. Male nurse was good too. Avoids me paying a fortune to skin specialists. So very happy indeed.

Was told my knee had nothing wrong with it when you can clearly see the bone coming through. Disgraceful and so unprofessional

I have been to this clinic multiple times this year and have seen Dr Beltz, the nurse and the two receptionists. I have never had to wait long for my turn and everyone has been really nice. The receptionists were very helpful when I have had to book my appointments. I had an iron transfusion earlier this year. Dr Beltz and the nurse were very attentive and kept checking up on me in between patients. I had an adverse reaction to the transfusion and Dr Beltz and the nurse were quick to treat my reaction and kept monitoring me, which made me feel like I was in safe hands. I appreciated them taking their time to make sure I was okay during and after the transfusion (finally) finished. This was a great experience after I had a horrible one in a different clinic a few years ago. Glad I changed my primary GP to Dr Beltz.

Kind and friendly reception staff who go above and beyond. I was lucky to be booked in to see Dr Erik Beltz - so gentle and attentive to my 18 month old daughter, thorough and action oriented. Best GP I have seen in a while. Thanks Team :) Rebecca Miranda Da Silva
