A little disappointed to be fair. I went to see the doctor because I would like to go through my blood levels with him, ensure everything is fine, and if I needed to increase in something. I specifically ask if I should rebook the visit once the blood test was done, they said that I didnt need. Anyways, 2 weeks go pass, and I didn't hear anything back. I've called the clinic, and they said the doctor just marked things as "OK", and no follow up was necessary.

The Doctors in this clinic are outstanding, our family have been Elizabeth Sinclair's patients for 20+ years and always received an amazing level of service. Unfortunately dealings with the Practice Manager prove her to be rude and borderline abusive. A16yo child sitting Year 11 ATAR exams suffering from Tonsillitis and requiring antibiotics immediately, the Practice Manager did her utmost to be rude, offensive and unhelpful. Hopefully the Doctors in the clinic are witnesses to the manner in which patients are treated and deal with this issue.

I’m on holidays from NSW and very disappointed with the billing system of this place. Paid $127 for a long consult despite being in the room for less than 15 mins and the punchline was the appointment was for my 5 month old baby! I even phoned the day before and they said he probably wouldn’t be charged because he’s a child. Not even Sydney does this, I'm sure we were charged the full extent because we are out of state. I had to cancel my own appointment because I don’t want to be stung twice. Upset would be an understatement.

$116 for first consult for 30 minutes, wasn't informed it had to be 30 minutes. Admin staff tell why don't you check before you book an appointment because, when you are sick, that's what U do., Not!!!!!! I saw a doctor been sick for 2 weeks before going to them, I know that I have bacterial infection. In pain gives me another version of an acids that make me even worse costs $30 bucks and I am never going back again. This place is all about money and not people. Don't go here..

The doctors are good and knowledgeable. But i can't say much of the administration side. Failure to communicate with patients and failure to inform patient of their test results. The nurse is rude once i had an emergency and she doesn't have a suggestion as to what i should proceed next. Try getting a written prescription takes them 2 to 3 days to return to get a response.

Honestly the best medical practice in Perth! I have been seeing Dr Khouri for several years and time and time again she goes above and beyond to help me and get me to where I need to be. I wouldn’t be where I am today without her help. Reception are always friendly and other drs I’ve seen are always very kind, helpful and understanding.

Don't bring toddlers/infants here and expect to be bulk billed despite being told so on the phone. Poor service at the front. Great service for pathology at the back. ( Only reason it's 2 stars not one). Mediocre medical advice in between. Plenty of better places to be treated.

I honestly could not speak worse of the administration. I have been given incorrect appt times before. Shown up to flu vaccine appt only to find they have no vaccines despite calling me to confirm the appt that same morning. It has taken two months for the receptionist to forward on a referral. Mind blowingly bad service.

I have been coming to this Practice since it opened, and followed my GP who I have been seeing for 25 years. It used to be wonderful but in recent times it's near on impossible to get an appointment unless you are booking a week in advance for routine check ups. It's become problematic for me not having a reliable GP I can visit when my children are sick and need treatment/clearances for daycare, and I've had to visit Emergency as a result. Unfortunately we will be looking at an alternative Practice for our care after all these years.

Went in as a new patient there today and will not be going back. My Doctor was nice enough, but I was not informed by the clinic before I booked my appointment that it is $130 for a first time consult, nor does it state anywhere on the website (their consult fees are listed on site). When I brought this up to the admin, they brushed it off and made an excuse, but did not offer an apology or say they would correct the website. I was also sent to get blood work and was told I would be fine by the doctor because I had fasted this morning, but the pathologist turned me away... after I had waited there for 30 minutes. Is there any clinic out there where the people working don't treat you like you're on a conveyer belt? I was hoping it would be the case here because they have decent reviews but I left feeling defeated and disappointed once again.

As I had moved to the area, I was pleased to learn my GP, the wonderful Dr Wu, was working here. I have seen 2 other doctors as well. Dr Khouri was great. Requests for prescriptions over the phone have been a breeze. Phone consults during Covid were really good. Very happy!

We have been going to this Clinic since it's opening in 2008. Dr Jenny Faye is incredible, as are many of the team here. The practice is professional and the nurses station and beds for extra care is an absolute bonus. The reception staff are friendly, efficient and kind.

Dr Claire De Burgh at Fitzgeral Medical Practice is truly phenomenal. She has been my GP for the past 6 months and through that time has been continually generous, sympathetic and thoughtful. Would highly recommend her for queer/trans people looking for an understanding doctor. Although (from memory) she isn't trained in care for LGBTQ+ people/issues she is very willing to learn and listen. Honestly 10/10 💓.

My usual GP here is excellent, but I've seen most of the GPs here over the years and they've all been great. Always very caring and gentle with kids too, which is appreciated when they can be quite anxious at the doctor. My only constructive criticism is that I wish they'd put SBS chill back on in the waiting room instead of the awful commercial TV channel that has been playing recently!

Editing my review! It really depends on who you see! I've seen Dr Sinclair and Dr De Bugh (I think her name was) and had amazing experiences. Dr Sinclair is one of those curious doctors who is very kind and genuinely wants to know what's wrong, and she actually trusted things I said which was so important to me. Dr De Bugh was so kind and validating when I went to her with a chronic illness which made me almost cry because she was so nice and wanted to help so much. My original review included a warning about Dr Wu who is by far the worst doctor I've ever met, but she doesn't work there anymore! So I cannot recommend this clinic enough

Excellent clinic all round : the doctors are kind and thorough, good listeners, reception staff are professional and answer the phone quickly. I have been able to get urgent appointments quickly if needed. Nurses are lovely and helpful if I have questions. Pathology in the same building is very convenient, and plenty of first hour free parking out the back or side streets for free.

Dr Edelman, Dr Yeoh, and the office and nursing staff are all really friendly, polite and professional. It's an efficient and helpful clinic.
