I would state that after being misdiagnosed by Dr Alba 7 months ago that I am in an Advanced stage of stomach cancer. I saw him twice and got the usual "some virus" response. Due to COVID lockdown their other doctor listed me for endo and colonoscopies, which was 4 months. After 2nd endoscopy, I have been given a true report. Perhaps if Dr Alba listened to me and stopped telling me about his upcoming holiday I may not need to undergo 3 or 4 months of Chemo before surgery will remove 3/4 of my stomach.

Terrible recent experience resulting in needing more appointments with other GPs just to get the bacterial infection under control - the Heights Resp DR refusing the correct prescription at the time of the appointment and thus wasting my time, having me consequently infect my family and so on and so forth. No form on the website to submit any complaint, will lodge it straight to Ahpra then!

The staff at the respiratory clinic are FANTASTIC. They are so friendly and efficient, and they provide excellent service. We are so lucky to have this respiratory clinic in our suburb.

Waited on hold for an hour, eventually booked online. Waited in line for an hour only to find they had no pfizer vaccine, a little notice anywhere would have been appreciated.

Dr Gary is the best Dr I have come across, thoroughly explains things and isn’t like other GP’s trying to rush you in and out. The practice is very friendly and welcoming, reception staff are nice and polite. Would recommend going here.

So, GP’s forgot let the prescription for blood test check up in the reception, patience call to know what’s happened to understand an see how to get that, they try to charge you again for their mistake, and as result patience get kicked out for being disrespectful with staff. Such waste of time.

This is a great medical centre. Dr Ella is an exceptional physician who always does best by us. Reception staff is so kind and caring Danielle in particular. Thank you all for always being so kind and caring

Joke of a clinic, do not answer their phones so have to book online to get there and be told they no longer have the vaccine

I am a new patient to the heights, followed Dr Kenworthy from her former clinic. I have no negatives. The staff are so lovely and helpful and Dr Kenworthy is a great doctor so I’m glad she’s remained local. She listens and is very thorough. Im glad I found her a while back and that is now in a clinic where the staff are as lovely as she is.

Some top quality and thorough doctors here and very friendly and professional admin staff.

Friendly service, easy booking and great follow up on results. Highly recommended.

I've been to this clinic a few times now, after not being treated well at my previous family practice. The staff here are amazing, and I wish I had switched years ago. Each time I go, I really feel like the doctor cares about me and has my best interests at heart. All the doctors are great, but Dr Zaw Htet is exceptional!!

I've been coming here for the past 5 years or so, Dr. Bruce Ella and Dr. Fay Meakin are so nice and welcoming. I've also recommended my mum to come here because of her diabetes. Dr. Bruce Ella has been great in taking care if mum, ensuring she has the appropriate checks, specialist care, and medicine adjustments etc.

The receptionist is very unprofessional and assumes people want to cancel without double checking. We have cleared our time and booked weeks in advance and left our work only to be met with no i cancelled. Very disappointed
