I generally never write reviews but this one I had to, so that no one else has to go through what I went. I booked laser hair removal treatment online and bought a pack of 10 treatments, since it is recommended to get minimum of 10 sessions to see good results. On my first session I went to the Clear skin clinic Perth CBD, immediately after the treatment I felt burning sensation on my cheeks. I mentioned it to the girl who did the treatment, she was like don't worry I'll apply the gel and it will be fine. Little I knew she actually burnt my skin. I immediately left for my home. By the time I reached home( took 30 mins) there were two BIG RED marks of BURNT skin on my cheeks. Before I could check in the mirror my husband asked me what happened to your face, marks were so prominent. When I checked in the mirror I was shocked and pain was unbearable, I took 2 Panadol for the relief. Unfortunately I had my treatment done on Friday evening and I couldn't visit the clinic till Monday . On Monday first thing I did was visited their clinic, which is right next to my office. The manager there was shocked to see my burnt skin, I said I am not happy with my treatment and would like to get money back for the rest of the 9 sessions. I thought she would immediately refund my money, but she said It will take around 6 WEEKS to get the refund. What could I do, I said no worries. I waited for 6 weeks and checked my bank account nothing there. Then I waited for 2 more weeks before I visited the clinic again and I was shocked to hear what she said next.. It can take upto 6 MONTHS to get response from the team which looks after refund area." She clearly said 6 weeks in the start and then she conveniently changed it to 6 Months. I was shocked but I said that's fine, I'll wait. And then the MOST SHOCKING CALL, the manager called on 3rd January after 3 months to let me know that they can't refund the money, I have to get treatments instead. ARE YOU SERIOUS, instead of apologising and returning my money immediately you are telling me (after 4 months of wait) to get more treatments from you guys? Is this ethical? Very unprofessional people. By treating their customers like this they are simply demonstrating how low their standards are. After all this when I went on their website I was shocked to see how many people posted about their similar experience of getting their skin burnt by Clear Skin Clinics Perth. I think this company should shutdown , very shameful how they are still operating with such unskilled and unempathetic staff. After going through all the pain and harassment, I was reluctant to get any laser treatment on my face. But I had to get it because of the post maternity hair growth on my face. So this time I made sure I checked the google reviews and not to go through the nightmare again. I have been going to LaserClinis Perth and have had 5 sessions done so far and I can't be happier. Very professional and kind staff. I would highly recommend 'LaserClinis' if you need to get any skin treatments done, specially their Perth cbd clinic. This is where I generally go. If this can help even one person, I would be happy. I hope you don't go through the PAIN and HARRASSMENT I went because of Clean SKin Clinics Perth CBD. I am going to lodge a formal complaint to ACCC.

I love this place. I had Isabella as my therapist and I am so pleased with her! After some terrible times at Laser Clinics Australia, I was nervous on what to expect. Isabella made me feel at ease and she was so thorough throughout my treatment. I have been back to her for skin treatments as well. She is extremely compassionate, professional and educated whilst also making me feel really comfortable (which is so important in this setting.) Since seeing Isabella and hearing her recommendations, my skin is the best it has ever been. I am loving clear skincare and could not recommend this place more. thank you!

I have been at different clear Skincare and this one it is the worst one. Some of my friends told my it was not good but I want always check by myself. The lady did my laser treatment but so fast and like she doesn't care... The result was the same if I haven't been to do my seance. It is a shame. Usually I am really but really happy of clear Skincare but here... I don't recon at all.

I booked three treatments. My booking time was 9:40 on August 22, but the staff member didn't allow me to do the treatment because I was 10 minutes late. I explained that since I couldn't find your store I also called to ask for directions to the store. Then I asked if I could do another treatments, but the staff member insisted on not allowing me to do treatments. I also asked about the time of the next treatment, and the staff member said that I would have to wait until the afternoon to do it, so I going back home and trying to book another day. When I checked online, I found out that there is a availability 20 minutes after my treatment, but the staff said that there will be no treatment can do on this morning. So I went back to ask, what counter staff told me is I can do the treatment if I found an availability time .I personally don't think this is an attitude towards customers. I'm not sure if it's because the staff are lazy or discriminatory. Anyway, I won't go back to that branch in the city. Other branches may be better choices, so I don't recommend it to everyone.

It the worst beauty salon my life. I made an appointment a month ago in the salon and they forgot my appointment which is my first time.It's really disappointed. they don't take a call often they didn't send an confirmation mail that why I called a lot. Finally they said we don’t have your appointment. They called me few days after "Are you coming today? "which is my appointment day. It’s too late. They are not managed about an appointment and reception girl service are terrible.

Awful! They burnt me and did nothing I've had 7 laser treatments here and they've always been pretty average. They must be poorly trained or have no standards, as you have a different experience depending on who you get. On my 27 Feb session the staff member burnt my leg and continued the treatment. When I sat up and saw my blackened leg and red welt, she cleaned it with a baby wipe! They offered no first aid for burns and then offered me some Mebo cream which is an oil based ointment - you're only supposed to use water based for burns. I was actually told that it wasn't a burn, it was merely "some heat trapped under the skin, like sunburn." 11 days later, I can tell you, its definitely a burn and its still healing. I went home and dressed the burn myself. They also didn't follow their own COVID safe practices and wear shields, gloves or check my temperature. Their manager called me the day after and I said I would send a formal complaint, as there were so many issues to work through, but that was 11 days ago and they haven't even replied. Save your money and avoid the risk!!! Go somewhere reputable where people are actually trained and care about what they are doing.

The place is absolutely nice and clean, I went to do a Dermapen skin needling for the first time, received a very professional treatment. The ladies are friendly and helpful to give an advises and explained each step very clear. I would recommend, great prices and great values!

Amazing prices ...so affordable that you can be beautiful all the time! I just slipped in during lunch break and had my quick treatment and was out...so efficient and amazing :)

Have received laser hair removal treatments a few times at this clinic. Staff seem in a rush and unfriendly (besides from the lovely lady who completed my initial facial appointment). Overall would not recommend this place.

I have got big dark spots on my legs after my third hair removal laser session in Clear Skincare Perth Central. When the manager Claire checked my burn marks, she only recommended to keep using the PIH cream and post laser gel from the brand "Clear Skincare" and she said that in few months the marks were going to disappear. I used the creams but they were useless, they just tried to sell more products. After one year, I still have those horrible marks on my legs. They honestly don't have experience on hair removal laser for tanned skin like mine. I also paid for some peelings, microdermabrasion and LED light on my face and it was a waste of money because I didn't do anything to my uneven skin. The worst experience ever! I have also posted some photos of my marks on product review.

Please do not go to this clinic. They are not professional just open one year? I bought package service they told me expired? During Covid the shop always closed that not my problem. Then the staff told me their manager will contact me, but never got their phone call. Then I did hair removal underarm, they just did very quick around 1 minute? Also they burnt my skin…never reco this terrible clinic!

The staff are very friendly and nice. They are definitely one of the biggest highlights of my visit. When you are about to get skin care treatments done, you want someone who can make you comfortable and tell you about your treatment. The store itself is small, but not a big deal when it's located in the city. There is a wide range of treatments you can get, from IPL hair removal to chemical skin peels. If there's something you want done, they can probably find a way! A wonderful experience. I definitely will be coming back.

I’ve done microdermabrasion twice here in 2020, it was very quick treatment, less than 15 min I guess (I paid the full treatment but been treated like the express microdermabrasion package 😂), I didn’t feel the treatment is as effective as the other skincare clinic, came here twice, won’t come back again.

I went here for about two years. The treatments available are no doubt wonderful! I've had dermal needling, facials with light and peels. Highly recommended. Despite there at one point being a big turnover in staff, all the girls are great and are very personable!

This clinic is absolutely amazing!!! This was my first experience with IPL treatment, and it was so easy! Courtney, my clinician was absolutely amazing, and had a great personality which helped with the slightly uncomfortable heat pulses. She was very thorough in explaining each step of the way, and was very understanding to my slight fear given that it was my first time undergoing treatment! I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for skin care needs! Outstanding Service, Great Prices, and Outstanding personalities!

This is the first review I write in my life after a treatment, I do it simply because it was the worst treatment I have ever received. I have already been to this clinic and I must say that I have never had any problems, but I returned after a long time and the treatment received was very bad. The reception girl informs me that I didn't have an appointment, just a consultation, which was not correct since I had a real appointment. With an absolutely rude way they make me sit down and the laser treatment is performed by the girl from the reception (hoping that she has the qualifications to do it) she does it without respecting the covid procedure and without apron. After a week I realize that the area has remained the same and the treatment has not had any effectiveness, obviously I imagined it as it was done quickly and in just 10 minutes. Absolutely avoid this place, I basically gave my money to the clinic!!!!

DO NOT recommend clearskincare clinic at all. 1st I had an appointment in Claremont and 5 minutes before the appointment (which I was about to go inside) they told me that the equipment for treatment is currently broken and will need to allocate me to another branch (such a hassle, luckily, I haven’t paid anything yet) 2nd time was recently, when I wanna get laser treatment, I arrived at perth central clinic and did all consultations. Turns out that they double booked my schedule with someone else and had to move my appointment tomorrow. They told me that my treatment is only took 5 mins, so why I should rescheduled tomorrow as I clearly already in the clinic waiting for my turn. As this is my 2nd disappointment, when they told me to rebook, I was rethinking if I would get any treatment in here again. Turns out I booked my treatment in other place and it’s definitely better than clearskincare clinic. Don’t waste ur time here.

I’ve had 3 appointments with the manager Isabella and every time Isabella has gone above and beyond for me. She is professional and very knowledgeable around skincare recommending me the perfect products and skin care routine for myself. My skin has improved tremendously since attending Clear Skin Perth Central and I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend booking appointments with Isabella or the other friendly staff at the Perth central store.

Every-time I have visited the clinic the girls have always made me feel so comfortable. Absolutely amazing, the girls are always very lovely when I enter the clinic and it’s always an extremely clean and professional atmosphere. My schedule always changes last minute so I often need to change my appointments around, which they are all very understanding and accomodating. My therapist Charis is gentle and wonderful at what she does, and always ensures she explains exactly what treatment I’m having and what to expect. I’ve been having laser hair removal treatments for a few months now with Charis and I’m super pleased with results so far! Highly recommend!
