Simple instant D&A screen, waited over an hour and was only one of two in the waiting room.... If you want to be in and out in a reasonable time don’t come here. Ended up leaving.

Waiting...waiting.....still waiting..... I'm sorry but I don't care how good a doctor you are, I had to do a work physical and was given an appointment time at this location and ended up waiting 45 minutes before being seen by the doctor. Ended up spending over four hours here across two days for testing that didn't even take an hour in total, not impressed.

First time visit here and pleasantly surprised. Very well organized with different areas of the building sectioned off for different types of medical. They also specialize in pre employment medicals and blood, drug, alcohol and urine testing. Staff helpful and well organized. I was waiting a while to see doctor but that was expected seeing how busy the are. No longer wait really compared to other doctors rooms

Very, very disappointed with today's experience at this clinic. Came here to get doctor's advice and set up a schedule for vaccinations for my 5 month old son to travel overseas in a near future. All I got was an over 1 hour of waiting in a waiting room with a healthy child among other potentially sick people just to be taken to a room to speak to a nurse who wasn't even prepared for our visit and only started doing her research. Came home with no advice and a grumpy baby!

Dr Sparrow has been our family GP for several years now and we couldn’t have chosen a better doctor for our medical needs. Never one to prescribe a drug as a quick fix, but rather takes the time to seek a deeper understanding of the issues and firstly focus on the cause rather than skip to the cure. I have used the Sonic Heath plus agency in West Perth for a number of years and want to place on record my appreciation of the service provided not only from my GP Dr. Louise Sparrow but also the reception and nursing staff. It is not just that I am bulk billed but more so that I receive a level of service that is competent, caring and, importantly thorough and one that gives me confidence that my health care is in the very best of hands.

All the staff are very professional and lovely. I have been seeing Dr Sparrow for over a decade, and she is competent, caring, and professional. I have been blessed to have her as my GP, she has provided guidance and support through my medical and personal ups and downs.

I have been attending Sonic Health Plus on a regular basis for a while now. I felt compelled to write a review in regard to my doctor after she was publicly attacked in a review by a patient she had never seen before I believe.. Especially after One of the Doctors was recently attacked in the car park with a shovel after a patient didn't get what they wanted. Subsequently he doesn't work here anymore. I have been a patient of Dr Sparrow for over 12 years now & she has done nothing but support & help me with several issues I've gone through over the years, I'm still in a wheelchair. We have a great repour & I can talk with her about anything. She is extremely Competent and Caring and I'm sure if she could have helped you, she would have. I was extremely angry when I read what @NONE PROVIDED (as they call themselves) had written in their review & if you read some of their other reviews, you will see that they've whinged about every place. We are all quick to bag a place when we know nothing about it or the people that work there.. I don't think any issue is necessary to openly name & shame any individual just because you didn't get what you wanted. All the staff at Sonic, West Perth are fantastic and the girls & guys have always treated me with nothing but respect, they always ask how I am.. There are over 10 doctors in this complex, it is a great Doctor's Surgery.. The nurse Vicki is a wonderful lady and friend.. She had all my Covid shots covered... 👍

For my booked in standard GP consult I had to sit and wait for over an hour after it’s scheduled time. For a private practice that’s not on. If you are running that far behind, would be best to notify your patients. All I could be told is that Dr Sparrow is running a little behind. Wouldn’t recommend booking in with her - an hour behind is far beyond a little.

Dr Sparrow from Sonic is such a caring practitioner and always willing to sit and listen to my needs, even it takes a little longer. Especially during Covid 19 when I had an adverse side effect to the vaccine, Dr Sparrow was attentive and left no stone unturned. It's a difficult time to be a General Practitioner because the demands are so great. Thank you Sonic, thank you Dr Sparrow. ❤

I have only complete admiration and respect for all the practitioners, nurses, and admin staff at the Sonic HealthPlus West Perth. Nice surgery with lots of parking at the rear of the building. I go here a lot. The doctors are great. I see Dr Louise Sparrow who is an amazing practitioner and seems to spend a generous amount of time with her patients which is a nice change from being rushed in and out.

Dr Louise Sparrow is my doctor for the last 16 years. She is amazing. Dr Sparrow is compassionate, competent, supportive and a great diagnostician. I would not want better doctor for our family.

Dr Louise Sparrow has been my doctor for over 10 years and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the local area needing a GP. I never feel rushed and always feel like my health concerns are addressed and managed well.

We first saw Dr Jenkins 15 years ago and he has been a lovely family doctor for my children. Over the last 5 years it has been difficult to get in to see him as he does workers health appointments now. Luckily my kids rarely need to go so it's been fine. I personally have tried a number of the other doctors and they are ok, but I have waited over an hour on many occasions and the reception staff are not apologetic about it. This is very disappointing. I then found Dr Fong and she has been my doctor for over 5 years and she is on time every time. She is professional, kind, efficient and just simply fab. So I recommend seeing Dr Fong and then your experience will be positive.

Jacqui's professionalism, care, empathy and responsiveness was up there with the best I have ever received. I had to deal with Jacqui from this clinic after being messed around by our insurance company. I highly recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Sophie receptionist literally yells at patient, sick patient, after they explain three times, Im on a disability pension, I cant afford a phone consultant. The heat is too much but I need to see the dr. I was just asking. You could hear pain in my voice. My autistic son 8 years also home sick. Sophie then yells and I quote: “Dont you talk over me!” In the most hostile voice Ive ever encountered in a doctors surgery. This is the third time, I say “I don’t have the money for a phone consultant, Ive got an appointment - cant I leave a message?” There is no place for this conduct in a surgery. To treat people who are already dealing with a chronic genetic debilitating syndrome with extraordinary pain. To yell at you for having no money is quite extraordinary. I’ll be making a full written complaint. Sick people often have inflections suggestive of their pain in their voice. How can you have someone working at the doctors, you can’t even recognise pain in someone’s voice. And then yells at them for it. The doctors are fantastic by the way

Why not consider setting up an sms to patients when the doctor is going to be late for a long period? That way they can just come later. Better than waiting. I don’t mind waiting really but people that have kids there or are pressed for time will be reasonably annoyed.

Very slow service and long waiting times. I had an appointment at 10AM. When I got here, I was told I didn’t have an appointment. This was an error on their end and it delayed everything else! Update: Came back the second day for a blood test. Service was amazing and fast, and staff were very friendly!

was under Naval Base, after 7 months poor service I transferred to this surgery and Doctor Andrew Fairhurst. Best treatment given ,considerate and caring. Got me MRI scan immediately which diagnosed surgery required. Wish I had gone here earlier. Well done!!

50 minutes of waiting for a D&A screen, no acknowledgement or apology of the delay. Staff not very friendly, not the type of place your want to come to if you actually wanted medical care.

Waiting more than one hour after appointment with sometimes more than 10 other people in the reception area with the social distancint signs in front of my eyes. I would never come back her.

I've been going to Sonic HealthPlus for a little over 4 years and I can't complain about anything. My G.P. Dr Fong is the best Doctor I've ever had and the staff are friendly, interested and welcoming. 5 stars from me

I am incredibly concerned as the doctor of my ex partner (who I’d never met prior to this incident) showed up at the front door of my personal residence at 6pm on Mother’s Day (a Sunday evening). Louise Sparrow came to my door unannounced to speak about my ex partner, 11 months after the breakup. I found this to be incredibly bizarre, unprofessional and disrespectful. I told her I haven’t had contact with my ex for almost a year, by choice. I called the receptionist of this practice twice and had to persist to finally speak to the manager. The Manager was polite and recommended that I call the police, so I did. However, the receptionist asked me what the issue was and seemed confused as to why I found this incident alarming.

Totally unacceptable wait time 60 minutes!!!

Terrible experience here. For a work health screen, they took bloods and immediately after had me lifting 20 and 30kg repeatedly, do push ups etc. Advice after every blood test I've ever had is NOT to lift anything heavy for 48 hours. Made me so unwell/sick to do this activity in this order. Reverse the order. Bloods AFTER strenuous physical activity and heavy lifting.

Lots of forms with the same info required. How many times do yo need my name, address and email written down? And expect an hour long wait after that.

They love making you filling up same forms with name, DOB and address. Be prepared to wait.

Dr Louise Sparrow is a warm and compassionate GP who has always treated me with respect and kindness. I have been a patient of Dr Sparrow’s for many years and she has always been approachable, friendly and respectful. She is great with kids.

Disregard the fake reviews. I've come to expect excellent service and have never been disappointed; the doctors take the time to understand the issues and analyse the root cause. Doctor Sparrow has saved my life with an early intervention into what could've been a life-threatening condition. I'm very busy, and I like the fact it's so convenient (the location's pretty good too).

The staff at Reception are great, as are the Nurse and our Doctor of many years, Dr Sparrow, who is a GP of exceptional excellence and ability. Her experience and knowledge of all things medical is outstanding. She is absolutely the kindest and most wonderful doctor and extremely dedicated to her work. This past year when my husband was hospitalised multiple times, it was such a comfort to have a GP who was so competent and well-informed providing the care and expertise he needed to recover his health. Like all her other patients, I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Sparrow as a Medical Practitioner. Heartfelt thanks to Dr Sparrow and staff who have kept the surgery going throughout the Pandemic and who have kept us going during these unsurpassed difficult times. To quote John F. I've only seen Dr sparrow the one time my partner recommended me as she'd been telling me how bad my doctor was n that hers (Dr sparrows) was so great. Well for the first time in our relationship she was rite. Very satisfied she knows her stuff. Mike

Having seen numerous different doctors and therapists over the years it is a relief go finally have found a doctor is not only highly intelligent and skilled at her work but also has the rare quality of actually listening to what u have ti say. I could not re commend her highly enough , you can be sure you will leave with sll your concerns addressed.
