Really disappointed with one nurse who was very condescending to me this morning. They were deciding whether to treat me as I have quite tan skin even though I’ve been to this clinic many times and had no problems. She wiped my skin and there was a little bit of dirt that came off which they decided looked like fake tan. It’s not. The last time I fake tanned was in high school 3 years ago. Of course they were trying to be safe and not burn me which I really appreciate but one nurse kept saying I had fake tan on when I didn’t - even after I told her I’m not lying she still kept saying condescending comments. Really don’t appreciate her comments when she could have explained I need to exfoliate more because I’ve been living up north in the red dirt instead of making me out as a fool. Don’t appreciate being made to feel like I’m a dishonest person, they should be more professional- after all I’ve paid 1000s to have these treatments. I’m sure they have lots of girls lying all the time, but each customer should be treated individually with respect.

I’d like to warn anyone who goes here. They hire incompetent staff I got burnt during one of my sessions and it left pigmentation on my skin. Not sure if the lady that did my laser still works there however she was so rude during the session and uncaring. I was assured it would go away, 6 months later its still there. Pick your person carefully!! the usual lady that did my laser wasn't working that day so I went with someone else little did I know what would happen… I am ashamed to wear tops and left to look for solutions to try and get rid of the scarring.

Silk laser I phoned the week before-hand to talk about my previous experience of the machine being dialled right back and being taken from one room to another for a lesser treatment . Than the one, months before. (I was happy with) And I did not return in the year following, being disappointed about the service for laser hair removal. (Whitfords - Silk) At the end of the conversation she reassured me the technician would listen to my concerns and I could be reassessed. Because she didn’t understand what I was saying. I proceed to order another visit. On arrival I’m starred down when I ask if any information from my call is noted on my concerns. She says she will leave me to undress and that I’m in this room due to my skin type. I ask about the settings and I get the same response . It’s your skin type. She says. (I am a white Australian who tans easily. With Green eyes) There was no personal care about my concerns or me. I feel this is a money grabbing business that’s not interested at all in the permanent hair removal of the client. I was another number in their day. More money in the till keeping them busy. I will be using the opposition for my laser treatments in future.

Just called laser clinic to book an appointment as I still had credit on my prepaid plan but they told me it’s expired in March 2023. I have NEVER been told that my payment would expire and never got a reminder that my payment would expire. Poor client service. Don’t recommend.

Thank you to Nurse Alexa, I had a top up of filler in my lips and cheeks. After going to a few different injectors Ive never been happier with how my lips look. Alexa is very knowledgeable and gentle when injecting. The other ladies who greeted me when I arrived were also very inviting and friendly. Highly recommend and I will definitely go to Silk Laser Clinic for all my other treatments as well in the future.

I've been going to SILK Perth for a few months for my laser hair removal and I've always had Kim as my technician. She's thorough and always ensures I'm comfortable. She explains everything in detail and is very knowledgeable about her work. All of the ladies that work there are lovely, but I specifically request Kim! Their receptionist Jess is lovely too and is always helpful when fitting me in at times that suit me best. Great service and a great team of ladies.

Went for a laser hair removal, I waited 20minutes and the technician was 10minutes late to take me as the front desk forgot to indicate I had arrived... Session lasted 2 minutes and she did not cover parts I know there is hair growing on (was armpit) - when I went to pay I was asked 29$ despite the fact I asked the price at least 3 times when I took my appointment and the lady told me 12.50$... And even told me to pay the day of my appointment and not when I took it as I asked if I could pay in advance ... NEVER EVER AGAIN

I've been coming here for years (hair removal) and results have been good. I find it a bit expensive though compared to other places. For me it's convenience. Yulia is amazing. She's thorough, friendly and very caring. I recommend her greatly.

The professional was absolutely caring and gentle with the machine for my first time. I did it once in Turkey and it was horrible painful, I told her and she was lovely with me, understanding my fears. Turns out it is almost not painful, a little on some parts but it is only few seconds like the Brasilia or next to the ankles. Here the pain is handable, and the service is perfect.

Overall a good experience. Premises are always clean and very professionally kept. All staff are pleasant and welcoming. However, Naba is the BEST. She is well experienced and polite with a beautiful smile. She is never in a rush and explains everything pre and post procedures. Thank you!

Great staff here with professional advice. Prices are fairly high compared to other laser clinics but with the professional advice it's worth paying that little extra for peace of mind. Best to pop in the clinic and chat to them first about your needs. They tend to have certain discounts applied to certain treatments at different times

I had my last session of laser hair removal there. The lady at the reception was very unwelcoming. The therapist that looked after me didn’t even take the time to introduce herself or tell me what I had to do, she just left me in the room. Never asked me once about the pain and literally burned my skin. She could clearly see my body language and see that I was in pain. Anywhere else therapists ask throughout the treatment if it’s not too painful. Just felt like I was a number and like I was bothering the therapist from being there. I had no issues with SILK clinics before but this one is to avoid… I’ll keep going to SILK clinics as I’ve had really good experiences in other clinics down south.

I had the worth experience ever in my life, from 2014 till now I used to go to laser clinics in Malaysia, Australia, other countries. always I got best result, but when I try laser hair removal in silk, the treatment was very bad the machine not working well, and my skin got burn. I told her that the machine is not really cooling, she stops the session and told me to postpone to later, they charged me money for nothing, I ask to change the area because I got burn and my skin become darker, the women at reception wasn't good in dealing and she was very very very rude talking to me, she refused to help me. all the people in the clinic were surprised because of her bad treatment. I pay 600+ for two small parts and I still get hair with burned skin. when I share this story with my friends, they told me that silk is the worth clinic in Australia, and the machine isn't working well and the workers there is not welcoming, so rude in dealing with customer + they are so over pricy, not organised in appointment and they always postpend my appointment or forgot it. now I'm dealing with another clinic which they are so kind, and the result is remarkable.

I have been going to the clinic for some time now. Buying the packages in bulk when there is a 50% off sale makes laser affordable. The therapist Naaba is very kind and patient especially if you are not good with pain like myself. She makes the experience painless and is very thorough at doing her job.

Went to get my lips done. Nurse Alexa did a perfect job, my lips now look fuller but natural. She makes you feel very comfortable. Very happy with how they look.

I had two lip filler procedures with Alexa from Perth Laser Clinic. The whole experience was extremely professional and everyone was very friendly and welcome from start to finish. Alexa asked me about my expectations from the procedure and explained my product options and what to expect from the results. The video consultation with a trained doctor made me feel safe and in good hands. The procedures themselves were more comfortable and stress-free than any other lip filler treatments I had received back in the U.K and the results were incredible. After care was also offered to me post-treatment should I have required it. Overall the prices were very fair compared to the quality of the product, efficiency and cleanliness of the treatment. The end results were fantastic and I am in love my new lips! Would definitely return again next time. Thanks Alexa!

Absolutely amazing experience! I dealt with Kimiya at the Perth store and she is so professional and excellent at what she does. I was nervous about laser hair removal and had a million and one questions, yet Kimiya was patient and made me feel so at ease. Throughout the whole process, she has been nothing but helpful. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Jess always accommodating my request for preferred days and times for the treatment sessions. I saw Nicola at this clinic and my experience was tip tier. It was my first time having botox and fillers and she was extremely informative and professional all the while making me feel comfortable and at ease. It was my first time to have hair lasered on my face. The premises was welcoming and clean. The technician spoke to me at length, explained the treatment, how to perform aftercare and what results to expect. The treatment itself was very quick and I experienced no pain at all. I honestly did not know what to expect. The customer service was professional, informative and friendly. It was a fantastic experience for a newbie to this type of treatment. Too early to rate the effectiveness of the treatment....but so far I am very impressed with the experience.

Have been visiting Silk Laser in CBD on Hay street. I did underarms, Brazilian , half leg , back neck. I saw my results after 4 th treatment and it’s been working well ever since then. The results are absolutely fantastic.Julia and all team on reception are very helpful and look after each customer. I been a customer for couple years.They do very great job.I have no hair at that area, but I still visit them once a while. Julia did recommend some facial, I did try - and been so happy that my skin glow and bright couple weeks after facial.LED and microbladng good buster. Will back again for sure. Highly recommend!

I am a long-standing customer, however on my last visit for laser I had booked and pre purchased the package which included Brazilian, underarms and full legs. The lady who I had my appointment with refused to laser my legs as she said I was wearing fake tan, to which I responded that I am not wearing fake tan and haven’t worn it in over a year. However she still refused so I ended up just getting the other areas lasers that I had also booked. At the end of the appointment I then had to pay again for my underarms and Brazilian as I was told I wasn’t able to use the credit I had already paid for as it was a ‘package’. This is the second time that this same scenario has happened to me. I have had laser many times in the past and am well aware that you are not supposed to wear any sort of fake tan as it can cause the skin to burn, so it is very frustrating to be told that I am wearing fake tan when I am in fact not! I decided to request a refund for what I had to pay for on the day, and then get my legs lasered and use the package that I have already paid for. After sending an email via their website and also two follow up calls, no one has gotten back to me. Based on this experience I won’t be coming back to this clinic.

Good service, everything was explained and they often have discounts. I’ve done it 2 times and will soon go for the 3rd time. Underarms hair was gone after just 1 use. There is also less on the legs. I recommend
