Do not attend this practice as DR and reception staff do not care about the well being of patients. Today was the last straw as a DR accused me of lying after explaining my medical history. I will be forwarding my history to the practice to ensure that DR is aware of his mistakes. Additionally not isolation room for those who are presenting cold and flu symptoms so it is a hot bed for germs to be spread. Truly disgusting to make a patient walk out crying without offering to help.

Dr. Neeraj Singh is my family GP for many years. He is very efficient and knowledgeable. As long as you describe what the symptoms are, he will send you to get the right test for the very first time. I was sent to see a specialist and it took her 3 different tests to confirm the diagnosis that Dr Singh did the first go.

Dr Shalinder Singh is one of the best Gp I have found in Perth.He is also very good for my son who was only 2 when started visiting him. He is currently working at Woodville Road Medical and Dental Centre, Merryland NSW

Visited twice to see a certain dr which I will remain anonymous about but had a bad experience. I came to the clinic and paid money for his services, however he acted condescending on two occasions and made me feel like I was just trying to get a medical certificate. I feel that he should listen to patient's subjective feelings and not just focus on the logical, objective aspect. Would not visit again unfortunately because of him.

I have been coming to Smart health Clinic since a while now. It’s very easy to book in on the app or just over the phone. The staff at the reception is always friendly and its very easy to get appointments if in case of emergencies because there is so many doctors available on site with availabilities throughout the day. Best thing is that its always open on weekends as well as public holidays. So according to me its very convenient and my go to clinic.

This is amazing health clinic, it’s very easy to book on health engine. Dr. Neeraj Singh is one of the best doctor, I ever seen in my life. Me and my family used to book an appointments with same doctor. They have a different medical professionals and services like skin treatments, laboratories and gynaecologists.

4 minutes of consultation $75. I don't recommend this place at all. When I arrived the doctor asked me if I had a fever and if I had pain when I touched my throat... Did he forget that it was supposed to be his role to give me a consultation? He advised me to take a spray, vitamins and drink tea with ginger. At this level I could do self-medicated. I leave without knowing what I had. They are just people who want to make money and have forgotten the very essence of the profession which is, at its core, the gift of self. Add to that the reception asked me to repeat again and again to complete the form on the phone because she didn't ear me. Of course my throat was hurting... Finally she send me a link to complete it. Why she didn't think about it before make me inconfortable repeating. Any of them like their job and you can easily feel it.

We have been going to this practice for more than two years now and never had a bad experience. Dr. Neeraj singh is our regular GP and he has been really great with our whole family. Even when he is fully booked he is still ready to talk and make room for the patients. Another good thing is that the practice is open on weekends as well which makes things easy.

Worst Medical Centre/Clinic I ever been in Perth. Arrived at the clinic, no reception was around waited for more than 15 mins the reception arrived. He acted like he is the boss, bad service ever. Finished consultation with the Dr, waited for another 15 mins for payment because the reception is fixing Dr computer. If you don’t have enough staff to work in the Clinic, just informed in advance or close the clinic. Everyone’s time are precious, all the patients are waiting there. Improved your service, if not no one will ever walk in there. Terrible service

the number one worst GP clinic in Australia, I came on Friday made appointment for for 2:40 Monday . After i get here. The rude staff telling me your appointment was on 11:40, she wrongly booked the appointment. I repeat her almost 3 time I am Only available for 2:40 if you want to waste your time and disrespect your self this GP is for you. Unfortunately

I been there few times for consultation and every time staff was very cooperative and they were very attentive and helpful. Doctor Neeraj is well professional and great doctor who always deals with patients in respectfully manner and understands their feelings and needs and always ready to provide emotional counselling wherever needed. I would highly recommend this clinic as they have such a great team with cooperative environment.

The dr at the clinic enables medications for my mother. I have even witnessed the way he says no but then still prescribes medications that are in breach of what is right. He is slowly allowing my mother to manipulate him and he enables her. I have made several attempts to ask him to stop as my mothers well-being is at stake. I made a telehealth appointment and was not called for my appointment. Only when I called an hour after my appointment time was I notified that I was ineligible for a telehealth appointment as I hadn't visited the practice in the last 12 months. This is untrue and I provided this information to the receptionist. The receptionist then proceeded to be extremely disrespectful ams condescending, told me he was unable to help ans then hung up on me. His name was Angelo.

Have a throat and chest infection. When booking online, my symptoms were classed as covid symptoms and I was unable to book a face to face appt, must be a phone appt. Dr Niranjini Subramanium called 30 mins before my appt to advise she couldn't assist me over the phone and it had to be in person, even after I advised her that their website would not allow me to attend in person due to covid symptoms. Doctor was rude and spoke down to me. Seemed to be under the impression that vaccinations mean i can attend the surgery despite their website not allowing me to physically book a face to face appt. She then said she would fax a prescription to the chemist next door. I went there 50 mins later and there was no prescription there. Had to go to the surgery, which had one patient in the waiting room, and ask the girl behind the desk for my prescription then take it back to the chemist. "If you're sick, stay home".... How about make it a bit easier to do so, instead of forcing us to spread germs.

Our whole family have been attending smart clinic nearly 8 years ago. Dr Neeraj Singh is experienced and very professional. And all staff care about clients with empathy and patience. The psychologist Dr CJ Singh is one of the best to provide professional consultation and treatment for people in difficult situations. We feel very lucky to know them and get their help.

Great doctors surgery. Have been going here for about 3 or 4 years now. You can book online through health engine or HotDoc which is very convenient. Dr Singh is a very kind, friendly and informative doctor. I feel he goes above and beyond what the average gp would.

The doctors at this clinic are very professional, friendly and caring and the reception staff are helpful. I always get reminders of my appointments which is great. And the clinic is located at Coventry markets which is a great location.

The WORST service ever. The most unhelpful doctors I have ever encountered, they are very angry that you have chosen their practise and they just want to get rid of you. They don't bulk bill anymore so you will now have to pay for this horrible service. I would not recommend this place to anyone - under any circumstances EVER. We been seeing Dr Neeraj Singh since almost four years now. Great Dr always listen our concern carefully and give us great advise. Our two little kids (2 and 5 years) love him. Very friendly staff. Easy to get appointments when you needed.
