Always love my time at Iconic Medispa! I’ve been visiting them exclusively for a few years now and every experience is amazing- the service is fab, the staff are all legends, and the facial treatments are making me glow! Love love love.

I researched and had consultations at three different clinics before settling on Iconic. From the moment I walked in the door, it felt like a first class operation. Staff was helpful and informative but never pushy. Pricing for similar treatments at the other two facilities were comparable. And not only the direct customer service I received, but all the staff has been pleasant, welcoming and friendly. Truly, I think all the employees love their jobs, no matter the position--and it shows. Can't recommend Iconic Medispa enough!

Waste of money and waste of time. Went in for a hydrafacial and they walk you through the whole place to show you their award winning dental clinic (i'm not here for dental service). Then, when you finally get to the beautician, she spend like 30 minutes trying to talk you through your skin care routine. Try to find out what you use on a daily basis, took so many pictures of my face using SLR camera. And never really provide any good information aboht my skin. Just upload a picture into a big LED plasma tv. Then, the actual treatment was really dissapointing. Put on a cleanser, hydrafacial (which is just microdermabration) then LED light and moisturiser. I would say the treatment only lasted like 20 minutes while the rest of the time were talking about treatment plan (picture attached - which is basically an invoice) to encourage you to sign up more treatment. All they want is to get more sales and never really focus on your skin.

I always have such a pleasant experience at Iconic Medispa. Everyone is so lovely and really want to help you achieve your desired goals with your skin care. I was seeing great results but at the time had to stop treatment due to circumstances but really looking forward to going back! 💞

I absolutely love this place! The first time I walked in I was amazed by the interiors of the clinic! The staff are all so friendly, supportive and extremely knowledgeable. I can't wait to start my skin journey with Iconic, couldn't recommend enough!

From being welcomed into the most beautiful waiting area with its grand piano and chandeliers, my treatment did not disappoint. I was treated as a special client throughout my treatment. Ash was professional, kind and caring making sure I was comfortable, and explaining the steps of the treatment as she stepped through . If you are looking for an expert treatment Iconic is the place for you. I am looking forward to seeingvm the results of my series of anti ageing skin treatments.

What an amazing spa, got a tour of the establishment which was gorgeous, had an interesting Visia scan of my face, followed by a derma plane and LED light with Roxanne, who was so professional and explained everything as she worked on me. Definitely recommend. My skin feels lovely

Not sure why I hadn't heard about this place sooner but glad I've found it now. Just had the Hydrafacial and my skin has never felt so clean, clear and supple! It's such a beautiful treatment and I will be going back again. The facilities are just gorgeous and the staff are kind and friendly.

I have been seeing the Dermal Therapists at Iconic Medispa for several years now, and my skin has transformed in that time. Their passion for skin shines through in every appointment, and their eagerness to pass on their knowledge means I am much more informed about my treatments and skincare. While the HydraFacial will always be my favourite, I fully trust the treatment recommendations and I remain astounded with each visit ❤️

I took my daughter for a Hydrafacial, LED treatment and Visia face scan. Love the ambiance in the spa and very happy with the treatment, the therapist Jessie is excellent. Jessie is very friendly and very thorough at cleaning all blocked pores and blackheads and my daughter is very happy with the result after the treatment. Thank you.

Last week I was lucky enough to visit Iconic Medispa for a facial and LED treatment with Robyn. My skin can sometimes be quite sensitive so I was a bit worried at first but Robyn explained the products she was using and tailored the treatment specifically to my skin type. My therapist is so knowledgeable, professional and always shows attention to detail 😊 Every time I go in for my appointment I feel a very friendly, warm and comfortable atmosphere which is so important and when I leave my skin is glowing and my concerns are always addressed. I have been seeing Robyn for over a year now for facial treatments. Before I was pregnant, all throughout my pregnancy and now postnatal as well. Every single appointment is so enjoyable, its like catching up with an old friend! Robyn is so knowledgable and is always able to address my ever changing skin concerns. I leave the clinic after every session feeling like a new woman and my skin has never looked and felt so good. I have recently also started to see Ashlea for my eyebrows and WOW! I am super impressed with how my brows are looking and also what and lovely lady Ashlea is. I would be at Iconic on a weekly basis if I could be. From the moment I walk in I feel so welcome, it really is such an amazing experience from start to finish.

Michelly was simply lovely … inside and out. The sweetest and gentlest person, which was perfect for my super sensitive skin. It felt like I was flying first class… and the pricing was reasonable. I didn’t feel like they were pushing their products onto me. The team was knowledgeable and I felt I was free to make a decision either way. Even though the venue presents super posh, the ladies I dealt with were all down to earth and extremely approachable. So refreshing. All in all a beautiful experience. Highly recommend.

i really like this skincare center! The staffs were great, they used all technological machi to examine your skin status, and then drafted a specific plan focus on your face, so all treatments are special for yourself. Also, their skin care products are really good and the price actually is affordable. 5 stars to recommend their center

Ashlea went above and beyond for my eyebrow tattoo experience. She discussed all aspects of the tattoo process and made me feel so calm. I have blonde hair, blue eyes and pale skin which made me quite worried the tattoo would end up looking too dark for my complexion, but she absolutely nailed it! Thanks so much Ashlea x

I always look forward to getting cleansing hydrafacials. My previous appointment last month I had the hydrafacial with a brightening peel. When I got home I immediately noticed a difference with my pores. Most of my pores minimised and some actually closed which is a great achievement. I double cleanse my skin and use vitamin serums but my pores do not get smaller even with months/years of skincare. 1 month since that session, my pores are still small and have not increased in numbers (with proper skincare routine). After my recent hydrafacial last Saturday, I noticed the pores got even smaller and more seemed to close. Very happy with these results. Thought it was too late for my skin to get better, but there is hope with the right treatment. Also getting immediate and visible improvements help motivate myself in taking better care of my skin.

Honestly the best brows I've ever had ! As a male with quite thick brows having them maintained by Ashlea puts me at ease. If you're like me you'll definitely catch yourself in reflections and be like damn I look good, everyone's lucky to see me today ! Thank you.

I had an amazing facial by Chloe. She was very sweet and also really knowledgeable. Chloe tailored an Ultraceuticals skincare routine and treatment program specifically for me, talked me through everything and confidentially answered any questions I had. I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks and I’ll be back for my second visit to begin my clear and bright skin treatments soon.

I couldn’t recommend Ashlea the brow artist for brow tattooing more highly - she makes the whole experience an enjoyable one, & does the most incredible job. She’ll make sure you are 100% happy with the shape before she starts, is an absolute perfectionist & the end result looks so natural. I am in love with my brows!

Before visiting the clinic, I was very pleased with their website as they have thoroughly included necessary information about their treatments and the booking system was also easy to utilise. The facilities were extraordinary with very welcoming staff who displayed utmost professionalism. I had the pleasure of having Robyn explain the condition of my skin and offered the best treatments while being wary of causing more harm to it. The advice she provided was extremely helpful and I can definitely see improvements only 4 days after my appointment. I believe the prices for both treatments and products reflect its quality so while I spent more than I expected, the result made it all worthwhile. Iconic Medispa was an incredible experience and I look forward to coming back soon.

Really good service and friendly staff. For someone that doesn’t know much about how to approach treating my skin I felt confident in what treatment I was getting and the specific benefits as I was well informed. Also really nice to be given specific skincare advice which gave me a better idea of how to heal my skin at home.
