I can only stand in amazement at the level of professionalism and support displayed by the team at Quinns Mindarie Super Clinic. At a time where systems and institutions are increasingly under pressure and succumbing to the pressure of COVID, you have dug deep to ensure your standards of service and commitment to your patients are not compromised. I would like to extend a personal thank you to Dr. Ross Dunstan for always having time to listen to what ails his patients and is able to make them feel like they really matter. He is always ready to go the extra mile and it is greatly appreciated. Congratulations!!

Excellent Service and they bulk bill not like the Ocean Keys practice Mindarie Medical Centre that charge you an arm and a leg to see a general practitioner who have gone private this is now a deterrent for peoples health not like the English National health service.

Took myself and 3 children for mole checks with Dr Palmer. She is brilliant. She put everyone at ease. Explained things to look for in skin changes. Talked about sun protection. She was very thorough she looked at every inch of skin including the scalp. We will definitely be going back to Dr Palmer for and dermatology issues.

Should be 0 star! Don't even want to go there! Tried to book an appointment for the cough was told NOT WELCOME, even with Covid-19 Negative Test. Who are earth do we need the clinic like this? Disgusting NO Service!

Cancelled 2 appointments without reason and without care. One was for a child with a broken toe which meant we needed to sit at Perth Childrens hospital for over 7 hours! Second was for a 2.5yo with a possible urinary infection. Just upsetting! Especially when you go to the trouble to make appointments only for them to be cancelled. Will take our family elsewhere!

Called to get a prescription and was told left it to late and was my own fault even though they will only issue a box at a time then charge for a appointment to get a repeat prescription. Reception need a course in customer service and manners. Sure most of the time they think they are even more important than the patient and the doctors.

Every time I have to come to this doctors they make me wait over 30 minuets after my appointment time until I get seen, I even called up this time 10 minuets prior to my appointment time and asked if the doctor was running on time, I was lied to and told yes! arrive at your appointment time and when I got here (4 minuets before my appointment) I was told there was two patients before me!!!! Ever time they do this and I will never be using this doctors surgery ever again.

Terrible doctors. Last visit I came here I saw the older male doctor about a mole on my leg that was changing colours/I was concerned it looked quite suspicious. The doctor I kid you not opened a text book he had in his office and pointed at the pictures of moles and said “your mole is fine it looks nothing like the ones in the pictures in my book”. I just received a free skin cancer mole check from my work place which I wouldn’t of done if it wasn’t due to my work place (you think you can trust a doctor) I’ve now been advised the mole is high risk and needs to be tested for skin cancer and cut out completely!!!!

Love going here. But unfortunately I arrived up for app to be told there wasn't one. They made app for me next day which I appreciate. Then got letter in post to say I missed app. And that next time I'll be fined $25. Don't mind getting a fine. If I do miss app. But I was there. The girls told me it must have been a computer problem. They were very sorry. Much appreciate this from the staff. I still love going here.

Dr Mao saved my life. After a visit due to a none related issue, he recommended I get my PSA prostate cancer checked again as he didn't like the trend it was raising at. Another doctor had told me it was fine. I got checked and they found 5 cancer tumors, I had my prostate removed and just received my first PSA of 0 cancer. Had I waited for my annual check, as recommended by the other doctor it would have been too late. Dr Mao is a legend.

My 3.5 yr old hurt his head at daycare, I called clinic and they were able to fit him in within the hour to check his head and apply glue to fix wound. Dr. Hall was amazing and looked after my son well. Very friendly and helpful doctor . Private clinic and at cost of $99 for consult and treatment but well worth putting a mums mind at ease with professional health care for young child.

Wont allow me to book an appointment until a no show fee is paid even though 45 minutes notice was given. My Dr now only does bulk billing in am and no phone consultations I attended a month ago for a script renewal but wanted more bloods. Been on same dosage for 10 years This place is becoming a business attitude not a health facility

Professional and friendly staff who are very accommodating. Dr Hall exceeds expectations of professional personable service and his knowledge is comprehensive and always takes the time to explore the best options and explains details without hesitation or rushing. Dr Hall is fantastic with both kids and adults.

Great place I've been going for over 20yrs now good doctors and receptionists. Real shame they spoilt it by jacking up the cost of a visit my wages haven't risen that much.

We have been going to the Quinns Mindarie Super Clinic since we moved to Perth WA in late 2015. All the Dr's and staff there are very professional and it's great that they provide so many additional services on the premises.We usually see Dr Mao and he has been excellent in treating my husband (who has cancer) and myself. We wouldn't go anywhere else and feel very fortunate to have this wonderful clinic so close by.

Always friendly receptionists at the desk to greet and check you in, and no long waiting periods to see your doctor. Can't speak highly enough of Dr Mao who is really looking after me well and I have complete faith with the advice he gives me, he also looks after other members of my family.

Couldn’t get in to my usual doctor yesterday so I saw a lovely kind doctor Doctor Chin. He listened well, even used led light acupuncture. Nice to meet a doctor who uses complementary therapies alongside traditional ones. Feeling better this morning

Very good. I was running late. But they didnt complain and still fitted me in. It would of been good to have a reminder the same day. But still thats my duty to remember.

My wife brought my son in to see Dr Krischelle McCallum and she was brilliant. A wonderful experience with a GP who put our minds at ease. Fantastic work!

I’ve been going to this clinic for probably 20+ years and they’ve always been great. I try to have a regular gp as it’s easier but there are times when I can’t and all the doctors have been wonderful, can’t fault the care I’ve received. The receptionist staff are friendly and professional.

Most of the receptionists are very friendly but there is a new 1, she needs to work on her people skills. No friendly smile nothing. Other than that great Doctors practice.

My wife had her second Covid vaccination this morning. When the needle was removed a stream of vaccine was running down her arm. When asking about that, she was told that it sometimes happens.

Reception is always extremely short with you and rude, which is such a shame as they have great doctors

4 generations of my family all now see Dr Wren at this clinic and we can't fault her or any of the staff. They're always so friendly, thorough and we never feel rushed.

Bulk bills Monday to Friday. Plenty of doctors to choose from. There's a couple of amazing doctors in Dr Mao and Dr Chin among others. There's also a couple of poor doctors there I would NOT recommend. The reason I give a 4 star. But you can't go wrong with Dr Mao or Dr Chin. They are very professionals and very knowledgeable. A+ for them.

Doctor rang early, got given script for flu as told presenting with influenza symptoms migraine vomiting cough. Told myself and youngest son can take tablets but need to take today or it won’t work and my oldest needs to ride threw it as he started 48hours ago. Managed to get to pharmacy for tablets to be told it’s not something that get stocked and needs to be ordered in. That was after waiting a hour for them to figure out what the doctor wanted as the script provided had a mg amount that apparently doesn’t exist. So ended up with something different and different mg. Needless to say I’m not happy about the outcome but the doctor was nice and polite plus early call.

Efficient helpful staff on reception. Long term reliable Doctors are awesome. Lost a star for no longer bulk billing and long wait times, but understand this is a universal problem in WA.

The surgery is new to me and I can honestly say in a life time of having to change surgeries this was the best experience ..no rush, very quiet atmosphere, efficient clerical staff, very in formative messages on the large tv screen, plenty of easy parking, the list goes on!! I was also hugely impressed with Dr Palmer and I wish her all the very best as she leaves the surgery ..I look forward to returning in the future.

I have been coming to this practice for 27years and have even brought my children here and hubby. However ever since they have switched back to private billing and covid the practice has gone down hill. I don’t mind paying to see a doctor as when we book an appointment it’s genuine (but there is no friendly service). But it has been 2.5yrs since covid and the practice still treats everything as covid. You can’t even book an appointment without having to have a video consult first and then the doctor tells you whether they will see you or not. 2 negative covid tests and still can not get an appointment. You can’t listen to a chest or look at a throat through a video consult.

They've been my medical practice since 2016 and they are just the best! The receptionists are wonderful, very professional and always willing to genuinely assist. Nurses as well are very nice all the time, very smiley and reassuring. Doctors there are all very good. Especially Dr. Krischelle Macculum and Dr. Jonathan Chia with whom I am more used. Whats great about this medical practice as well is that they have everything around...if you need to get scans, ultrasounds or imaging done etc....even dental intervention, or blood test etc...everything is there!

Ross is a great doctor who takes the time to listen to his patients. i moved 20 minutes drive away, but still intend to keep Ross as my doctor as he treats people with respect and not just another number.

I have been a patient at this practise since 1996. The receptionists are friendly and try their best to accommodate patients with appointment times. The doctors particulary Dr Epsworthy provide thorough and informative health care in collabaration with other health services. Highly recommend this practise.

I've been registered with Quinns Mindarie Super Clinic for several years. Today I went in for a skin cancer check. The receptionist was attentive and helpful. And despite me being delayed a few minutes by early morning traffic I was quickly taken to see the doctor. Dr. Palmer was very thorough and informative. Discussed her findings and several options for treatment. She descrbed the problems well, gave me information on prognosis, and described the side effects of the medications such that I was able to make an informed decision on the way forward. Very happy with the service provided.

As a young adult I experienced no care for my stomach pain Was told it was ibs when it’s more a ruptured spleen after spending $2000 over 1 year to see a doctor they never gave me a referral made me fell mental and dumb by referring me to a phycopherapist I still have not had closer and I am still in external pain

This place has really gone downhill in the last few months. The staff are very rude and disrespectful. It's a shame there is some great doctors there.
