Dirty rumpled sheet on bed and she expected me to lie on it almost naked! Told me next time to be the first appointment if I wanted a clean sheet. Very slap dash job checking and barely bothered to answer my questions. I am of the opinion she is an amateur. She got snooty when I told her the dental clinic said I need laser treatment on my lip saying "Well we just freeze it" Dont know what with because there was nothing but air coming from there spray gun she was failing to use. Team did contact me only to argue their case against dental hospitals recommendation. Not a single word about the supposed treatment carried out on the areas on my arms. I have no confidence that I was either examined or treated properly.

Jessica put me at ease quickly and made me comfortable throughout the check as I had not had one before. She is very knowledgeable. To people putting it off, I wouldn’t! Go see Jessica!

Have been visiting the Inglewood clinic for several years staff members are friendly, helpful and professional in their approach. I've rarely experienced any waiting time. I gladly recommend Dr Toby Bell for his skin-related care provision.

The doctors and nurses are wonderful and do a great job. As for the bill....$700 for a 45 minute procedure?? Oh and to 5 second nitrogen spray one spot missed during the original check, that will be an extra 50 bucks. No wonder our medical system is such a mess. Not sure I will be back😐

I was not impressed with this service. This is my third time to this clinic in the past 3 years. My first 2 times to this clinic were very good, however I found that the Doctor checking me was not as thorough as she was in the past. I asked her about checking my scalp and she said she did not do that, yet the past 2 times I went she did. I also wanted a biopsy of a new mole I had found and she told me I had to re-book another appointment because she didn't have time today, yet at my last appointment with this doctor she did a mole biopsy without question. I found this doctor very short with responses to my questions and more concerned about booking me another appointment because she didn't have time today. I will not be going back to this clinic again as I felt this doctor was only interested in money.

I had a mole removed by Dr. Michelle Luy on 28 Sep 2019 at this clinic. Dr. Luy removed a mole from my right hip, didn't ask me to take rest. I asked if I could drive, go to work, etc to which she said yes, also told me than in 2 weeks I should be able to go back to exercising. Not only that, I had a trip booked for 12 days after the procedure, asked if I could travel with the stitches on and she said yes, she also gave me cutters to remove the stitches myself during my trip to Sydney or I could chose to wait a couple more days until I was back to get them removed at the clinic - I didn't take them off, waited until I came back. Turns out the wound got infected and took about 3 months to heal. Ended up going to another clinic to have it checked. No biopsy taken before procedure, the mole was benign. Very unprofessional, terrible advise, now I have a big scar on my leg.

Fantastic service.I am so grateful for this Clinic and the expertise of Dr Jill Weston. She found a malignant melanoma on my back that I was totally unaware of. Now after very prompt and expert removal,with minimal pain and scarring,I feel confident and relieved and look forward to getting regular check ups and future effective care when required. Staff are nice but just another practice that makes you wait an hour for your appointment with no indication of when you will be seen. If this practice starts to respect customers time then they would be worth visiting. Just tell your customers if your doctor's are running behind.

I have been to other skin check professionals, but this group is by far the best - thorough, friendly and professional and that for a decade with six or twelve monthly checkups. On moving home recently, I went to a more convenient specialist resulting in a proposed surgery. Inglewood dealt with the skin problems after biopsies and a single visit at a fraction of the cost. Now they are further to travel, but really worth it. Thanks guys, you’re awesome.

Attended my first ever skin check, was feeling a little nervous but Dr Claire was great! She was warm and friendly yet professional. She did an extremely thorough check as well as consulting with a colleague for a second opinion. Highly recommend :)

The place to go to get your skin cancer checks! Had my son and I checked over by Dr Felix who is awesome, informative and diligent. If you need to have anything removed, like I had, he is excellent, no pain, minimal scarring if any and good follow through. Highly recommended!

Dr Hurrelbrink is excellent! I find his calm, friendly manner and informative approach to be very helpful. The recommended treatments have been successful and he has put my mind at ease regarding some other spots that I worried unnecessarily about. The reception staff are delightful and the offices are in a stunning old building so a positive experience all round. Highly recommend a visit.

I cannot recommend them enough! My Father was under the care of his GP for years, however this year we became unsatisfied and got an urgent second opinion from Dr Bell. Thanks to him my Dad is on the mend, and I’m sure his efficiency and skill saved his life. No exaggeration. So much gratitude to Dr Bell, and the reception staff who attended to my enquiry so quickly 🙏🏻 skin cancer is no joke, book that appointment!

Pleasant reception staff. Friendly doctor who talked me through the process. Luckily for me there were no skin nasties, but the doctor gave helpful advice on managing my skin type. All in all a pleasant and worthwhile visit.

Good accessibility, staff were great doing a biopsy with someone who has complex communication needs & uses a device to communicate, took the time to do it properly, answer questions and make sure full consent was done properly - recommended for biopsy with people with disability

I had a skin check with Anne today and was very happy with it. Anne was lovely and friendly and put me at ease immediately. I had a small biopsy done, painlessly, and a few spots burned off. I felt very happy with the experience over all and would definitely recommend their excellent services.

Very professional treatment. Dr Gill is so thorough. I feel very confident in her care. I needed to change my appointment and the male receptionist spent much time trying to find someone to swap so I could be seen. I was very grateful for that extra effort.

Jill is fantastic- follow up and monitoring of my 90 year old mother whilst on Efudix ensured a great outcome of treatment. Extremely important we all regularly visit skin cancer clinics to have checks as our climate and sun are extreme unforgiving and anyone can easily develop skin cancer.

Had a few spots to be taking off at Auburn Grove today..the main spot I was worried about... which I asked several times to Howard, !did you get it!.. well no he didn't get it .think he is spreading himself to thin between his clients..coz he seemed in a rush.. Think I'll try someone else..need things done properly wen it comes to cancer..

Skindoctor Jess who had to check a relative of ours at Close proximity to the patient's face was not wearing a face mask. Maybe no other staff of yours are wearing face mask also. While Covid19 is present in Australia, I believe doctors checking patients at close range should be wearing mask. Hoping no one in your clinic is with Covid19.
