    Sam provides a holistic and balanced training methodology founded on principles from different training styles. The studio is well-equipped and comfortable, attracting like-minded people resulting in a positive training experience. As a physiotherapist; I would highly recommend Sam's approach to providing graded exercises to suit each body and each mindset. Sam's formal anatomy and physiology training is evident in how he tailors his exercises. Once you start you will become hooked. Thanks Sam!

    I came into Inspired Movement for 2 weeks (couldn't stay longer as I was only visiting family in Perth) and did some group classes with Sam and Matt. I remember my first class, I was so scared of going upside down, Sam had to stand under me and basically promise to catch me if I fell (which I just assumed I would) while I did a "skin the cat" which sounded totally weird to me at the time. Like any good coach, they helped me overcome my fears and gave me the confidence to push on. A couple of years later with only the building blocks they gave me, I'm getting front levers, back levers, muscle ups, and I'm eternally grateful to the team for helping me get started in calisthenics. My only regret is I was only in Perth for two weeks to train with them!

    I love that the class sizes are small and that the trainer tailors the exercises so that everyone walks out happy, challenged and beat up. Looking forward to the next session already!

    Everyone has the ability in them to achieve so much more...sometimes it just takes the right person's guidance to help make that happen. In the Sporting & Fitness realm, Sam is such a person. He has the ability, passion and the outstanding professional skills to help anyone improve and achieve their optimum fitness goal. With a trove of Health & Fitness knowledge and talent behind him; the energy, enthusiasm and creativity Sam projects throughout each training session inspires and challenges you to work hard and too, believe in yourself. Equally important is that you are trained in an environment that is comfortable and fun too. Having personally stemmed from an acrobatic/dance background, I was amazed how knowledgeable and beneficial Sam's creative training programs re-inspired and strengthened my own specialized area of fitness. You can never know too much! In an industry that may not always feel real, Sam sets the standard by which other personal trainers should take note... Look forward to our next session!     A really friendly and welcoming gym. One of the owners and trainer, Sam has a very calm nature. He’s an excellent teacher. They’ve created a beautiful space with good equipment. They really do know their stuff!

    Instructors 10/10, Equipment 10/10, People 10/10, Knowledge/Exercises 10/10. After trying F45, various gym including rock climbing for a few years, I decided to give Inspired a try. From the very first class, the instructors and people were super friendly. In the second class, I was the worst performer and thinking I am holding back the group. But after the class, people came up to me individually and said we hope you come back; keep trying; we were all at this stage. Was soo supportive. And that has been my experience with all the instructors including Sam. Its a very individualistic, small group experience and you will progress quickly. Love what you guys(/gals) have created.

    Thanks a million to Sam and other trainers who have got our handstand goals up and running!! It was different, fun and challenging. I would have continued if we werent moving interstate.. definitely recommended for ppl who want to learn handstand and strengthen the whole body. Would suggest to go in pairs though!

    Inspired Movement studio is a beautiful space where anyone at any level is welcome, pursuing self development, physicality and overcoming fears in the comfort of close friends. The training method we use has reignited my spark for training and opened my mind up in so many ways. If you're thinking about trying it out, just give it a shot. I couldn't recommend Inspired Movement highly enough. Worse case scenario - you make some friends...

    Been attending to IM for over two years now and is incredibly the progress I made since I started!! I cannot be more grateful for the amazing quality classes that they offer and also the warmest people to train with! All levels are welcomed and able to track their progress because they keep their classes with a small number of people so you can have a very personalised experience. The coaches are very knowledgeable, the environment is very nice with inside plants and quality equipment. They also organise group meetings activities so we all meet with each other. Whether you’re looking a place to keep yourself strong, flexible or improve your handstands skills, this is the place to go to! Thanks IM :)

    As a beginner I couldn't have asked for more. A very welcoming environment with lovely people and staff. Sam is an absolute pro who leads with a wealth of knowledge and a calm, friendly manner. The variety and the sense of progress keep you inspired to return each session. Looking forward to my next one in the morning.

    I've been training with Sam for a year. He's very patient and gives a good mix of strength, cardio and movement. Sam helped me recover from a nasty wrist break so he can adjust for any challenges you face.

👍👍 The best gym I've ever been to. Everyone wipes down their equipment and puts their weights away. A really great collection of weights, machines, benches as well as some classic weightlifiting equipment. Very clean, very affordable and very friendly service makes this the best gym in Perth.
