Went to four different bike shops around Perth to buy my 5 year old a bike for his birthday. The best experience out of the lot. A nice open clean shop with a huge range. The place is bigger than it looks and all the staff were happy to help. Well done Lakes Bikes and my son loves his bike! 👍👍

Always been a bit apprehensive with bike shops after a couple of negative experience's with a larger bikeshop chain. The guys at Lakes put all that to rest. Joe and the team were friendly, interested, courteous, very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. I was left feeling good about myself and the bike I'd bought. Can't thank them enough , you just need to go there and find out....you won't be disappointed .....😀

I had a custom build done at Lakes Bikes and the guys were awesome. They gave plenty of excellent advice and were prepared to assist me to get the bike set up perfectly. Lakes have a great range of product so you’ll always find something to buy they will improve your riding experience. Great shop all round.

I've always rated Specialized as a great brand, but this store is more than that: This is a place where a 50 year-old triathlete like me is not invisible! Unlike so many other places, too many other places, here I get the best and most honest advice. The guys really take their time showing me the products, discussing options and educating me re all things bike and riding. I tend to ask heaps of questions and even so, they have not run out of patience with me yet :) This is by far not my closest bike store; but it is now very much my "local"!

Picked up a Specialized Sirrus from these guys, had intended on an e-bike but after lengthy discussion decided there was a better bike for my needs. Very happy with the service from Joe and David. Customer service and product knowledge was top notch.
