I ordered the roasted mushroom toastie. Sourdough bread is fantastic, robust but pleasant tangy flavour, crust is beautiful too. Mushrooms were so juicy and flavourful which paired rlly well with the cheese! Only downside is that it was overtoasted and a lil burnt. Other than that, i highly recommend this spot for sourdough lovers! Came bck to try their famous cardamon buns! Never rlly been a fan of cardamon flavour but this was sooo good. the caramelised bottom, fluffy texture, sugary and toasted top, soo soo good. rmb to heat it up before eating!

So lucky to have found Miller & Baker in my suburb. Master bakers with so many variations to choose from on the wall of bread. Toasted sandwiches to die for, fresh rolls, pies, sausage rolls, organic ice cream, selection of their homemade made condiments, coffee & so much more! I have never had a pie choice of chicken, lemon & paprika, or a sausage roll of beef, pork & apple. Delicious relish not just Tom sauce. Eat outside at the umbrella covered tables, small space inside or take away. I won’t lie it can get very busy so don’t go there thinking you will be in & out. In saying that it’s definitely worth the wait. If your up for adventure get take away & then head 500m down the road to Hyde Park. Coffee is great & there are favourite sweet items to help fix a craving. I grabbed a seeded sourdough cob, Tuna pickle cheese toastie & strong latte. Checkout the pics.

I could not tell the difference, one is small and the other large! Better to ask for takeaway… Small oat latte $5.00 Large oat latte $6.00 Pastries and sandwiches are delicious but service not really.

A cozy café and bakery offers indoor and outdoor seating while serving a delightful variety of bread. We savored the Orange and Fennel Morning Bun, Chocolatine, along with Flat White and Mocha. The breads were soft, aromatic, and delicious!

The best bakery in Perth ran by the most generous, kind and thoughtful owners. I have been a customer since the day they opened. The second day i entered the bakery, the girl behind the counter (Dayeon) remembered my name and order from the day before. It’s funny how something so small can make such a difference in someone’s day. You can taste the quality and level of care that is taken in each bite or sip of coffee - i will always have a special place for this bakery in my heart! 💕

Yummiest and priciest almond croissant in Perth. I have tried out almond croissant at 10 different bakeries and came to this conclusion. Had an Easter Danish as well and was not impressed (too sweet). Not my cup of tea. Just stick with the almond croissant and nothing can go wrong. It's made from almond inside out, very impressed with the meticulosity, not just a normal croissant with a few almond flakes on it like the majority of other bakeries. One almond croissant fills you up all the way, definitely not the airy one like the other famous bakery nearby. Hence the price I guess. One thing to note is the size of the croissants are not consistent so you gotta choose the one that is worth the $7.50 price tag. Pricey but worth it.

Great fresh bread, well made coffee and cheerful staff. There are three tastes for sourdough and I suppose they are the signature bread but I would say the ciabatta is the best in town. The chocolate croissant, baguette and cinnamon roll were all amazing too. Especially loafs and baguettes are ones for bread lovers :)

Best cafe in Perth. Come here almost everyday for their coffee and amazing food. Staff are really friendly. And it’s great to see a cafe supporting WA farmers practicing sustainable agriculture. The cardamom bun is the best thing I’ve ever eaten lol

Went in with hope to try good coffee & pastries after reading the reviews. However, pretty underwhelming experience on both. We’ve tried their latte, pain au chocolat & cardamom bun. Coffee tasted a bit burnt & quite sour but ok to drink after you bite on the pastry. Pain au chocolat tasted fine but lacked the light crunchy texture you get from the top pastry shops. Cardamom bun was nearly cardamom bomb since it overwhelmed the coffee & pain au chocolat with it’s strong aroma & flavour. Well, everyone has different taste buds so we don’t blame anyone but us. However, wouldn’t be back I guess.

Came here a few times from recommendation of a foodie friend of mine. And this has quickly become my favourite to go to around the Northbridge area. Their Almond Croissant is the best that I have had so far! And also the Cardamon Bun is also a must try!

Easter special hot cross bun is delicious. This place is always busy during weekends and holidays, but you won’t wait your food for a long time. A variety of sourdough definitely is the must-try thing but other food are quite great too. Coffee is not so special anyway, just something you want to drink with your food.

Despite locating 1 hour away from home, I would still venture all the way to Miller + Baker for their Scandi rye. It was dense, chewy and a tad sour - just the way I like it. Spread a toasted slice with butter and I'm a happy camper! This is one of the two places I could get my cardamom bun fix, bringing back fond memories of the baked foods in Scandinavia. Their baked spiced hot cross buns were divine. I was not a fan of hot cross buns but after tasting theirs, I was a full convert. They were fresh, warm, fragrant and fluffy, with just the right level of sweetness. Mum also concured. Can't wait to get some again this Easter!

I knew this location had all the baking tools to make the best pastries possible. I braved the thronging collection of the Cool Hyde park collective enjoying Saturday morning bites and coffee. Entering a bright busy and cheery venue. In front was a lady forming pastries. I really enjoyed the way she pulled each precisely cut and thick sized panel , stretched and formed into precise rolls of dough ready for baking. I got to the counter, to the left of me fresh bread sandwiched - all tempting , and in front a ray of croissants , scrolls , rolls etc....I selected the croissant and Almondine. when I went back to work poured myself a cup of instant black ripped open the brown packed, I knew I was in for a treat . On inspection of the super almond silver encrusted Almondine. It was good . The croissant equally good. Both well priced and I can say I was well pleased. As always Hana's love the artisanal qualities presented, the local energy and of course, dedicated craft on show. Not your regular pastry location - a cut above average for sure !

There are quite variety of bread and buns. Had the cinnamon bun. The place is simple but beautifully decorated. They bake on-site, hence the freshness.

Best plain croissant, bread in Perth. Love the flavoured pastries like the cardamon bun and the fennel/orange bun. Incredibly fresh, our bread loaf came straight from the oven!

I swear they do the best oat iced mochas in town and their breads and baked goods/pastries are phenomenal. I come here after yoga every time for my fix. I daresay they rival another well known bakery near Hyde Park but with shorter queue times and faster service!!!

The pinnacle of excellence from venue presentation, wonderful array of produce and the cakes omg, to die for! Almond croissants are the best in Australia! Coffee has that much needed smooth yet caffeine kick from exceptional quality of beans. An absolute hidden gem of a place.

The best almond croissant I’ve had in forever. And best since I’ve moved to Perth. North Perth had power cut so their coffee machine was down but they offered alternatives and had the best customer service!

We finally got the chance to visit here last weekend and it is phenomenal. We bought some amazing bread and butter pudding, a bolognese pie and a loaf of sourdough and it was all absolutely incredible. Thank you so much we will be back and the staff that were working were so great! Considering how busy it was, we still received 10/10 service with great product knowledge

Love this little coffee shop, beautiful coffee and tasty toasties 😍. Friendly and efficient staff. Also whilst you wait or eat in you can see the bakers making and prepping through a huge window.

One of the better croissant I've had in Perth. Flaky outer pastry and perfectly layered buttery croissant.

This is absolutely my favourite bakery in Perth by FAR! The service is great and quick and staff is incredibly friendly. The main chef definitely knows what they're doing - the pastries are awesome, while the sour dough bread feels like eating heaven. The coffee is good too with a wide selection of both hot and col drinks.

The best place to go for coffee, bread and unique bakery snacks in Perth. The staff are amazing, they’re not too cool but not too in your face and if you’re a local they remember your name and coffee order.

Everything is freshly made. Sourdough bread is a traditional loaf that's very tasty. They also make the best pies, but only make a limited number each day. The coffees are always good, and yes they serve fresh cakes too. So you can grab just a coffee or loaf of bread (there are other types besides SD), or sit and enjoy a pie or toastie.

Small cosy bakery. Arrived around 12:45 not much food left in the cold cabinet. Ensure you arrive early to nab the good food. Cafe very quiet & I asked if they would make a ham cheese croissant (as there were so many croissants left), but was told it was a “weekend only dish”.

Visited with my daughter for lunch recently, the coffee is now my personal number 1. Toasties were crunchy and surpsingly filling, good value. Had the mini pavlova, meringue was gorgeous, mascarpone was rich but not too sweet, berry toppings were summery and fresh. Service was very relaxed and friendly, atmosphere reminded us of a good country bakery.
