All the doctors are great, and I would rate them 5stars. However, the receptionists are constantly rude to the point I don’t really want to go back there.

I am giving this rating for Julia, one of the ladies in the front desk. My partner and I have observed and experienced that her phone manners have disappointingly gone down the drain as the years went by. I have high regards for the doctors and the rest of the service staff except for her. May she find the time to re evaluate her professionalism and manners when dealing with each call as she plays an important role in the business.

My favourite GP moved to this clinic and she is great. Unfortunately I have to find a new GP, as they have gone to charging $80 and you get $39 back later from Medicare. I can't spare $80 most weeks I have bills, rent and food to buy. I hope this isn't the way for all GPs, It will stop alot of people going to the drs.

I've been going here for 30+yrs, the reception staff are not polite, efficient and just plain rude. Come 5pm (it's open till 6pm) this happens everytime. I only go here because of Dr Emma. If you don't want to work with people find another job guys.

This practice on the cnr of South Lake Drive and Berrigan drive is not the same as the lovely bulk billing Lakes medical located up Berrigan dr in Jandakot. The receptionists are rude, the doctors will make you wait for over an hour and a half, or will not even call you back at all for phone consultation when you are not allowed into the practice due to flu symptoms. The doctors dont listen and want to rush you out the door or off the phone as soon as possible without even collecting the correct information- like email addresses for scripts and sick notes to be sent to. This practice has only just been built and has not been around since 2018 (much as their review will boast) The names of the doctors don’t even match they take the good reviews because people get them confused being the other practice.

Couldn't be more happy with the service. Dr Goss is my regular GP. He's very thorough, very caring and personable. Seen other doctors when I've rung up for an emergency and all have been excellent. Always seen promptly when I have stated need to be seen quickly. My only negative is occasionally running late with appointments, but it's comforting to know the doctors are taking as long as they need with each patient regardless of time constraints. Patient centred care at it's best.

Doctors are helpful but the receptionist is beyond rude and nasty, coming into this doctors practice always makes me upset due to the being belittled by the receptionist. It is always the brown haired person with glasses and heaps of makeup on.

One of the doctors here misdiagnosed my son who is only little, I thought he had chickenpox and she said just eczema, told me nurofen for him, I went and got a second opinion and the other doctor immediately said it was chickenpox and to never give nurofen because it’s really dangerous when you have chickenpox, Seriously, some of the doctors here must have gotten their medical degree in a cereal box, I was not happy, She said it wasn’t chickenpox because “it’s not going around and if it was I’d have heard about that by now” Pathetic

Been going to this practice for over 15 years. Nice and helpful staff and GP's. The loss of 1 star is the increase in fee's. Going from a bulk billing practice to now charging $80 ($40 out of pocket) is a substantial increase.

By far the best doctors I have ever been to! I drive over half an hour just to come here. I feel so comfortable here, they're all so knowledgeable and lovely to speak to

I would give them no stars if I could. I have been going to this doctors for around 5 years. Every single time I have to wait nearly an hour past my appointment time. Often because the reception has forgotten to check me in. The doctors themselves have always been great. The lack of organisation is what kills this place. Plus the $80 consult fee. I do not recommend. Find a GP who can actually see you within a reasonable amount of time.

they told me to be here by 12:30pm for my blood test results, i had to wait an extra 48 minutes for an unknown reason... But the Doctor’s are nice

I find the doctors and staff at this surgery to be very polite and respectful about me and my health. I highly recommend Dr Vish.

Have always treated me well, regardless of which GP I see. Reception is friendly. Would recommend, especially for the local area.

On line booking is a bit clunky but the practice has some wonderful doctors and other staff.

Even if travel interstate all the time, still I came back to my GP in Lakes Medical. Dr. Vish is the Best

Great GP. Dr Gos and the nursing staff are especially fantastic. Take the time to get to know you and understand your needs and great with children.

Highly recommend Lakes Medical family practice. The whole family is going there the past 8 years. We have built a wonderful relationship with most of the doctors working there. They always fit us in if it's urgent.

My son has been a patient of the practice for a year. The whole team from reception to clinical staff are professional and friendly. Excellent care each time.

Great Doctors ,nurses and staff. Very thorough and have great Specialist contacts in all medical areas.

Very unprofessional. I booked an appointment for a iron infusion. Arrived at 7am for my appointment to be declined service as I had been booked for a standard appointment and the nurse was not available. I had been quoted cost over the phone so it was very clear what my appointment was booked for. I had to leave without the procedure.

Wonderful Doctors and support staff and also a great ratio of women Doctors for those who for whatever reason would prefer that. Very good for chronic health issues and up to date care.

Been waiting for 30 minutes. Arrived on time. The drs seem friendly but the receptionists are quite rude. The waiting area looks dirty. The reception staff are very unprofessional , they were laughing loudly and talking amongst them selfs. The lady that dealt with me at the reception desk was very rude. Customer service isn't her strong point obviously.

Dr Nimmo was not only our family GP he had become our Australian guardian angel, sadly he has now retired; but we have found a fitting replacement in the person of Dr Gos!

Great service, always able to get an appointment at short notice. Lots of female Drs, Cannot recommend this Medical Clinic enough. And I highly recommend several of the GPs at this clinic.
