Hello, I purchased 2 bracelet around 3 months ago. Was very happy with the product but unfortunately one snapped after 6 weeks. After some brief issues with communication on how to resolve this issue ( I was very happy to pay to repair the bracelet) Gina at the lovers was happy to book me in for a repair. The bracelet has been repaired and we also purchased another bracelet as the lovers had some new designs. Bracelet was repaired by Alex, was a good experience will be returning :)

I absolutely love my new bracelet. I went to The Lovers and asked if they could do one bracelet using two different chains, gold and silver. They had never been asked for this before but we’re so willing and enthusiastic to accomodate my quirky request. The studio is lovely and Gina and team are amazing! I recommend everyone gives permanent jewellery a try!

I don’t really post Google reviews but had to for this - Gina was lovely and incredibly attentive and patient. She runs this business single handedly which is amazing. Great customer service - she ensured that I really was comfortable with the length and adjusted it a couple of times with a smile. She really needs to do necklaces next cause I’d be down to come back! Her space was also very beautiful, felt like it was straight out of a Pinterest mood board! Highly recommend for the experience and the lovely bracelet :)

Booked in August 2022, my ‘permanent’ bracelet disappeared a few days ago and my man’s broke off like 2 months after getting it done ($114 for the bracelet too) The girls were nice tho

Booked this appointment a few months ago. It was for 1:30pm, 19th of Jan to get matching bracelets done with my friend. Came up from Mandurah for it, we then waited 30 minutes to be served but no one came out to see about our appointment or why we were there. A lady came in for her hair appointment at 2:00pm we were still sitting there waiting to be served. The hairdresser came out called the lady’s name and off they went inside. I tried to get the hair dressers attention but she ignored me and just continued talking to her client. Another worker who appeared to be a waxer came out of her office around 2:10pm she just walked straight past us, she didn’t bother asking what we were here for or anything along those lines. Then after waiting an extra 15 minutes. I went into the hair section and let one of the workers know that we had been waiting 45 minutes for our appointment. One of the ladies who does the jewellery was doing a clients nails. She came over to us and said that our appointment was for 12, this was never confirmed with us over email or phone messages. It was just assumed that we knew about the change and they implied it was our fault for not checking the email. I then asked about refunds for the $35 that was taken from my friends account for no reason as we showed up to the appointment at the time we knew we had booked for. She proceeds to say “we don’t do them”. She did offer for us to have our bracelets done at another time and maybe we’d get the money back. She then kept saying about the clients nails who she was doing and how she already has a client at the moment and was prioritising her but us two girls who waited 45 minutes to be served and travelled over an hour to get to the place we’re over looked and told it was our fault for not knowing the times even though we never confirmed a 12 o clock appointment. Overall the experience wasn’t great and I wouldn’t go back, if you are getting your bracelets done there don’t be afraid to speak up and let someone know what you are there for. Wish this was dealt with a lot better as we wasted a full day, received bad customer service and on top of that lost $35 for something that wasn’t our faults.

The Lovers is based in The Pink House and occupies a beautiful light and bright space. I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. The permanent jewellery process was explained in simplistic terms, all my questions were answered and, from start to finish, did not take long. Once I had selected the chains I wanted they were fitted according to my preference and fixed with a few bright zaps like magic. I could not be happier with my bracelets. No doubt I will be back to add more permanent sparkle to my life. Gorgeous!

Amazing service and work! I’ve had my bracelet for 3 months now and I absolutely love it 🤩 The whole experience was excellent and so lovely- I was actually running late due to a delayed plane and I was able to be fit in no problems. The jewellery artist was so sweet and welcoming, she explained the process really well and did a fantastic job on my permanent anklet. Absolutely will recommend and return for more.

Been here twice now. First time was amazing but second was far from it. We were meet at the door and abruptly ushered in. The girl told us we were the last appointment of the day and god it felt like it. SO RUSHED, no customer service and lack of care for their product. I love my pieces and my first one has lasted 9 months now with no faults but just the vast difference in experience was a big shock. I took my friend there to show the wonderful business and service but needless to say she will not be returning to get her own. Just disappointed!
