Booked
this
appointment
a
few
months
ago.
It
was
for
1:30pm,
19th
of
Jan
to
get
matching
bracelets
done
with
my
friend.
Came
up
from
Mandurah
for
it,
we
then
waited
30
minutes
to
be
served
but
no
one
came
out
to
see
about
our
appointment
or
why
we
were
there.
A
lady
came
in
for
her
hair
appointment
at
2:00pm
we
were
still
sitting
there
waiting
to
be
served.
The
hairdresser
came
out
called
the
lady’s
name
and
off
they
went
inside.
I
tried
to
get
the
hair
dressers
attention
but
she
ignored
me
and
just
continued
talking
to
her
client.
Another
worker
who
appeared
to
be
a
waxer
came
out
of
her
office
around
2:10pm
she
just
walked
straight
past
us,
she
didn’t
bother
asking
what
we
were
here
for
or
anything
along
those
lines.
Then
after
waiting
an
extra
15
minutes.
I
went
into
the
hair
section
and
let
one
of
the
workers
know
that
we
had
been
waiting
45
minutes
for
our
appointment.
One
of
the
ladies
who
does
the
jewellery
was
doing
a
clients
nails.
She
came
over
to
us
and
said
that
our
appointment
was
for
12,
this
was
never
confirmed
with
us
over
email
or
phone
messages.
It
was
just
assumed
that
we
knew
about
the
change
and
they
implied
it
was
our
fault
for
not
checking
the
email.
I
then
asked
about
refunds
for
the
$35
that
was
taken
from
my
friends
account
for
no
reason
as
we
showed
up
to
the
appointment
at
the
time
we
knew
we
had
booked
for.
She
proceeds
to
say
“we
don’t
do
them”.
She
did
offer
for
us
to
have
our
bracelets
done
at
another
time
and
maybe
we’d
get
the
money
back.
She
then
kept
saying
about
the
clients
nails
who
she
was
doing
and
how
she
already
has
a
client
at
the
moment
and
was
prioritising
her
but
us
two
girls
who
waited
45
minutes
to
be
served
and
travelled
over
an
hour
to
get
to
the
place
we’re
over
looked
and
told
it
was
our
fault
for
not
knowing
the
times
even
though
we
never
confirmed
a
12
o
clock
appointment.
Overall
the
experience
wasn’t
great
and
I
wouldn’t
go
back,
if
you
are
getting
your
bracelets
done
there
don’t
be
afraid
to
speak
up
and
let
someone
know
what
you
are
there
for.
Wish
this
was
dealt
with
a
lot
better
as
we
wasted
a
full
day,
received
bad
customer
service
and
on
top
of
that
lost
$35
for
something
that
wasn’t
our
faults.
