The entire process from the moment we stepped in the door was absolutely lovely. I walked in knowing what I *didn't* want, but not much else. Through their careful questioning and suggestions they helped me envisage a gorgeous ring that is everything I could have hoped for. I'm absolutely in love with the finished product. I've just had my engagement ring redesigned for my 20th wedding anniversary and handcrafted by Sam. And I am over the moon delighted with what she has created. Incredible service and support from Clint and Sam at Nordhoff Jewellery Couture. We met initially with family jewellery that was passed down to us to make our wedding bands. Clint and Sam were compassionate and understood the significant sentimental value of our request. We are absolutely blown away by the end result, we couldn't be happier. Clint and Sam melted our jewellery and created the most beautiful wedding bands as per our request. We highly recommend them and know we have found our jeweller for life.

We had a fantastic experience with Clint and Sam. We already had some opals we wanted to be used in a couple of pieces we wanted them to make for us and they could not have made the process more easy or stress free. Sam immediately drafted up some lovely drawings which converted my wife's visions into reality. Our entire experience with Clint and Sam has been a pleasure. When we first went looking for an engagement ring, I wasn't sure what I wanted. After doing a lot of research and spending countless hours on pinterest I had the beginnings of an idea about the cut and setting. I then went into over 10 different jewellers but found myself looking for something that didn't exist. By chance I walked past Nordhoff in Mount Lawley. The beautiful store fit out caught my eye and when I went in I was greeted warmly by Clint. For the first time I found myself in a jeweller that had quality and great customer service. Clint was very patient with me and listened to my ideas. I went back with my fiance and we talked about the design with Clint & Sam. They didn't try to push me into something different and worked with us to design something within our budget. Clint was able to source 3 different ethical diamond options in the cut I wanted prior to us making any commitment. I was able to physically hold these diamonds over my finger to help with visualisation of the final ring. Throughout the design process Clint & Sam's communication with us was great and during the making of the ring they kept in touch with fiance so he was able to pick it up on his own and surprise me.The final product is stunning, fits my finger perfectly and we loved the whole experience. We then went back to Nordhoff for our wedding rings. Everything went smoothly and we couldn't be happier with our custom designed rings that are millimeter perfectly sized to our fingers. I couldn't recommend Clint and Sam more for their quality of product and customer service. If you are looking for an ethical, local, family owned business this is the one. I went to Nordhoff on the recommendation of a family member as I had two family heirlooms I hoped to join together to create a unique wedding band. Immediately I knew I had gone to the right place. The ring that was designed to fit my engagemnet ring was exacty what I wanted! It was done timely and with so much care for my family heirlooms. I now stare at the creation on my finger everyday, so happy I was luckily enough to have Nordhoff create my beautiful piece. So happy with the service we also hand my husbands wedding band created by them also!

I was looking at having a gold coin made into a pendant placed on a chain. I contacted a few places and Nordhoff was the first place I visited. I didn't end up going elsewhere as I was made to feel very comfortable by Clint. He is a genuine bloke who was very professional and also took the time to speak with me and didn't push or rush things. Highly recommend, been driving past the business for years. Clint and Sam were extremely helpful, I bought an engagement ring and we went back again for our wedding bands from them because we were so happy with the first ring. They helped with design and took a genuine interest in myself and my partner to make sure the ring was beautiful and practical for her job.
