Avoid this place please . After 2 years and half of laser hair removal my hair (was completely gone) started to grow again , after a few consultations with different dermatologist they told me that is a common practice of these places , they will do a low laser session in order to regrow your hair so they can sell you more sessions $$ When I try to contact the clinic about it they admitted their wrong but didn’t do nothing about it as the person who “did it” wasn’t working there anymore … I wasted $1000 as I need to start all over again .

This clinic is fabulous! I’ve been there a few times for various treatments and have been impressed each visit. The staff are friendly and helpful; and Evelyn is very talented! She’s been able to achieve beyond expectation, every time. Empathy and listening skills are high, communication about what to expect is plentiful, the clinic is super clean and beautifully furnished - and the prices are good. Will definitely continue to go there - and feel lucky to have such a great place so close to my work. Thanks again, gals - see you soon!

The skin care experts were very friendly and answered all our questions about possible treatments. Is convenient to be able to continue treatments throughout Australia.

In terms of results I was really happy with the changes I have seen in my skin since undergoing IPL and dermapen treatments. I was really pleased and my partner also said that he has noticed a difference in my skin. What lets this clinic down is the service. Compared to other clinics, the products and treatments don’t feel luxurious. The therapist that had been treating me didn’t remember who I was or recognise the difference in my skin. For a clinic that advertises itself as ‘results based’ the staff should exercise more care or take before and after photos in the very least to assist with tracking any progress from treatments.

Marissa was so lovely to deal with and really reviewed where I was at in my skin journey and offered me what was right with my skin rather than what I was booked for. Amazing service and treatment.

My first time at this Clinic and all I can say is that my injector Eva was so professional and very caring. So thankful to Eva !!! she helped me achieve the results I wanted. Her hygiene practice is 10 out of 10 Moving forward I will be attending this clinic permanently. For those that may have minor health issues as I do this clinic is for you, they are very thorough and you even get to speak to a Doctor before treatment starts. If I could give 10 stars I would,

I have been coming to this clinic for years and few times in Perth Central due to convenient location, service standards have been pretty inconsistent. This time was not a good experience. Few days ago I received couple of sms saying my booking time has changed without getting my consent prior. Yesterday I modified the booking to 3.45pm today, but around midday received sms confirmation saying my booking is at 3.35pm. So I called to confirm it's supposed to be 3.45pm. Arrived at 3.45pm, was told that they're getting the room ready for me, but hasn't been advised how long is the estimated waiting time. Ended up waiting for 30 mins (which I could have gone somewhere else and return later)! The receptionist didn't even give a single apology for the wait. I was quite unhappy about it. However, things changed around as the receptionist left for the day and Charley took over. Charley was very knowledgeable and detailed when she was doing the laser treatment. She knows her things so well and provided useful advice, I would say she's the best therapist I have met over these couple of years in here. Thanks to Charley for making my bad experience into a better one at the end.

I went in for my first appointment to see the nurse Chantalle by recommendation at Forrest Chase. She was so lovely and made me feel comfortable during my consultation. During the treatment, I was incredibly nervous however she took me through step by step of what she was doing for my lips. I recommend going to see her, she is efficient and listens to what you want. Really happy with my results!

I am absolutely appalled with my experience at this clinic. I came in one afternoon, when I walked into the clinic there was an employee behind the desk who I later found out was the manager and with no greeting or welcome she told me to take a seat without even asking my name or looking up from her computer. As I was waiting the manager referred to the indigenous people downstairs as “ferals”. I am shocked and disgusted with the lack of professionalism and respect by the clinic manager.

Really disappointing experience, i’ve been visiting Forrest chase for over 3 years, regular client visiting clinic for hair removal every 2-3 months and never had problem, occasionally they would change wavelength intensity and effect wasn’t as good but they would adjust next time and fix it, so never complained and therapists were always super friendly and professional hence giving two starts. However few months ago bought three top to toe packages , did 2 out of 3 no problem, Charlie did a great job, but the last one, was performed by new therapist as Charlie is no longer there- i was told half of what was covered previously all of a sudden wasn’t. Therapist kept changing her story line, first she said she couldn’t do microdermabrasion which came with the package because i do face hair removal however when i was at the clinic said face wasn’t included and so were the other parts of the body that were covered during the previous two treatments. Therapist kept telling me it wasn’t her problem and she couldn’t help me. Also, poor result after last treatment that was about 10 days ago and i am having to shave again. I was told clinic manager Ashley would call me but noone did. Very disappointed. If they reach out to me, i’ll update this review
