Woman inside the entrance of the clinic was exceedingly rude. I had asked if my partner could stand with me as I have an extreme fear of needles. She could've replied with a simple "no" but instead asked him mockingly if he would like to "sit and watch" away from me; she then continued by asking "how old are you?" in a very sarcastic manner and told me I was more than able to be on my own. I understand these people deal with hundreds of people a day but there was no need for her to be giving such attitude and humiliating a young girl for a very rational fear. If customer service isn't her strong suit she needs to find other work.

We live in a regional area and were being given the runaround trying to get antiviral medication for my 86 year old mother who had contracted Covid-19. Vic Park Respiratory clinic did telehealth assessment on the same day I contacted them, prescribed the antiviral via escript and follow up call 2 days later to check how Mum was. Can't fault their service. Thankyou so much - and I have to say, the vaccinations and antivirals have made our Covid-19 journey very easy. Getting my first Covid Vaccination at Vic Park Resp Clinic was an amazing experience. The teamwork, work ethic and professionalism all whilst being friendly and personal was a joy to watch. The team was managing a small crisis at the time following a minor incident with a previous patient which had caused delays, the staff managed the situation as a well I have ever witnessed. Thank you staff.

I came here totally beside myself with breathing issues due to acute Covid and the worry I might become affected by Long Covid as a result. I had expected medical treatment, as you would in a "civilised country" and after all, we had two years to prepare. But because I am generally fit, an athlete, my lungs were clear and my oxygen levels fine, I was literally laughed out of the place with the words "you're not there yet", and all I was given was a post-it note referring me to a website that told me to "sip warm water and talk to your GP". Presumably that would be the same GP who sent me to this clinic for help? So, now I AM there. Quite a few months later, I still struggle with ongoing breathing issues and I have become a victim of Long Covid. And I say victim rather than sufferer because this was not inevitable. With decent care and medical intervention, this could well have been prevented. So if you are sick, don't waste your time here. Go straight to a hospital where fingers crossed, you might get some actual medical treatment and not just a sticky note.

Unreliable, late and a complete waste of time. I booked my covid vaccine at Vic Park Respiratory Clinic. The doctor showed up to work 30 mins late. She told me that she would not give me the vaccine as I am under 50 years old even though I am eligible to receive it, and that if I wanted to try another doctor, I could. I put in my age and mobile number when booking the appointment. A simple message saying this would have been appreciated, instead of wasting mine and all the other under 50's time.

Slightly late and chaotic, signage outside could be more obvious, but given the conditions and space available they are doing a great job. Everyone working was friendly and helpful.

I am most impressed with Victoria Park Respiratory Clinic when I attended the clinic on Monday. All proper precautions were in place as per infection control protocol. I had to wait in the car till ready to be seen ( message received on my phone)Isaac the receptionist was very polite, professional and friendly plus helpful; I immediately felt relaxed. Dr Natalie Johnson and Dr Sean Stevens are both very caring and professional. Both of them provided time for me to ask questions ( no rushed consultation here) and the follow up calls were very reassuring. Been a fellow health professional and a patient, I am very impressed with Victoria Park Respiratory clinic; I would give it a thumb up and highly recommend this clinic to would be patients- Alicia Lin

Amazing! I made my appointment around 5am Saturday morning online for an afternoon appointment the same day. They were running on time, I was listen to and had observations done. I was diagnosed with strep throat, given advice and an antibiotics script to go on the road to recovery. So grateful. Thank you very much.

Went yesterday and had an excellent experience. The staff efficient & helpful. The Dr assisted and provided everything I needed for speedy recovery given my Lung condition. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I had to take both my young children in to be seen and then covid tested, and the doctor we saw was just amazing. She was thorough with them both and managed to test them without upsetting either (9 months old and 2 year old). Really impressed

wont do over the phone consultations for covid antivirals..i mean do they really want covid + people walking around ?..when i enquired why when other gps do ..i was hung up on

I was unaware of this place. Dr Karis White was the doctor who examined me. She was very thorough and explained everything to me. Thanks Doc I am on the mend.

Waited 2 hours since my appointment time for a 1 minute test. There were about 10 other people, including elders waiting on the gate outside, most of them sitting on floors. At 30 minute wait mark I went to do my groceries since Aldi was right beside because my dumb head thought the wait can't get any worse, and you can tell what happened to my groceries. Around 5 pm, when it was their closing time, the guy at the door all of a sudden took all patients inside, and done the covid testing thing which literally took 1 minute for each person like it should. It was Saturday, hopefully they do better on weekdays.

My friend needed a covid 19 recovery letter in order to travel back to her home country, the gp recommend me to go to this clinic to do a check up first, when I call the clinic the receptionist the person that answer the phone was extremely rude and barely let me finish the setence before hanging up the phone on me, terrible customer service on the phone.

Dr Karis White was so thorough, intelligent and kind. I am so grateful for the help. Also the service and management of the process was excellent.
