Wouldn't recommend booking here unless you have A LOT of spare time. Just waited 40 minutes for my appointment and had to leave as I have other appointments today. Had someone call me and tell me that I need to explain myself to avoid a $50 charge. I waited 40 minutes for my practitioner to celebrate someone's birthday and have cake. All I had been told one my arrival was that my practitioner was running 20 minutes late and no further explanation but all customers in the practice was hearing happy birthday being sung and cake being dished out. I had chosen 11am for my appointment as that was the only spare time I had today and I would appreciate a discount on my next appointment for my troubles. I understand that you have to encourage good morale in your business but you cannot assume that you can waste someone else's time just because you decide that is the time you need to do it. All it would have taken was a phone call to say my practitioner couldn't make it and I would have changed my appointment for another day. An easy simple fix!

Get a second opinion! I am on regular SilverChain treatments due to a failed skin graft. I found Auspoint to be a thoughtless and a money focused machine. They were quick to tell me I had a skin cancer however …. HOW HARD IS IT TO NOT TELL YOUR CLIENT THEY DON’T HAVE CANCER! I waited for over 72 hours over a weekend to get the results that were ready on the Friday at 12:12! I had to attend the office to patch up a bleed and asked about the results and was told a Doctor would have to tell me. Dr Shirley came in and said it was negative. She was in the office for less than 30 seconds and charged me $85 for this. I sent them an enquiry on their website and not one person has contacted me. Finally sent them an email and no one tried to contact me. It is over 4 weeks. The bills are adding up and it would have cost far less to go to a Medical Specialist. They are very unprofessional, and lack compassion.

I have been attending Auspoint skin clinic for many years. Dr Shirley has given expert treatment with care and compassion. I would highly recommend her and the clinic.

Today was my first appointment at Auspoint to have a skin cancer removed. Caring, professional and personal service throughout my appointment. I had a minor skin surgery this morning. I am very impressed with Dr Shirley Liu's excellent work on my skin. The surgery was completed within minutes, and I did not experienced any pain. Dr Liu demonstrated her great professionalism, patience and excellent skills in surgery throughout the procedure. I strongly recommend Dr Liu if anyone concerned with skin problems.

Professional service from the reception to the Doctor. The procedures undertaken where carefully assessed and explained. Follow-up consultations where discussed dates to be decided when the biopsies are returned and analysed.

We were kept waiting an hour for our skin check appt. It was rushed when we did get it. There were errors in the written report. My husband has never played netball? I felt this clinic is more focused on selling expensive skin products than caring about people. Wont be going again.

Shirley knows what she is doing! Usually always a wait in the waiting room but worth it. Shirley sometimes hard to understand but that could just be me. They don’t have a HiCaps machine so you have to do a manual claim to your private health fund.

TERRIBLE service our appointment was at 11 an hour passed and they didn't attend us, we decided to leave, how is it possible that if you schedule an appointment at 11 am they won't attend you at the time you schedule, it's okay to wait 10 minutes I completely understand , but 50 minutes and they didn't attend us? what a lack of respect! HORRIBLE PLACE.

Dr Tessa is very thorough and makes you feel super comfortable whilst having skin checks done! Have been using Auspoint for the last few years for all skin checks, and would definitely recommend them

Great skin check with Dr Chea. Very thorough and approachable. Only reason I didn’t give an 5 star was that each time I’ve visited there is a lot of work related talk at reception with no attempt to keep their voices down or keep their discussions confidential.

Dr Tessa Kaminski is lovely. I highly recommend her. I waited for half an hour but I can see why given the care and attention I received.

I arrived 10 mins early for an appointment to check a mole on my son’s back only to be told that the Dr Shirley had 2 lengthy cosmetic treatments to perform prior to seeing us meaning we would have to wait for an hour! When I asked why we couldn’t have been called to alert us that she was running so far behind I was informed that it’s not policy to call patients.

Dr Shirley is very kind, sweet and professional. She has an unparalleled interest in keeping you sun-safe and alive. I always feel more confident about my health after my regular check-in 👍

Ultra clean and user friendly clinic. I have seen Dr Shirley many times and she is an excellent, skilled practitioner who speaks directly. Yes, the appointment waiting time have consistently run late and have you waiting about 30 - 45mins but once you get in you have her full attention. As others have mentioned there is always the suggestion of other procedures but ultimately they may be something you wish to consider and she is clear about the cost when asked and isn't pushy.

Dr Shirley was terrific, she explained what she could see and what it meant. I would recommend the Clinic to everyone. I will be visiting annually from here on.

Dr. Shirley appears to be extremely efficient and tenacious in checking for and removing suspect skin cancers. I went to see her today for a “skin check” but she wouldn’t let me go until she had removed what maybe a serious cancer. Back next week for the results and some more biopsies on other skin abnormalities. Thank for the quick attention.

I was very happy with everything at Auspoint Skin Cancer & Health Clinic and specifically with Dr Tessa Kaminski who treated me. She was very thorough with her checks and I proceeded with a treatment I had been putting off for a long time. The procedure itself was handled on the first consultation and quite painlessly and I am very happy with the results. Dr Kaminsi has a very good bedside manner and put me at ease throughout. I will certainly continue to use Auspoint in the future.

Shirley is a very talented and qualified expert on skin anomalies and a very neat surgeon. She has a very keen eye for those dangerous growths that occur and has, amongst all the other marks I have on my skin, was able to distinguish and treat various types of cancers including basal cell, squamous, and just recently melanoma over many years. As noted by others you may have to wait a bit sometimes but Shirley will always provide a good service to all that present without looking at the clock when treating you. .

I have been attending the surgery of Dr Shirley for many years. I followed her to Auspoint when she started it from her previous location. I recommend her services very highly . She has conducted a few procedures on me with some on my face and head, and the resultant scars are barely noticable. I much appreciate the care she takes during visits and any required procedures. Having driven 3 hours to Perth to see my doctor, (I went to the skin clinic without an appointment on his suggestion) they very kindly fitted me in And did a complete skin examination as well as a biopsy!!
