Based only on todays experience. Very disappointed.

Attended Innaloo for my 3rd injection in my knee. First two were in different specialist offices where they felt my knee with their fingers and went in blind with the needle causing a fair amount of pain and discomfort when hitting the bone. I was not looking forward to this one at all!!! Dr Eric performed the procedure under CT guidance and I'm happy to report it was over very quickly with minimal pain. Thank you so much for your expert care of the big sook who was expecting another bad experience but was pleasantly surprised. I will certainly be returning to this particular clinic (which is not my closest PRC by any means) if I require any further treatment!!

When you submit your information for an online booking, you are informed that someone will call you within 48 hours with available appointment times. Only a parasite on the taxpayer could be this removed from the modern workplace to think that this is how an online booking works.

Had my 20 week scan this morning. This is my third scan and the previous 2 were done with SKG. Such a huge difference in experience! Didn't know the doctors name but she's Asian, so warm and friendly and made the experience very pleasant and comfortable. Very pleased to have had such wonderful service. Thank you so much! 😊

My wife did her ultra scan through Yvonne, she was polite and professional.

The best medical care I have received! The staff here were incredibly caring and ensured that all my needs had been met. They continued to check up on me regularly throughout my visit and all employees were lovely, approachable and made me feel a lot calmer about my experience. Will definitely be coming back here!

The male asian US radiologist is a joke (ADAM). I was fainty and almost fell out of the bed. His colleague tried to reach out to help but he SCOFFED (quiet literally) and said leave her alone she can get up on her own in such horrible tone. I understand that this is not in their job description but ffs a decent human can help a fainting human losing balance a hand - or at least not be so condescending to the person infront??? . On the other hand, the receptionist (female asian -not sure of her name...) is absolutely lovely and goes above and beyond to help.

V was so great!! She was super gentle with my ultrasound and was a pleasure to talk to. Next time I need an ultrasound I’ll definitely be coming back to her!

Rude receptionists. I attended the clinic at 10.15am on Nov 3rd 2022 in order to make a booking for an Ultrasound. As I entered there were no people queuing. I stood at the sign which read "Please wait here until called" and watched the two senior receptionists (unmasked) laugh and chat to one another behind the counter. I was told, "We'll be with you in a minute", but two minutes later it was clear to me that my needs could wait so they could finish the subject they had obviously started before I walked in. I do not need to give my custom to an establishment that makes me wait so their social interaction can take place. Consequently, I left and headed off to find an alternative provider.

I had to change 2 scans at short notice. The lady I spoke to was really helpful & took a lot of time to find another time that would be suitable. She was so professional & friendly. Made my day!

Very bad experience as they even duplicate appointments and mixed up appointments without any reason. I had appointment on 11:05am and received message reminder to arrive on 10:50am. But when I arrived on 10:50am, receptionist told me I am late for the appointment and someone already taken my spot. I will need to wait for 30 more minutes without any notification earlier. When I asked why, the receptionist told me she does not know and just asked me to wait.

I have to say, I had a great first experience. The service for Xray was fast and efficient, that credit is due to the nurses and doctors working there. The desk ladies were average, nice enough don’t get me wrong, but could be better. Just there to collect a pay check. In terms of higher standards of professionalism in the health field. Empathy and genuineness lacks. They should receive some training on patient care due to the fact that they see sick people everyday, they are bound to become desensitised. Side conversations* phones* etc.

Fantastic service. Easy booking. Reminders on phone. Minimal wait time. Was scanned by Ms Helen. Also met Ms Chloe and the 2 lovely ladies in reception. Very friendly and professional staff. 5 stars!!

I needed an urgent ultrasound on doctor's advice to rule out a potential deep vein thrombosis. On arrival unannounced I was given immediate attention by a very skilled specialist who was able to send my benign results to my doctor within the hour. Thank you definitely 5 stars.

Have attended a few Perth Radiological clinics and they've all been great. The staff have always been lovely and extremely helpful.

I had to ring up for an appointment spoke to a reception called Margaret told her about my appointment and what the doctor had written she wanted more information about it and wanted me to fax her or email them the details when it was clear what the doctor said I had to go to the place where I was going to. It was no problem with the prescription not happy with this Margaret when I could of easily done it over the phone unprofessional reception 😤😤

1st booking via phone and easy and 2nd booking via Web pages and even easier as requested numerous sites and gave me first availability closest to where I live. Been twice in a fortnight Reception staff friendly and helpful even when place was packed. Staff doing doing test lovely and accommodating to myself and my needs Would be a 5 star but person who tried to get needle into my vein just hurt me but I may have been dehydrated as was fasting for test so maybe 4.5 to 5 stars as was not there fault in my opinion. After test finishes reception lovely again Will go back again if needed

Attended for an Ultrasound and would recommend as the staff are fantastic. They were very professional and caring, making sure I was well informed and comfortable. I will be returning for any future needs!
