I have been here before and the doctor said it is bulk billing. And fact is bulk billing. But today I came to see the doctor. The reception told me I need pay 78dollars since it is not bulk billing. So this can change from time to time？or according to receptionist's mood？ There is no standard policy about this？ I found this is really ridiculous. I found im ripped off. I will not come back here again. The receptionist attitude is terrible. The doctor just asked me how I feel then refer me to the specialist. Then she charged me 78 dollars！What a easy money！There even no suggestion about the illness. she just wrote down what i said then charged me 78 dollars！Is this the way GP works？and you just wrote down what i said worth 78 dollars？My grandmother can it better than you！

St Francis Medical offer excellent care, prompt treatment and kindness. Dr Stieler has a fine sense of humor and is very thorough and knowledgeable. jjm ford Perth.

Could not recommended this place any more highly. Professional, courteous and friendly. Dr Liz Sinclair is the best Dr I've ever had. Reassuring, kind and impartial. She never brushes you off but also doesn't do anything unnecessary just for the $$. They also have after hours appointments which was really helpful for me.

Dr Helen is very knowledgeable and a very dependable family doctor. They bulk bill children under 12. The only downside is some of their nurses are not very skilled and do not know how to update the National Immunisation Register once a child receives a vaccine.

I am very happy to be a patient at St Francis. I have a wonderful doctor, and a charming nurse is available if needed. There is also a blood clinic.

Undergoing extensions and renovations but the Doctors, nurses and receptionists are very good. I am a long time patient at this practice and parking at the nearby shopping area makes it very convenient.

Terrific staff, very polite with Helen being an excellent doctor. Always apprehensive about injections however the nurse was great delivered a painless COVID shot - didn’t feel a thing with a lovely manner. They are the best. R Falken.

St Francis medical is brilliant. The staff are kind and great with communication and offer great care. I needed a script filled within a tight time frame and they chased it up and made it happen for me. Dr Harpreet called me himself to let me know that the script had been processed. Such great service, thank you❤️

Friendliest and professional team from receptionists to nurses and doctors. My mum, dad and husband had both their Pfizer vaccines done there. Very professional, on time and they most definitely didn’t have to wait for the hours in line like other clinics! They call to confirm your appointment the day before your appointment and also check up a couple of days after your vaccine! Highlyyy recommend them!

Dr Shah was trying very hard to stifle yawning during both of our appointments. He made my script non-pbs even though I have had it prescribed many times before and it is covered, so I had to pay extra!

Very bad experience when I got booster here last Fri , the nurse was not kind and very rush to do something and gave me Pfizer wrong position , not in deltoid so I m still very sick even the other previous 2 shots from Clarrmont were O.K. Also she asked me to go out as she needed to do something in next door and locked the door less than 10 Min after my booster shot even I reminded her that it is not yet 15Min. According to her, this is O.K if I sit and rest less than 10 Min. I was the last person who was in Queue.

Been going to St Francis Pharmacy for over a decade now. I've always found the staff to be very helpful and professional. Top class service, they really do care about helping in anyway they can. The pharmacist are always prompt and again very helpful, keep up the excellent service, you have my loyalty for many years to come.

Great location, always easy to get parking close by. Bulk billing and good service makes it a perfect option for regular child immunizations and checkups. Also can't fault their punctuality- always running on time, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes

Not only have I been going to this amazing pharmacy for 8+ years, when I am there I feel completely looked after. They get to know who you are and what your specific medical requirements are. Both David and Kirsty and their staff are not only the best at what they do, they are also kind and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending them as your choice of pharmacists.
