    Hi Owner/management team I had a phone appointment booked for 10.45am this morning. At twelve after several attempts to contact this reception I still did not receive a call back. At my last attempt was spoken to by a person named Chloe who was loud and condescending and was not listening to a word I was trying to say. I had to yell in order to get her attention. This then got turned around to make out that it was my fault. This could have been resolved if your reception actually took the time to listen to me. If every sick person who calls gets this kind of treatment it is rather sad. I understand, medical practices are inundated with a lack of medical staff, however, that does not give receptionist or any medical staff the right to behave brashly towards their customers, specially within a medical context. I have dealt with an older person at this reception who has always treated me with respect. I will not be attending your clinic again and will also be writing to the AMA about this type of unethical and rude behaviour towards people who are already very ill. You senior staff Paula was defensive of Chloe ‘s behaviour and said that she was ok with the way in which I was spoken to. Thank you

    As a medical "professional" practitioner you'd expect a curtain level of professionalism, however I experienced the complete opposite. They lost my entire file, making me have to refill out all my paperwork, was half an hour late , then tried to rush me out of the office, I asked the doctor for help and he basically gave my some random drug that isn't anything to do with my illness. I'd be giving them minus stars if possible and possibly reporting their behaviour to ombudsman simply put , if you actually need help don't come here.

    We have been going to this practice since it has opened, receptionist used to very nice with good attitude and empathy. For a while its all changed all the doctors I used to see Dr Tulp, Dr James, Dr Patrick even Dr Sharon don’t come her much often are rest gone to different practices. And more important they have a big broad inside written with much more bigger letters that children’s are priority and can walk in. So if my kids are in pain now will I walk in after 4hrs. There’s 2 instance which just happened recently. My daughter broker her toe nail and little bleed and they will not allow walk in as they have only one doctor, and doctor need to finish on time because she has meeting to attend. Next one my daughter woke up at 4am with tummy pain, and I called the centre that I will be walking in at 7am, they said to walk in after 9am. Then what is the point writing on the board children’s are priority. Just throw that board in the bin, because you people don’t follow that. Very very upset as a parent that the local GP where my kids have gone since they were babies have changed so much.

    My family visits Dr Sheila and she is the best doctor we have ever visited. She genuinely cares about each and every one of her patients and provides full support. She remembers even the smallest details of each of her patients and even occasionally checks up on her patients to make sure they are on track. We have recommended her to friends and family and they have also majorly benefitted from her support. Definitely recommend.

    Reception staff is never polite and seems like they are not willing to help patients 😕 it was our regular GP's there but feels like will never go back to this practice again.

    I've been to this practice since it opened up and have only ever had positive experiences from reception through to the doctors. My needs are always met, receptionists are understanding and polite, and I'm not kept for ridiculous lengths of time for a booked appointment.

    Receptionists are unbelievably rude, unfriendly and unhelpful all of the time. Minor requests are met with an extreme "power trip" attitude! When those requests are in fact outlined in the job description of their daily job requirements! Something is seriously wrong! What ever happened to customer service?

    Shame I even have to give a star.... Partner had her appointment booked for 11.45am waited in car for appointment get seen after 2pm no communication was given to say they were behind I'm sorry but if you are so far behind should tell your clients what's the point of even having an appointment for a set time if you can't get seen around that time not coming here again

    The staff here are always so lovely and friend. Never have wait long be seen and service is excellent Dr Sheila one of the best doctors we've ever had she really cares about her patient and remembers even most crazy tiny details! Thank you key largo

    Do not go to this practice on the weekend! For meaning to be a bulk billing practice you now have an out of pocket for weekend consults. They only bulk bill on weekdays. Please make sure to check the website for the *supposed* notice of fee changes.

    Called the surgery to register as a new patient and was dealt with by a lovely receptionist named Helen who was very friendly and informative. After ringing several different clinics beforehand and being dismissed by frosty /curt receptionists lHelen was a refreshing change!

    If you looking for amazing Dr please see Dr CHinniah Prabhakar. My partner went to so many Dr regarding health issues. But only one Dr found out that my partner is suffering from type 2 diabetes. And I recently diagnosed with him with high blood pressure. A big massive thanks our health is now been monitored by great Dr🙏 His wife Dr shella Prabhakar is also amazing ❤️

    What a superb experience visiting this practice with Melissa on the desk happy, cheeful, helpful and totally attendent to my needs. Dr Robert fixed the problem I had and explained how to maintain and avoid such problems again (ears!) Very helpful and knowledgeable Can't go past this practice for service, understanding and helpfulness

    How can I make a complaint about the conduct of two of your doctors? I was charged $75 today for a "consultation" that barely lasted 5 minutes which could barely be deemed a service as I was quickly whisked away with a referral to a hospital without the doctor adequately tending to my needs. I will refrain from mentioning her name but I have also sought advice from a State body. The "service" here is unacceptable.

    The care of this team is outstanding. I’ve spent over 1 year and a half knowing something was wrong with me with chronic headaches, pressure in my head and ringing in my ears. I went to 1 x GP x 4 visits and another GP x 1 visit for another opinion… no answers. I then saw Dr Robert Green for a 3rd opinion and after 1 x visit he had answers for me after sending me for a MRI, OPG, hearing test and blood tests. Finally! Answers in 1 week after seeing Dr Robert Green! He emailed me on a Saturday evening to give me answers 😮… amazing! I have since been back to see Dr Rachael Lancaster for a different issue and wow… the genuine care was so prevalent. I felt so comfortable instantly with her. I so appreciate both doctors for listening to me without judgement and clearly having a passion for helping their patients. The reception are also kind and efficient.

    I love the practise when the phone is answered.tried on 3 different occasions and at 8.30am the surgery answering machine is still stating they are closed.The one occasion it was not until 10am I was able to get hold of them.

    The receptionist was rude,horrible with no empathy I was 10mins earlier for my appointment and I just needed to sit down as I was 8months pregnant and I had just come from another appointment with the midwife and I was really tired.The receptionist heartlessly told me to go and walk in the shops as am not allowed to sit there and wait since I came early. P/S I was dropped by uber so I had no car where I could sit and wait

    Always been a good doctors surgery for me. Managed to get a last minute appointment when needed almost every time. Doctors are excellent. Never needed to go elsewhere. Highly recommended
