Don’t waste your time, money and emotions on this place! I cannot even begin to describe the level of poor customer service that was offered by this clinic. I have done laser facial hair removal treatment of 14 sessions and there’s no improvement, During my appointments, I told them like I can’t see any improvement, one of the staff said you need to book more sessions because you have hormonal imbalance so it’s not going to be clear, even I described that thing in the form, before the time I start sessions and on my last appointment, they charged me extra money, when I asked them said, it’s not included in your sessions, even though I prepaid for my all appointments, they done same thing with my friend as well. Worst experience ever. I strongly recommend anyone goes there !

I have been coming to the clinic for years now as I not only get the results that I am after but my expectations are exceeded. The skin treatments just work and the products are amazing and work very well with the treatments. All the treatments are backed by a medical doctor who invented the clinic. The beautiful therapists are very passionate about their work and highly knowledgeable. They help you get the results and aren't pushing any product selling and are honest about how many sessions are required. I am now coming in a handful of times a year because my skin is just amazing and the products I use at home work extremely well and complement the treatments. Keep doing the fantastic work!! I look forward to seeing you all again.

Tara and the team at the Mt Lawley clinic are AMAZING!!! I have been going there for nearly 6 years now and I constantly get comments on my skin from people many years younger than me... I am turning 50 this year and often get told I have the skin of someone in their mid to late 30s....People are genuinely surprised when I tell them my age. I have my friends in their late 30s and early 40s asking me what I do all the time...Gotta love that! Comments like that keep me going back to the Clinic! Thanks ladies. Love you all!

I have been receiving laser hair removal at the Claremont salons for about 9 months and the staff are so professional and friendly and provide a great service too. Always going over and above what they are required to make you feel comfortable or offer additional services. Yesterday I attended the Shenton Park salon (couldn’t get in to Claremont) for my usual laser hair removal and also booked in for a dermapen service ($149) and LED ($35). Unfortunately I found the welcome to be not so warm, the staff were disorganised, late and the attention to detail wasn’t great. I felt like I was a hassle just being there. I regularly receive a dermapen service elsewhere and it is much much better. The dermapen service at Shenton Park was speedily completed and one of the worst beauty services I have ever had. I was told that I didn’t book a LED treatment (which I had as it was on my online account) and I just felt really let down. I would not recommend the Shenton Park salon or it’s staff. To be clear though my normal Claremont salon is excellent. I have Natalie there and I actually love her - so kind and caring. Very thorough and professional too.

I can’t see any change Had my sessions done with a lady that works there. she had a really bad customer service. At last I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this place.

Caitlyn at Clear Skincare Clinic Mt Lawley is exceptional. I have been seeing her for a course of hair removal and have had excellent results. Caitlyn provides a holistic approach and has a warm friendly nature. She is a wealth of knowledge of dermal therapy treatments who always has the best interest of her patients.

Been there for lazar for 1.5years until there’s the shop open nearby my place. They frequently change your appointment time to fit in others. It Really depends on the staff, some people are very professional, they do it slow and include lots of details, some just rushing do the Brazilian / under arm in 5 mins, the waiting time outside is much more than that. But they are all pretty friendly I would not go there again with this kind of service.

Absolutely love this clinic. The team are always so friendly and professional. I have been seeing Georgia here for the last 6 months and she always makes me feel so comfortable at every appointment. The clinic is always fresh and well presented too. Was referred by a friend of mine and have been going ever since. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering skin or laser treatments! :)

I purchased three 45-minute skin pens at $299 each and was told I could use a numbing cream if I found it too painful which I did. I saved hard for this as it was a birthday treat and I'm on the pension. The first two went well. The third session, which was on August 18 at 6:10PM, lasted only 15 minutes and my skin had no reaction. I rang on day 2 and was told it was too early for a reaction. I rang on day 4 and spoke to the therapist who performed the treatment, and was told she didn't like clients using numbing cream as it can interfere with the treatment. This advice conflicts with what I was previously told. I said that this should be stated to clients at the time of booking. I feel like my concerns were unfairly dismissed and that I didn't get what I paid for. I tried calling the 1300 number that reviewers are given but it only calls the salon where you are treated. I would like the owner to call me so that we can discuss what happened and reach a positive outcome. The salon has my contact details. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Marlene

They are professional, very accommodating and patient with explaining every step for after care and what to expect post treatment.
