Pleasant consultation. Biopsy taken on the day. All fine with appointment. Got a phone call a week later saying I need to book a follow up appointment? with no additional information. I asked the Doctor to call me - I was worried about urgency of follow up appointment (I work away). Doctor didn't call back that day. This caused unnecessary anxiety. I'd expect better treatment especially when the follow up appointment tends to mean cancer, scalpel and stitches (hopefully not Radio and Chemotherapy). He called the following day and provided biopsy report and discussed options. All up a pretty good service. Just wish the second phone call came first.

First experience getting a skin check and found Molescan in Como to be very professional and friendly. Didn’t realise how simple it is to get done. Definitely worth doing for peace of mind and to be proactive. Highly recommend.

Have been seeing Dr Nick Fatehee for a few years now- went for a second opinion about a mole after everyone else said it was fine- clearly not fine as Nick had it off that day and once tested WAS a MM. So glad I went and will not trust anybody else now - he is very thorough and puts me at ease as I’m a highly anxious person.

Would recommend molescan and Dr Liz Whitelaw for all mole checks. She's professional, kind and extremely thorough, She makes you feel at ease and pays special focus to any moles you are concerned about. The system they have were moles can be photographed and kept on the system for future reference is forward thinking and gives peace of mind.

Pleased with my appointment but making patients pay $1.00 for a mask I think is a little unethical. I have not come across this before and believe the cost of masks should be covered and afforded by the Medical Practice given that they are not mandatory. Add the $1.00 cost onto the final bill.
