Was
pleased
to
be
able
to
get
an
appointment
on
the
day
I
needed,
but
realise
now
why
there
was
last
minute
availability.
Very
expensive
and
front
counter
staff
were
exceedingly
rude.
After
I
was
diagnosed
with
an
illness,
I
decided
to
bring
my
4-year-old
daughter
later
the
same
day
in
case
she
had
the
same
thing.
I
recieved
a
phone
call
questioning
me
as
to
why
I
was
booking
a
second
appointment,
asking
about
my
daughter's
symptoms.
Felt
like
an
interrogation.
Really
very
disappointed
at
the
staff
member's
abrupt
manner.
I
was
told
I'd
need
to
wait
outside
with
my
child
as
before
(ahead
of
my
earlier
appointment).
I
stressed
that
I
did
not
have
covid,
one
of
their
docs
had
just
hours
earlier
diagnosed
me
with
something
else,
but
they
insisted.
They
also
charge
$102
for
consultations
for
children,
despite
information
on
various
health
websites
stating
that
they
bulk
bill
for
under
10,
or
under
6
*information
varies*.
Would
like
to
remind
staff
that
you're
in
the
business
of
CARE...
a
little
friendliness
wouldn't
go
amiss.
