So far and still counting: 7 skin cancers removed. They are always on time and reception always courteous and helpful. Doctor Elizabeth ? is efficient, informative, skilful with tiny tiny scars left behind. Well done all.

I attended the clinic recently for a cosmetic mole removal and the male doctor I saw was professional, kind, experienced and communicated all the risks and benefits of having a small mole to my face removed which I really appreciated given the difficult position of the mole for the doctor to assess, right in the crease of my nose. I hadn’t seen this doctor before but every doctor who has seen to my care in this practice has been wonderful, no exceptions for the new doctor at the practice. Highly recommend this clinic

I saw Dr Tandi Hobbs for a regular skin check. She was very thorough, kind and intelligent and answered any questions I had! She was also on time and receptionists were nice. Definitely recommend :)

Dr. Tandi Hobbs was absolutely amazing! I was really scared to get a mole removed but she managed to keep me calm and she was right - I didn’t feel a thing! So polite, calm, pleasant and knowledgeable - I felt very well advised & treated :) would always go back to the Skin & mole clinic!

Brian has been caring for me for over 6 years.He is very professional, caring & understanding. Brian removed a malignant melanoma from my back 6 months ago, with very successful results,as it was detected very early. Reception staff are also very professional,caring,courteous & very ":customer focused". Appointments are also on time.

DO NOT GO HERE. Please a warning to every young woman who is wanting cosmetic mole removal to please go elsewhere, to a more experienced and knowledgeable clinic. I have been left with irreversible damage to my face by an inexperienced doctor who promised a tiny mole removal with laser. He used too big of a laser head which the surround skin has absorbed the heat, leaving a now permanent indent and scar the width of a finger tip on my left cheek. I now have to pay $200+ monthly for treatments to try and repair the damage to my skin. Make up doesn’t even cover it at this point. I am devastated. It ended up getting affected due to the doctor touching the open wound without washing his hands which led to them prescribing me antibiotics for the infection and cross contamination. The principal doctor admitted his doctor made a mistake, yet no apology was given and I was told to focus on my healing rather than focus on how his trained doctor made such a huge mistake and was told that the only downside to the situation was that my time was wasted and now his… what about the irreversible damage to my face? I wish I went to a dermatologist who is trained in COSMETIC mole removal as this clinic clearly is not and as a young woman who cares about her appearance this has caused so much pain and anxiety. I wish I never came here…

You wait over two months to get an appointment and they can’t even stick to their appointment time. Not a very well-managed practice if the doctor is running over 50 minutes late. Would not recommend if you were working person and not retired, What makes it even worse don’t care nor even say they’re sorry. That definitely tells me the character of the people who work at this practice.

I have been coming here for several years now. Dr Susan Palmer is wonderful. Thorough checking, advice and solutions when and if required. One check that is an absolute must, no matter your age x

Brian has looked after my wife and I for over 5 years now. We can absolutely recommend him and the very friendly team. Brian is very thorough and has a great professional manner. On two separate occasions, he was able to provide very early identification of in-situ melanomas on my wife, which were removed quickly. This was critical to avoiding much more serious issues, as the biopsies showed they were malignant.

Usually fantastic and reliable....last week had a different doctor- very brief scan....she didn't check behind ears...didn't compare preious vision of spots...in and out 5 mins.....very unimpressed this time SHe also was 15 mins late and had nobody in her room when she called me. WOnt be back here

Running 40 mins late, fat shamed in appointment, would never return. Thought I was doing the right thing getting a check as an Australian with fair skin who often burns easily but was left to feel like I should have not bothered.

Rushed to get to my appointment on time (which I did) only to have to wait for 50 minutes!!! with no explanation as to why they were running so late! All I needed was 5 stitches removed which a nurse or anyone could have done. When I politely mentioned to the specialist that I wasn't happy about the wait time, he got defensive and said it was standard, and partly my fault for asking him to check another mole on my stomach. This was after I'd already waited 50 minutes and there were no more patients for that day, so not sure how it's my fault he was running late before he saw me. I'm fine with bookings running late, but maybe let me know when I get there so I can feed the parking meter more and maybe go and get a coffee. I won't be back. I'll find another clinic that can organise their time more effectively and show more respect to patients.
