I have been a member for a long time however the staff recently have been questionable, I am charged with a 200$ sneak in fee for allowing a memeber in the gym, the sneak in fee is because the guy needs a guardian even though I am one, after appealing it they said the guy I let in was meant to know about the fact that he can’t come in after hours, after talking with the guy and seeing the emails they sent him, they said nothing about entering the gym after hours all they said was you need a guardian with you at all time, after telling chasing better this on the phone they said they guy signed off to it when he signed up to the gym, my question is is it really worth it by loosing a couple members over 200$? Secondly why is letting a MEMBER in the gym classified as sneaking in, keep in mind he doesn’t miss any payments and so on. Let’s hope this 200 dollars is worth it because you are going to loose members over this greed.

This gym is very beautiful and the staff are lovely. I don't think there is any other gym that has all the services you can think of. This is definitely a one stop shop. This gym has helped me a lot with my mental health the past months. However I deducted a star as there a few things that are a bit annoying. There is often errors with accounts- I will receive emails saying I haven't paid (when I have) Ill call reception or email them and they will say they don't know why I have received the notification and to disregard it. There is also a delay with the booking system on classes. When you cancel a class hours or even a day before the class starts Chasing Better app will still notify you saying "you have a class coming up" even when its definitely been cancelled way in advance. I often call even when cancelled already online to make sure to avoid class cancellation/ no show fees. Brings some stress. With all gyms you can usually choose when to get your direct debits taken out and choose whether you want weekly/fortnightly. This gym you don't get an option. You just pay on the dates according to the gym. I would still highly recommend this gym to all my friends and family :)

After leaving my previous gym due to distance, I was looking for a gym to attend. I located ChasingBetter, which is right nearby, and signed up. Excellent facilities, great friendly staff and an awesome vibe when you enter. Highly recommend joining Chasing Better!

Brand new Gym that opened up late last year, everything new and its well equipped for multiple forms of training. Friendly staff and its huge ! Parking was an issued initially during peak periods but has been resolved. Focused in the membership and keeping people safe during COVID

Big gym, great staff, good price for the facilities offered, good mix of gym rats and regulars. Gets crowded and I feel a bit old in there (but I am so it's cool) better since opening the outside area and it's expanding. 100% worth a look.

Love this gym. Possibly the best and coolest gym I have been to. Has alot of speciality bars and plenty of machine selection too. I was visiting from Melbourne. We need one here now! Haha

A place I call home. The space , the staff , the community.. I have been at Malaga since it opened and the family I have formed is so humbling. The place is clean , the gym is spacious and bright, it makes you want to be there , especially on the dj nights it is such a vibe . Love this space

The gym is beautiful and very new. I like the flexibility of the adds as well as the innovative idea of recovery room and neon 21 classes. It would be great to be able to book PT easier than only during open hours of the reception. The down side for me is that working all day I can only use the gym from 6pm and at this time most of the adds on that I purchased aren’t available to use apart from virtual classes. Also, having the chance to get a locker as you go instead of allowing people to rent a lock for a year would give the chance to those who come from work to use a locker while in the gym, instead of unused locker for people who aren’t there but rented for a year. The staff are very friendly but I would recommend either a section on the website with FAQ or handouts to answer common questions as at times different information was given from different staff. Overall I am willing to keep on trying to find if this is the right place for me.

Absolutely love training with Zowie. I have been training with Zowie for 6 months and she has exceeded my expectations. Zowie is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She will challenge and push you at each training session but make it so rewarding at the same time. She is very supportive and has the most bubbliest personality which makes training whole lot easier. Highly recommended :) you won’t regret it!

Great gym all round 💯 Super friendly staff, awesome facilities and a wicked array of classes 👍 Special shoutout to my trainer zowie. She is the most supportive trainer I have ever met. Always in high spirits and spreads motivation wherever she goes. Literally irreplaceable. Honestly would not be on gym journey without her. Constantly there for you and so knowledgeable. Every session is always laugh whilst still making gains. Her determination and motivation for our results is phenomenal. I can 100% say I would not be visiting the gym as frequently as I am without zowie being there.

I have a gym in my garage, that I've spent time and money trying to make functional and enjoyable to use. So it's safe to say, I really enjoy lifting. But I've felt a bit sad sometimes because I miss the machines that help you with form. My wife signed up for ChasingBetter247 and wanted me to join to so we could go together. Reluctantly, I said yes. I signed up again for a commercial gym, and I have not been disappointed! The owners of this gym have thought of everything. It's a bright, clean, very well equipped gym. I haven't made use of the ice baths, the sauna, the recovery chairs, or any of the classes, but I have been very impressed with everything else. The showers are amazing, the equipment is all the latest and always in great condition, the dumbbells have a great weight range, and there are so.many.squat racks. Yeah it gets busy, but that's because everyone loves it.

Hi CB247 team, I just wanted to say that this is the BEST gym experience I’ve ever had (not that I’ve had a bad one but this one is so much better). Your staff ALWAYS say hello and goodbye and are so kind when I ask questions. I absolutely love all the random ‘deals’ and ‘dress ups’ you have, and how you guys celebrate a bunch of different celebratory days throughout the year. It makes coming to the gym a different fun experience each time. You guys have amazing machines and I can’t wait for netball season to start so I can add on the recovery package to help with my legs. And for all the equipment I have access to for only $10 a week is so good. And the recovery package is only $10 extra I believe. I used to pay around $17 a week for a tinyyyy gym with horrible equipment… But yeah keep doing literally exactly what you’re doing because it’s so amazing and you will be seeing me for a long time to come hahaha Thanks guys, Nicole :)

This gym sets an unfair standard of greatness for gyms. I would say as someone (me) who is in the fitness industry 15+ years I know a thing or two about gyms, and this one is clean, state of the art, staff are friendly and the amenities are really high level. (I don’t work here but I do pay to go here even though I get it free elsewhere). There’s even infra red sauna; regular sauna and ice bath plus compression boots that you can ADD to your memberships- great to just pay for what you use. Worth just looking to see what’s possible and see what something looks like at this level!

Probably the best gym in Perth. Love the vibes and people. The quality they provide is worth spending the money for. Also kudos to the staff for keeping it clean 24/7 👏. Would love to see the expansion for Malaga CB.

Recently moved back to WA and did a fair bit of research to find the perfect gym. Chasing Bettrr ticks every box and more- fantastic range of classes, brand new equipment that is plentiful and means there’s no time wasted waiting around, exceptionally clean, friendly staff, 24 hr access and very reasonably priced. Oh and the creche is next level. I’ve never seen anything like it. Am thrilled to be a member of this gym

One of the best gyms in Australia, and not just due to the facilities and other offerings... I unfortunately had to cancel as my work required me to move, and I was charged for a few weeks after cancellation. One quick call and it was refunded the next day no issues. Very impressed.

This gym has been an absolute game changer in my life! Not only are the facilities incredible but the staff are so enthusiastic, welcoming and encouraging. Its a space I use to both work out and recover (ice bath, sauna and recovery room). My son loves the creche and the creche staff so it makes it really easy for me to have some Me time. Highly recommend Chasing Better!

Poor membership options. All the other 24/7 gyms in the area offer one, three and six month upfront memberships. Please offer a one month upfront option so people can try the gym without opening direct debit.

Incredible gym, cheap, well designed, loads of equipment both inside and outside. Has awesome recovery areas for an extra $10 a week which include 2x infrared saunas, a tradition sauna/ ice bath, compression boots and massage chairs.

Great gym. Have been attending since opening and thoroughly enjoy it. Only real complaint is that it would be nice to have some more benches (regular and bench press). Edit: Malaga gym, I generally attend around peak though

I've been a member at Chasing Better for about 6 months now and it's genuinely exceeded my expectations. What initially drew me in was my wife attending their CrossFit classes, and since joining, I've been consistently impressed. The facility is modern with top-notch equipment, and they keep the place spotlessly clean. On the equipment front, I'd rate it an 8 out of 10. Besides the open gym floor that's well-equipped with weights and machines, they offer a diverse range of classes including CrossFit, yoga, and spin, which provides a comprehensive fitness experience. The staff is another highlight - they're not only friendly but also extremely helpful. In terms of amenities, the infrared sauna, regular sauna, ice bath, and recovery room are fantastic additions that truly set this gym apart. Pricing is another plus point; it's very affordable, offering excellent value for what you get. I've already recommended Chasing Better to friends and family and will continue to do so.

The quality of the machinery and layout is awesome. Great tunes as well. Lots of sub sections for different types of training. The only improvement could be the timing taken to attend to maintenance on machines that become out of order. Otherwise thanks for a great gym. In addition - The new extension is fantastic. Especially the bag setup (boxing). This gym now has everything I need. Tops it over other gyms Ive been to.

Love the chasing better gyms. Special mention to Zowie! She is a fantastic PT!! I can't rave about her enough. I struggle with going to the gym due to confidence however she has completely changed that due to her personality and care. Shes always available and checking in to see how you are going which is great. Thanks for being awesome!

Absolutely love this gym!!!. It's facilities and equipment are top class. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Gym offers a heap of classes suitable for all ages and levels of fitness! I also really enjoy chilling out in the massage chairs and infra red sauna. Cardio area is amazing! Lovely cafe and shop. Money well spent!! One very happy member!!!

Absolutely love this gym! It has fantastic facilities, everything you would look for in a gym and more. Its so clean all the time, which is so brilliant. The trainers are really nice and knowledgeable and the staff are friendly. What more could you want? Definitely recommend!

Excellent gym. Well maintained, clean, spacious with all the equipment you’d need. Once the extra deadlift platforms and weight racks come in this will be the perfect gym. Always has the aircon on so working out is a breeze on hot days. 5/5.

Big gym floor. Multiple stations for each exercise. For only $9.95 per week it's great value-for-money. I doubt there's a more affordable creche in Perth either. Looking forward to an ice-bath challenge with my wife. Congrats on creating such a great space.

A nice gym, but if you go for the very basic- $10pw membership, you don’t really get much. The add ons will end up coating you like $25 a week. The group fitness classes were not included and some of the classes were separated then the rest, costing even more. The gym is pretty big, lots of new machines, but I was a little overwhelmed with the amount of people there at the same time. The staff are lovely. Also really liked the fact they sign you up without committing to a 12 month contract, so I only have to pay for the 30 day notice, and hopefully find a gym that is right for me

The gym is good, but seems like the staff is always too busy to help you if you have a question, each time I was there I had to wait for the equipment I wanted to use as the members are constantly taking videos of themselves and spending half an hour on doing two sets. really wish there was some sign asking to be considerate to other members and remember they want to use the gym too. I will come back and check it out again when the new outdoor space is done, as I did think this gym has great equipment and it's all new and clean.

Since joining Chasing Better 247 in October it has been such a positive experience.The staff have been so welcoming and friendly, as well as the staff's Dog working in Public Relations at Reception, whom always welcome a Pat. The Gym facilities are clean, modern and offer various activities for members. It had been a very long time since I had been a member of a Gym, so Initially I engaged in five Personal Trainer session's, which was really beneficial to getting me started in my Health overhaul journey. This was a great opportunity to familiarise myself with various equipment, and doing different exercises. My Personal Trainer was friendly and very encouraging to getting the most of out of each session. Thank you CB247 for being such an awesome Gym and creating a very relaxed vibe.

Great gym with such a good range of equipment on the large gym floor space and a really good range of group classes. Love that there are so many sections to suit everyone’s needs/goals, including recovery! Staff are also very friendly and helpful.

I may not be the fittest person in the world and only been training for just over 2 years but changing to CB247 was the motivation I needed to do better. From the motivational quotes on the wall, to the positive staff and atmosphere to the attentive staff at the cafe…. everyone has just done such a brilliant job since we opened. I have gained strength, dropped fat, train harder for myself and overall peaked my interest back in my own fitness. YOU VS YOU - that’s all it took.

Probably the best gym in the area that offers everything you can possibly need. CrossFit classes are great value for money and the coaches just make it a whole lot better. Also the bathrooms are so clean and well maintained which is something rare in gyms these days

When you walk into CB247, someone always greets you. I honestly dont have any recommendations.... this is the best gymI have ever been to ! Great atmosphere, top notch equipment, clean toilets and bathrooms, people wipe down their equipments, theres always someone maintaining the floor. Keep it up CB247, you guys are awesome !

Recently started doing CrossFit here. I am a complete novice, and not at all a gym type, so I needed to find a gym with staff who will make sure I learn how to do things properly and don't get injured. Fortunately, the staff at ChasingBetter are exceptional; they keep you progressing, in a supportive way. They help you to keep improving and ensure you learn the proper techniques, without letting you over extend yourself. I was previously worried after friends of mine had been injured doing CrossFit, but now I'm confident with the ChasingBetter team I'm a low chance of that happening. With the brand new facilities, new and properly maintained equipment and most of all, friendly, knowledgeable staff, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't give this place a try.
