, my experience with this place has been far from satisfactory. It is my hope that they take these concerns seriously and rectify their shortcomings to provide a more trustworthy and reliable service to their customers. I would strongly express my dissatisfaction with this gym and would even go as far as giving them negative stars if that were an option. The exorbitant fees that have been imposed on my friend whenever they have had to cancel a class have proven to be a significant financial burden. However, it is frustrating to witness a different approach when it comes to the instructor's absence. The lack of consistency in their policies is disheartening and leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. Upon delving into the reviews of this establishment, I came across some disturbing revelations. It appears that they have irresponsibly shared personal information with certain individuals, which is not only unethical but also illegal. This breach of privacy is deeply concerning, as it exposes the affected individuals to potential harm. It is important to note that such actions can have severe consequences, and those affected have every right to pursue legal action against this establishment.

This place is ripping off and the worst service ever.. My mom had a membership at this place and in 2021 had an accident and she was injured and not able to drive and she called to cancel the membership and mentioned to them all the situation she was through.. But they didn’t cancel the membership and kept charging her and now they telling to pay $2000.!!! Of course we are not going to pay this because it’s ripping off and it’s unfair. Inhumane behavior I’m warning every one going to get a membership ship with them that they are worst people you can see in your life.

I’m writing on behalf of my friend Suhad This place is a rip off She had a membership at this place and in 2021 she had a car accident and was injured and not able to drive so she had to cancel the membership and told them about her situation she was going through Yet they didn’t cancel her membership and still was charging her money and is now telling her she has to pay over $2000. She had a lot of persona financial problems going in and she isn’t able to pay yet they are still making her to pay. They are playing her for a fool because her English isn’t the best and they just want money money after multiple times contacting them to cancel

The fact that they lock you in for 12 months, have you pay an outrageous $80+ a month for a small gym with barely any equipment is crazy. I’ve had issues with their chosen direct debit, which has charged me $10 almost every time I’ve made a debit but all they say is “its your banks fault” - my own bank said its the direct debit that Sista Fitness uses. The last debit occurred 3 days before due and I incurred another $10 fee, then it occurred on the scheduled date and AGAIN i got a $10 fee but the payment went through so why!? No they’re threatening to debit my card without permission for the $20 and don’t have the heart to waive it considering the BS I’ve went thru with them. DISAPPOINTED!

Did a couple of classes (5 for $50) and when I decided to join up I asked if I have to pay the joining up fee and the answer was no. After signing up the membership, I had a big surprise the next day when I went to verify my bank account. They did charged me a signing up fee ($110)! Went back the next day to clarify and was told there is a sign up fee. Wasn’t happy about it, wanted to cancel everything and get my money back. Then Rebeca gave me a cancellation form. Was about to leave the gym when I decided to ask her if I would get my full refund. She then told me there’s a $50 adm fee for cancellation. What a joke! Talked to the manager Maggie and nothing was resolved. She told me the same thing, I have to pay $50 to cancel it. I’m so upset and wouldn’t recommend this gym. I’ll certainly look for my rights!

Love this place, it's like my sanctuary where I can have my "me-time". The kids absolutely love the crèche and their carer Kirsty, she is amazing with kids. The gym amenities are always clean and the equipment is top of the range. Classes are brilliant, instructors motivate you to push harder and get the best out of your workout. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and always cater for your needs. Very happy to be a Sista Fitness member!

Would give negative stars if i could. This place has cost me a fortune in fees when my partner has had to cancel a class. Yet when their instructor doesn't show up it doesn't go the same way.

As a member this is a great gym for ladies to enjoy the comfort of being in a female only environment. The group fitness classes are amazing and really effective, I've been a memento for almost 4 years now. It's clean and the equipment and bathrooms are always maintained well. Good on Maggie the owner for coming up with such a wonderful gym. For religious reasons, I can comfortably remove my veil and exercise without a hassle!

Best gym ever, I was nervous to begin because I’ve never been to the gym before but every single staff member I’ve met has been so lovely and offering a helping hand wherever needed. the group classes are amazing and motivational and equipment is so clean and updated! They also sel their own gym necessities such as Pilates socks, boxing gloves and water bottles which makes it easy to grab what I need to help my workouts

Where do I start, I’ve been going to the gym for about 6 years now and it’s honestly the best gym I’ve ever been to. The staff are amazing, so polite and helpful. What I love most about the gym is the instructors and how supportive they are, I’ve had two pregnancy’s while being in the gym. While taking the classes the instructors motivated me and also adjusted the workouts to suit me while I was pregnant. One thing I don’t like about other gyms is the constant feeling of being judged by the people around but in Sista fitness I have never felt that way. They have women in all different shapes and sizes and they’re all amazing. It always feels like a safe environment to workout in. I read through the negative comments and I really don’t understand them because they have problems with the contract, that’s why there’s a contact and terms and conditions that they always provide for you to read and understand before signing the agreement. The gym is very clean and they have the best crèche facility, with the most thoughtful workers there. They really take pride in there work and have never failed to impress me. I’m so grateful to have found an amazing gym like Sista fitness.

Cannot talk more highly of SF- making the switch to join was undoubtedly the best decision i've made yet. Bloody fantastic. So comfortable and non-intimidating (and clean!!) with the loveliest team of strong and beautiful staff/ trainers! Love love love.

Not your average gym - The girls are so welcoming and supportive and I actually enjoy going in for my workout! I started to get in shape for my wedding but ill definitely continue to go long after - the classes are fab and the equipment/machines are fab. Membership is so well priced too and they have some great things to purchase such as clothing and candles!

Fantastic gym and would recommend to family and friends! Such a variety of different classes to enjoy and also such a friendly laid back environment! They went above and beyond with my membership which I am so grateful for :) Would love for the open hours to be extended slightly as some days/weekends I like to go to the gym later. Also would love to see some lifting/strength sessions or classes too. Although after being too many gyms this is the best so far with affordable prices ! :)

Hands down the best gym I have ever gone to! I’ve had memberships with all the normal big gyms and never enjoyed working out and therefore never saw results... then Sista Fitness came along! I’ve been a member since the gym opened in Morley and it was the best decision I ever made! Maggie and her team are so supportive, offer excellent classes and have some incredible PT offers if you are looking for that little extra push... if you join the Sista Fitness family I guarantee you will not regret it!!

Great gym I have loved working out at this gym for the last 18 months. Tegan is an incredibly motivating and enthusiastic trainer and manager. Highly recommend this gym, especially if you have never been to a gym before you should definitely give it a try! It changed my perception on going to gym!

This place is ripping off and very rude people They’re disrespecting and ignorant and horrible behaviour. They just ripped my wife 700 dollars after she cancelled her membership with them and they refused to communicate with her to see why is that.!!!

Amazing vibes from staff, trainers and even the ladies working out there. This is the 1st gym/group fitness class where I don’t feel intimidated due to my fitness level. Everyone is very supportive in your individual journey! The centre is very clean and well maintained. So glad I gave you guys a try! Fly high! 👏

Best gym in perth Welcoming atmosphere and very clean. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. Love this place♥️
