    So I measure how fit I am by my ability to be able to do things. Example, I learn to run so I can keep up with the my students. This evening I lugged three flat pack boxes up a flight of stairs by myself. And I didn’t even break a sweat! Just wanted to say thank you for the push. I don’t think I would have been able to manage it had it not been for my training with 20fit. 😍

    Interesting technology! Really friendly, lovely and helpful staff that make the sessions enjoyable and fun. After 20fit I have DOMS in places I usually don’t feel it compared to gym sessions. Can definitely feel the difference in muscle activation at the gym during my I between sessions. Highly recommended.

    Going into my first session of 20Fit I was really nervous and a little worried about my previous injuries. The team at Vic Park were so understanding and accommodating, titrating my session to feel comfortable, but working hard. I left feeling confident and definitely ready to hit it harder next time.

    Ive been going to 20Fit Victoria Park since October 2018. I finally decided to participate in their June 2019, 28 day challenge. I am so glad I did! Great food, with easy helpful recipes to follow, Lots of encouragement from the 20 Fit team and the other participants. Fun exercise videos to follow. I am so pleased with my results, a 4.5kg weight loss and 7cm from my waistline. I found the challenge easy to follow and didn't feel like I was been deprived of certain foods, I even squeezed in a couple of glasses of wine on a Sunday as my treat for the week and stayed within my calories. It's the first time I have followed a healthy eating plan and felt full and satisfied. I am going to follow the July challenge as I still have a way to go to get to my ideal weight. As for the E.M.S Training. I love it. It's hard work but I am buzzing after my workout every week. Imogen, Jasmine and Josh are great trainers and make you feel comfortable in a non intimidating atmosphere.

    I joined 20fit after I saw a deal online that they were offering. I went with hesitations, as I had never done such a workout before and had a dislike for gyms. After my first session, I felt amazing and supported by the staff. They are all super friendly and fun to train with. Not only did the sessions help me get more toned all over, they also helped strengthen my back and neck which resulted in less pain and problems in these areas. I am super happy I found these guys, and grateful for the time spent training me. 👍🏼👍🏼

    I having been coming to 20Fit Victoria Park for 9 weeks now and I still love how intense it feels even after a couple of months. Every session works me hard which is exactly what I’m here for. On top of that the trainers are amazing and always happy to offer advice and support. We have a great laugh which makes me look forward to every session.

    20Fit have been very supportive in reaching my goals and increasing my fitness levels. Imogen and the lovely staff are so friendly and helpful and its been an enjoyable experience, as the first few times you are unsure and a little nervous of the electro muscle stimulation training. However, they explain and ease you into the session. I would highly recommend giving it a go and see the amazing results and energy you have for the rest of the day. Thank you Imogen and Jasmine

    Easy to use. I end the session feeling like I have had a good workout and its only taken 20 minutes. And my trainer always asks about how my body is feeling before we start and the training gets adjusted if necessary.

    Have to say, I have really enjoyed training with 20Fit, It’s been a few months of feeling amazing and with excellent results. I really appreciated the good vibes of the crew, Imogen always willing to help being flexible with parent’s busy schedule. Courtney, always very supportive and great personalised routine for everybody’s different needs. Thank you for the email’s dietary information, healthy eating habits and top tip about food ingestion, it has helped me a lot to recover my fitness. I can perfectly fit in my old beautiful dresses for dancing and that makes me extremely happy!! 😊

    20Fit was awesome. The trainers there are all so friendly and easy to get along with. The exercises that they demonstrated are simple but you still get a really good workout. I have felt parts of body being worked out that I had difficult to train with at the gym and felt the improvement. Definitely and great and different way to train that can supplement my normal training. Thank you guys (Ras, Courtney, Sean, Imogen and everyone) so much.

    From the moment I enquired about my interest in trying 20FIT to every training session I’ve had so far, Imogen, Courtney and Ras have made my time at the studio incredible! Their attentiveness in ensuring the right posture is kept during the class is amazing and they will always help you push yourself to your limit! Did I mention they’re also so incredibly nice? It’s not a walk in the park and you do come out sweaty and shaky, but I wouldn’t have it any other way! I’ve now got my 64 year old mother hooked on it too! Thanks 20Fit team!

    It’s a first time I ever felt happy and not exhausted after exercise. The result after is amazing!!!!!!!!!! Trainer Ras is great communicator and informs well, passionate motivator with full positivity 🙏🙏🙏 soooo thankful for my sessions and definitely going back for more sessions 💖💖💖

    I highly recommend 20Fit. I was quite skeptical at first, but the results were fantastic. I had two issues. Firstly, I am time poor so 20 mins each session was perfect for me. Secondly, I have had ongoing issues with my knees. As I progressed with the sessions, my knees became stronger, my squats became lower and I now have less pain in my knees. I also noticed my strength is better overall. The instructors were supportive and fun – Janet Curran

    I can't speak highly enough of my trainer Ras at 20Fit Victoria Park where I do EMS training, incredible, and who would of thought that 20 minutes can change your life and be so addictive! The atmosphere the minute you walk in the door is amazing, every staff member you come across is wanting to help and support you in your journey in whatever you choose to do on the day. I have no hesitation in recommending 20Fit to anyone of any age.
