I
have
been
looking
for
ways
to
get
fit
and
lose
weight
my
whole
life.
I
unsuccessfully
tried
gyms,
group
exercises,
sports,
different
diets,
etc.
Then
I
tried
Claremont
CrossFit.
After
the
first
session,
I
was
in
pain
for
a
week,
but
then
I
went
again,
and
slowly
I
started
to
get
more
into
it,
once
a
week,
twice
a
week
and
so
on,
one
day
at
a
time,
one
movement
at
the
time
and
without
even
realizing
I
started
to
do
some
routines
that
I
would
have
never
dream.
The
various
exercises
keep
me
engaged
and
wanting
to
return
the
next
day.
For
me,
Crossfit
movements
have
also
been
a
big
help
with
my
soccer
games;
I
am
more
agile
and
have
improved
my
endurance
during
the
full
90
minutes
of
soccer,
but
also
it
has
improved
my
recovery
time
incredibly,
which
is
not
easy
at
my
age,
I
will
be
50
this
year.
The
Claremont
Crossfit
coaches,
Jason,
Nathan,
Liz,
Wacey,
and
Irwin,
are
fully
dedicated
with
a
personalized
focus
on
what
best
works
for
you.
They
will
help
you
with
different
scaled
movements
when
necessary
while
ensuring
you
get
the
most
out
of
every
session.
They
will
take
you
to
your
best
if
you
are
ready
to
do
the
work.
Since
joining
about
two
years
ago,
Claremont
CrossFit
has
become
essential
to
my
life.
I
feel
much
more
energetic.
;
I
have
improved
my
mental
health
and
can
focus
better
at
work
and
everyday
activities.
I
am
more
motivated
to
maintain
a
good
and
healthy
diet
so
that
I
can
perform
at
my
best
during
the
workout.
I
even
joined
the
CrossFit
opens
this
year
which
was
a
tremendous
experience.

and
the
Claremont
CrossFit
community
for
the
last
two
years
of
fantastic
times!
